Morgan's Cove is the king of all tiki bars. Its so cool, the entrance to the bar is speakeasy style hidden door. Once you walk in its mind blowing how much detail is put into this place. The theme is sea monsters. The walls have carvings of sea monsters. Theres a leviathan hanging above the bar. Theres a really cool handmade pirate ship in a glass case by the bar. Its all so badass and so well done...just a beautiful bar. Chefs kiss. The drinks are amazing too. I went for a rum event. I had 2 different drinks and tasted all of my friend's drinks. All very delicious and hard hitting. Everyone there was super nice. The crowd the staff, theyre all so nice. I would fly out here just to visit this bar again. Esrom caught wind of the situation and immediately went out of his way, came outside, and told us he would personally store my scooter so my girlfriend and I could come in and enjoy drinks. That level of care is rare. He didn't have to do that -- but he chose to. On top of that, once we were seated, he brought us games to play and made sure we were having a great time. It's extremely uncommon to see someone who genuinely cares about their job and the customer experience to this extent. Overall it was good, nothing special and honestly it was pretty bizarre to have croutons in a wrap. The fries were good but nothing beat those tots. We had a credit from The hotel to dine and our waitress once she learned this got immediately defensive and basically told us in many ways that we were lying and couldn't use the credit. After much back & forth with her she finally got in touch with management and changed her tune when she returned to our table to tell us she was mistaken and it was taken care of. Definitely not appropriate customer service at all on her part. We paid the reminder of our checks, tipped on the total minus our credit and couldn't get out of there fast enough.
