Stay on the phone trying to get ahold of someone for about 20 minutes , just on hold . Our internet was suppose to be hooked up today but we saw the guy sitting in his truck outside the apartment gates , you do need a code but people are always coming in and out so it's definitely not impossible to make it inside . Our appointment was from 5-7 and when 7 comes around we get a text saying the job was complete ? We still have no internet and are still on the phone waiting . So I'd recommended anyone else but this company read more

Grande installed on Friday by 2 p.m. Today, 2 days later internet is not working. Called and all I got was a "well at least it lasted 2 days." They can't send someone out until Wednesday!!!! I work from home and have to log in on Monday morning at 8 a.m. I wish I had read these reviews ahead of time. We had ATT for years and this never happened. I can't believe they don't have a policy that guarantees good installation and equipment and if doesn't work they'll move you to the front of the line to have a technician come out right away to get it right. I'll be looking for reliable internet service this next week. read more

Grande sucks, save your time and money and choose ANY other provider. They are unreliable, 8 outages in the last 30 days. I am in poor health and I have had no telephone service for many days and it frightens me. No internet, no phone, and no television for 8 days. Might as well be living in the stone age. Look elsewhere. read more

Getting through to customer service is very difficult. Barriers include unhelpful routing of calls. If your issue doesn't fit, you are left to guess. Then, estimated wait times are significantly inaccurate. I waited 40 minutes when estimated wait time was 20 minutes. This was after being cut off inexplicably after 15 minutes after my first attempt that day. While on hold, the messages provided information irrelevant to the reason for my call, in addition to periods of unpleasant static. Also, I was repeatedly thanked for my patience, which did not apply after the first 15 minutes. When I did research customer service, I was given good service. I was able to give partial feedback about my on hold experience, and also referred to the website. I typed out a detailed account of my experience on hold, then when I tapped "I am not a robot", everything disappeared! I followed up with live chat, and when I did not respond within 30 seconds, the message said that the chat was ended due to lack of response. read more

We've had Grande for over a year (internet only) and have generally had no problems. Last night our internet went out, I called Grande and got a friendly tech rep who did the regular suggestion of rebooting our modem. Somehow in doing so I broke the modem. Grande had a tech out the next morning at 8:45 a.m. and had it repaired in 15 minutes. I have had Time Warner (now Spectrum), Uverse. Dish TV and probably others over the last several decades and know the frustrations that I (and about everyone else) have had with service requests. Maybe I got lucky, but I have never had such quick response and ease of getting what I needed done as I did with Grande. read more

I've had Grande for about 8 months and have been using the modem that they initially gave me (I requested wireless but they set up the one that required ethernet). Yesterday I purchase my own brand new wireless cable modem, Docsis 3 compatible. Now, I have used local internet companies before and they have no problem with customers using their own modem. They respect the fact that people sometimes don't want to pay monthly rental fees. The first time I called to get them to activate my modem, the girl who answers acted like I was a total dumbass and told me that since it was not their modem, she would not trouble shoot it for me (keep in mind, I wasn't asking her to troubleshoot it, just wanted it activated so I could access their service that I was already paying for). She told me to call the company who made the product and have them do it (which is hilarious really... because that makes no sense at all). The second time I called, I was put on hold for 15 minutes. When the gentleman answered, I explained to him that I needed to have a personal modem activated. He then informed me that Grande does not support outside modems, and that if I insisted on activating my new modem, that my speed would be reduced from 30 to 8! He said he wasn't even sure if their system would recognize this piece of equipment. I also would like to point out that internet providers are LEGALLY required to deliver the speed that is being paid for. Then I spoke to the fine people at Motorola who made my brand new modem. They said that this (Grande) spokesperson sounded very ignorant. If a system recognizes one Docsis 3 modem, then it should be able to recognize one made by a different company. I made an appointment with a supervisor tomorrow. Hopefully he/she will be more reasonable. I should be allowed to forgo the monthly rental of their modems if I don't have the option of purchasing my own. read more

Good customer service but slow Internet. i would change but my apartment complex is only Grande or Dish. Ugh.

