I started off with the lobster bisque. I loved how it was presented. The server came with a bowl with chunks of lobster and then he poured this cream bisque over the top. I had him had a little cracked pepper. It tasted amazing. I detected a slight spice to the bisque and I am sure that it wasn't from the cracked pepper. The lobster was plentiful and prepared well, the noodles were so fresh and the flavor from the roasted tomato butter, arugula, chili flake, and Parmesan took this entree over the top.