Here's my sob story rant for all you fellow whiners myself included... This all started when All I wanted was a new video cable box because the sound died and also my download was getting super flaky (spare computer wired directly to modem router for speedtest confirmed slow download). My service was 100m internet download and couple steps above basic video so I had oh 200 channels to choose from. I had this service for 4 yrs paid 166.65/mo like an idiot. While I had Grande on the phone I asked about the current packages advertised at $89 for what I basically currently have . Told I Can't have it - I get it , it's for new subscribers but the lady with the heavy accent reading off cue cards offers to give me 300mbs since my system was considered old/slow and I was a longtime customer for $89.36 . OK better than what I have . I get a new modem and new video box and a guy will upgrade all my connectors tomorrow to upgraded to new "ones that don't twist"she says . After not showing twice and taking half day off both times I get a guy on the weekend. He does his magic I get confirmed 300mbs download and video/sound off the new box ( well, the tv guide at least , more on this later) . After he leaves 2 hrs later we scroll through the guide and pick ION channel "unavailable " hmmm ok Discovery Channel "unavailable" ... After scrolling through a 50 channels we get maybe 20 .... If I paid more attention to my Highschool Spanish class I'd probably appreciate the channels more but I digress. We call the handy hotline number and find out They switched my service to basic cable and gave me 300mbs internet. All I got now was local channels. Now I'm a lil ticked which takes a lot . I argue with another heavy accent lady that all I really wanted was to exchange a defective box for one with working sound. Just in case, I asked to have the PLAN recited back to me . Turns out not only did they bait and "downgrade" switch my cable , the $89 comes back up to $160.89 !!!!! Huh from $89 (?) Well apparently there's $70 in taxes and fees plus they're charging another $5 for modem rental that Im already paying for . The reason for this rant is My current download average is now only about 75mbs and upload is 20mbs (actually good here) It also appears they're throttling my neighborhood according to some IT guys that are neighbors we can actually see a sharp decline in internet speed at a certain time and charted this over a period of 2 weeks . hehe BUT our friends in the expensive neighborhood 5 miles down the road ,same subdivision but with 3 car garages have an actual increase in speed "same distributer box according to Grande Field guy we spoke with" .The Grande Rep denies the throttling and said its a peak period .... uh no... Records show the last 10mos the speed was pretty consistent 24/7 So what changed in our neighborhood the last month I asked and sorta weirdly the rep got pretty short and said its the way it is and the phone went dead .... True story. I gave up, looking to connect to the other internet nightmare provider everyones talking about - You all know who it is - starts with an A and has a couple T's in it . Have a good weekend fellow whiners ...Cheers read more

didn't even have service with them...sent us to collections for some weird administrative error

Maybe local isn't better after all. Their service has gone way downhill since I started using them years ago. Literally the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Four different employees didn't explain to me that I had to schedule a disconnect of my old service when transferring to a new address (they actually told me the opposite, to leave the equipment at the old address because it was fiber and couldn't be removed). Then, after I get a bill for $300, they claimed that I should have known to schedule a disconnect and that the only available appointments were a month later, Monday-Friday between 8-5 (work hours, with 30 minutes notice) even though they INSTALL service on weekends and holidays and with a week's notice. It took escalating it through several managers and I even had to go through their Facebook page which was also very little help to get a weekend appointment. Overall I spent well over five hours total (a lot of holding included) on the phone resolving my issue and speaking to a couple very rude and unhelpful representatives, and I was never given a credit or anything except empty apologies for my troubles. One manager even promised to call me back and get it resolved and of course he never did. If you're going for horrible customer service you might as well go with one of the big companies because Grande is just as bad if not worse than those companies in my opinion. At least those companies are probably better organized and take notes during each and every call so you aren't having to re-explain your situation twenty times over. And the fiber connection I had didn't even work half the time, so it isn't even reliable internet. read more

Very happy with the service, were the speed is 100% as announced and customer support is very friendly. Good job!

I concur with previous reviewers, what's happened to Grande?? It's so disheartening! I've been a customer off and on since they were a mom and pop shop here in Austin. I called in September because some promos were ending & wanted to keep my bill down. The rep said one way to do that was to buy my own modem instead of renting from Grande. He said i'd just have to call in to the tech dept. & they'd walk me through the process. I purchased a modem right away but got busy with other things, so didn't call until yesterday. The rep said, yes, in some areas you can use your own modem but not in your area, you have to use Grande's. I was not happy but thought i could return the one i purchased. Nope, Amazon had a return expiration of 10/28. So, i called Grande back (another 15 minute wait) & coincidentally got the same guy. I said, it's interesting when i'm ready to leave the company, promos come out of nowhere but when asked if they could compensate me for a mistake THEIR tech made, nope. I asked to talk to his supervisor who gave me a $20 credit but i'm still out $40. I even offered to send a screenshot showing It was not returnable. I would have never purchased my own modem had it not been a recommendation from one of your techs. I get making mistakes & I'm not one to quibble over little issues but the tone and attitude with which i was received was not the Grande I used to know. It was an all around bad experience. read more

Customer service took a nose dive since Jan. Costs are up. My service was OK until I upgraded my internet speed. The new router cycles up and down. No I don't want to take another 1/2 day waiting for your tech to change my router with another. They are fast to ask if I want to disconnect rather than mailing me another router. Its time to change providers. They used to have good customer service and the service was never the best but at least I could get through a work day without having my internet die 3-4X. read more

We use Grande for cable TV only in a business location. I see that other folks are hitting them with 1- and 2-star reviews, so I wanted to share our experience which has been almost entirely positive. For cable, the prices for business services are very reasonable. The stability has been great. We have had one brief system outage in 8 months, and when I called to report it, they were already pushing the update, so the problem was resolved a minute or two later. If I have any complaints it would be usability issues. The remote controls that come with the basic cable boxes are some of the worst I've ever seen. They are far too complicated, and the buttons that you want to use most often are the tiniest and hardest to find. In addition, in the onscreen guide, it doesn't seem possible to hide the channels that you don't subscribe to; you can block channels for parental control, but you can't make them not appear in the guide. So this means a lot of unnecessary scrolling, and also some confusion in our business setting as people get upset when a pay channel or feature like video on demand is not available. I guess parents might also be upset with some of the suggestive titles for TV shows or movies that they wanted blocked. I've talked with customer service about these issues, and I have found them to be pleasant and concerned, even if they are unable to ultimately do anything about it. Many folks like the Longhorn network too. Also, extra points for being local. If you need service, for example for installation, there is a local person who comes out to do it, and he or she is knowledgeable about the systems. If you need to swap your cable boxes, there is a nearby office to do that too. So not perfect, but so far pretty good. read more

Grande is the worst company to have. If you have their services I suggest you leave and get a better company for your cable, internet and phone needs. I chose 1 star only because I couldn't give them none. read more

Awful! They canceled an order for no reason and never showed up for their scheduled appointment. They didn't even call to let me know. They don't care one bit that I took off work and waited for them. They couldn't re-instate the order or schedule a new hook-up time without wasting my time and making everything a huge hassle. I switched to Grande from Spectrum. I figured since it was relatively new to my area that it would be better. It worked amazing the first day. After that it has been nothing but problems. It constantly goes up and down all day. At one point we lost internet three times in ten minutes. We called Grande and they were pretty fast to send someone out. They checked their lines, and found nothing wrong. They told us that it could be the modem, so I went out and bought a brand new one. Called to have it added, and experienced no problem. Hooked up and it fixed the problem for two days, and then the internet was back to jumping around. The only thing that kept Grande from receiving a one star from me is the fact that their techs were nice, and that they were speedy on getting someone to look at it. read more

Be advised their $90 bundle for cable and internet, in reality is over $140. There are A LOT of additional "surcharges". If you need a modem, there's another $12 a month. This is not the magical unicorn you want it to be (OR IT FALSELY ADVERTISES TO BE) unfortunately...sorry. Oh yes, and they want you to pay a month in advance, and then make your due date about two weeks after you start your service, which means you're really paying ahead 6 weeks. And if you have the time, energy, and morbid curiosity to test the utmost limits of your sanity and patience...you can call their customer service and attempt to get your due date moved to the 1st of the month...LIKE EVERY OTHER BILL IN THE UNIVERSE!!!!!! I think it speaks VOLUMES about the other cable/satellite/internet providers when a company this POORLY run can continue (and likely prosper) in today's market. Think long and hard before switching over to this CLOWN SHOW! Time to unplug and move into the wilderness my friends! read more

I've been a Grande customer for almost 2 years now in the Rosedale area in Austin. I am paying for their gigabit connection which should have a maximum connection speed of 1000Mbps. I perform daily modem and router reboots, and perform my speed checks via Cat 6 ethernet line directly into my Gigabit enabled computer port. I have never gotten speeds higher than 315Mbps. For a period of time we were experiencing daily outages, to which I was informed by their customer support staff that they were upgrading their system and some of the switchers were having issues. This continues for 3 weeks, which I immediately requested outage credits. I have called technical support repeatedly often resulting in a technician being sent out to test the connection, which they ensure is working correctly, but yes, it is running slow. While on the positive side, their custom support is friendly, they clearly have no technical understanding of the limitations of their system. I would be willing to give Grande more praise if their were more honest about the limitation of their system and based pricing according to the service that they were actually delivering. read more

WORST SERVICE EVER. no customer service. Hold times daily of 20 minutes or more. Mistakes made all over my account. Sent 12/5/17: Grande is the THE WORST POS service you could EVER possibly have!!! I feel bad for anyone who has to work for this company because they have to deal with EVERY PERSON who UNFORTUNATELY has to have this TERRIBLE provider. If you've ever thought Time Warner was bad... thank your lucky stars! With Grande... you can COUNT ON... your internet and cable out at least once a month (if not more like us... and I don't have enough time to list all the other terrible things that you have to deal with that are always going out.) It's great to pay money for.... oh wait, basically NOTHING at all! I don't even have enough time to even explain how TERRIBLE GRANDE is. PLEASE, if you can, pick any other service providers. I would if I could. #trying Sent: 12/6/17 I've tried to get back to Grande and have spoken with 3 different operators. They were polite, and nice, but each one gave me ( 3 ) different reasons of why we're having issues. 1st, that I didn't pay my bill... which... after he put me thru to the next person she assured me that wasn't the issue so she put me thru to the next person that could "help me" because it was a technical issue... well she said she couldn't connect me with anyone but would put me on the list to call back. I will say, I did miss a call but unfortunately I have a day job that I actually take care of issues and RESOLVE so I can't answer personal phone calls at every second so I was unable to answer. SO... I guess I'll just wait till next week or next month to see if GRANDE can maybe "RESOLVE" THIS ISSUE... THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICE. (PS. Not the customer service... they're nice and try their best for the terrible company they have to work for.) read more

I spend more money each month I've had Grande from roaming charges that should have been WiFi. Grande is the worst internet service I have ever used. The only reasons I went with them in the first place was TiVo. NO MORE!!! Grande sucks!!! read more

I have had a good experience with Grande. I'm not the best at the computer and new updated stuff so I sometimes have troubles with getting my tv/cable on. I can call Grande and they will walk me through the steps to get everything up and going again - they are always calm and professional. If they can't walk me through it, they send someone out to assist me. Very nice workers. read more

Grande has competitive rates that are super affordable and their customer service reps are super helpful and nice - no problems there. BUT the internet/TV service has not been good. First, my internet cuts out a few times a week. I thought maybe my equipment was faulty, but the CSR said it was an outage. The TV also goes out since it relies on the internet to function. I'm very frustrated since its a great price but I may be forced to go back to time warner (a company i truly hate) for some more reliable internet. I DON'T WANT TO GRANDE! read more

So, i have been a grande customer for over 15 years and their service has usually been pretty good, up until now. I called a while back since my introductory offer had expired and my bill had gone up. They have been good about letting me renew with the new packages offered to customers and did so again. Unfortunately, the new package required an upgrade to equipment which meant i needed a service tech to come out to install it. The appointment window was 8 am - 6 pm or something absurd like that. Well the guy rolled up around 5:45 pm and seemed perplexed when i mentioned that he was supposed to look at our service as well (since we had several instances where the internet went out). Whatever. Then he looked perplexed again when i asked him about the 2nd receiver we were supposed to get with the new package. Undaunted , I called to confirm what we were supposed to get only to find out he did not have any on the truck with him. oooookkkkkkaayyyy. About 2 weeks after the new service (which still drops out intermittently btw), the TIVO box goes belly up. No TV, nothing. Of course, that requires another service call which due to our schedule was made 1 week out (for today 6/4/2018) for 8 am -10am. Well around 9am, i grew concerned. I called tech support and they said it was already scheduled for between 8 and noon. Uh, no, that is not 8 and 10. So apparently, they just changed my scheduled window with no notice to me. It is now after 10 am and i have not even received a phone call from the tech meaning it will be after 11 am before anything will be done, if i am lucky Calling tech support yielded nothing but a LONG hold for a supervisor who never picked up. I am supposed to get a call back, but not really holding my breath on that. Really disappointed in Grande. Their service has really gone down hill in the last year or so. Update - I did eventually get a call back from a supervisor and once they were able to catch me (no callback number provide) he was very apologetic (of course). He looked over what had happened and arranged to have a tech come out in the evening on 6/5 for the main TiVo and a separate appointment for the second unit (less than ideal, but something). He also made a reasonable adjustment to our bill to reflect the hassles we have been going through, which was certainly appreciated and appropriate. The tech arrived late in the window since he was apparently working on service to our block. I was a bit concerned with how late he had showed up and his first question on walking in was "Is something happening with your TiVO?". Apparently, Rubin was called out due to numerous service issues in the area and just assumed we were one of those. He did a thorough job checking the connections/ signals replacing splitters, etc. to hopefully resolve the internet connection issues we had been having. He did have a new TiVo box for our main unit and replaced that, made sure it was connecting to the internet and receiving TV signal. He seemed pretty knowlegeable and answered any questions I had. He said he was going to tell his boss to have the next guy run a new line from the pole to the house since it was old and also have them run a new line to the back TV. I think he wanted to make sure the signals were good everywhere, etc. THAT was the kind of service we used to get from Grande everytime. Hopefully, that will be how it is going forward. Updated to 2 stars for now andI will update again after the second appointment (fingers crossed). read more

Their internet service regularly disconnects and is unreliable in general (never had such issues on Time Warner connections). Would not recommend Grande as an ISP for residential internet service. CONSTANT DISCONNECTS; the speed is not slow... they just do not send you a consistent connection (bad for gamers). (Months of usage experiencing the same constant disconnection issue confirmed that the same problem is occurring and wouldn't be due to any fiber-maintenance or outages). read more

Any good review is most likely posted by there employees. Over Charged me big time. First they charged me for a Modem I never even had 11.99 a month. Second wtf is all this: "Broadcast TV Surcharge 11.74 a month" "Sports Programming Surcharge 11.45 a month" "Entertainment Networks Surcharge 10.66" I didn't even have Sports and Entertainment programming why the f am i paying a surcharge for it and they go ahead and throw a surcharge for broadcast tv on top of my 89.99 for cable. I'm only guessing these are there little tips. GTFO. They Popped this fee in my bill three months in to my service "Network Access and Maintenance 1.97 a month" Another thing my upgraded internet speed of 400 mbps was never close to being reached. It would always hover around 220 mbps when it worked, the internet would go out twice a day on the best days. They got me good. Two other things why tf was i paying yalls Franchise Fee of 4.66 and Regulatory Fee of 0.08 a month. These are yalls bills from the federal goverment. In my business i don't charge my customers hidden cost for my for my taxes it doesn't make since. i have straight forward prices and this is a load of bs. Total they got me and most all there customers for an Extra $52.55 a month. read more

Have had Grande for 1week, first 10 minutes it kicked me out, this has been occurring daily more than 4 times. I work from home and was assured the 600 mbs would be more than adequate. Grande communications has the most horrible customer service I ever experienced. Internet service is slow and overpriced. They overcharge you for installation and make you wait the whole day for the customer service to come. But that is not all. You can not even disconnect service without MAKING A WHOLE DAY APPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Basically they tell you that you suppose to take all day off work just to wait for the cable guy to come and disconnect the service! They refuse to tell even approximate time of appointment! Otherwise they threaten to charge you for their service that you actually not receiving anymore! Do not ever get their service, you will regret! read more

Grande Communications is horrible. We are current customers because our apartment community has a contract to ONLY ALLOW GRANDE. This is the biz model they use. They get contracts with apartment communities that disallow for fair competition. Grande advertised VOD "On Demand" however they don't have it here. (fraud) They don't have a lineup that actually tells you what channels you will get, so I have the 850 channel package with very few HD channels and nowherre near the channels we had with Verizon FIOS nor what ATT Uverse offers for the same price. The only way Grande stays in business is by locking communities into these contracts limiting customers choices and then further scams people by offering things they don't have and then hiding from the customer what they truly are signing up for. read more

We've had different cable/internet services over the years. I have to say that Grande, for the price, is actually pretty reliable. I have rarely had internet issues, and the cable has always worked. When I speak with customer service, they are always helpful and go to great lengths to ensure they get you a question answered or an issue resolved. I don't watch TV all the time but do rely heavily on my internet as I'm a student and actually do a lot of my classwork at home and I don't worry about the internet being out. I'm happy, especially with the affordability. read more

This is worst cable provider i have ever encountered, their customer service is pitiful. Last year i upgraded my internet from 200 to 300 mbps, then recently upgraded to 400 bc i was still unsatisfied with the speed, when the tech came out he noted that the modem grande had been renting to me was not even capable of 300mbps, so i was paying for nearly a year for something i was not even getting. I proceeded to call and spend nearly 2 hours trying to get a refund of my overpayment , apparantly grande refuses to refund your money even if they screwed up. They are only willing to give you a credit, not even a discount as an apology... suffice to say, we cancelled our service with them, that is the only way to get your money back.... it like dealing with the mafia.... read more

I was caught off guard by Grande's billing policies and ended up having my service briefly disconnected. By default they bill a month in advance so you are paying for service you have not yet received. If the bill is not paid within 20 days of receipt service is disconnected until it is paid. In my case this meant my service was disconnected before the end of the "billing cycle" date on the bill. This is the only ISP I have ever know to bill for services not yet rendered. This may not be an issue for some but I don't like it. read more

I never had issues with the Grande service, however, when I cancelled on 7/30, I incurred additional charges due to an error on their part and it took over 2 months to get my refund. They opened and closed 2 cases and told me all kinds of different figures of what I was supposed to get back, and when I was supposed to get it back. It seemed like their back-end was severely disorganized and some of the reps I spoke with were nicer and more knowledgeable than others. All in all, I'm glad I didn't give up on my refund, because it seemed like they were hoping I would. Due to handling of my refund, I wouldn't return to the company. read more

Other Grande reps reached out to help me resolve the issue. It's too bad it had to be so awful before.

I currently pay 100 dollars a month with my roommates and I must say this is complete and utter shit service. I am literally typing this with my phone because YET AGAIN MY INTERNET WENT OUT. We have outtages far too often. The prices that we are being charged are insane for how shitty of a company this is. I am really down on Grande Communication and here's why. My internet was shut off over the weekend. I called them up and they said I downloaded a movie (torrent) and as a result they suspended my account but if I was to delete the movie off my computer they would restore it. Here's the problem though, I am running my internet off a wireless router w/o a security password on it (I know not smart but I had problems with a security and having to reset my modem and router as a result many times that I gave up) and told them that first I don't have this movie on my computer and second someone could have downloaded it using my internet. I also told them that I have LEGALLY purchased movies in the past, paid for them, and they came in torrent files. He said that I had to put a security password on my internet and that if they see more downloads then they will suspend my account. He didn't care that I didn't download it or that I can actually LEGALLY pay for a movie with a torrent extension. Think I'll start looking for a new isp. read more

Horrible service. They don't fix our WiFi and will not pay us back what we deserve. If you can get another provider you should definitely switch. read more

We'd love to support a local company and we loathe the monopolies like ATT, but in today's world of wireless if the only guarantee a company can give for a good connection is to hardwire to a modem (which was one of Grande's tech's advice) then they really shouldn't be in the business. What we learned during the brief 5-weeks we had them: First, they piggy-back onto existing cable services, and the quality of service depends on how many others in your area are trying to get and stay online; this means sometimes you can get some access, other times of days it is not only slow, you will get dumped every few minutes and have to re-connect, over and over and over again! This never happened when we had ATT. Their service techs: when we contacted them and even were willing to "upgrade" and pay more for service, they instead insisted on giving us a "booster box" to plug into a random electrical outlet in our house, claiming this would enhance our connections; the tech didn't even know what it did, just that "it helps;" it actually made things worse. We really wanted to support Grande, so we requested another tech visit. The next tech said the problem was that we were trying to work wireless and the only way to get a good connection was "plug in direct to your modem" - and when we asked, do you mean we have to be hardwired, his response "yeah I thinks that's what it is" and "yeah, like with a desktop." On the plus side, they were way easier to talk to than ATT, e.g. you get a real live person whose job is not outsourced. That said, of the 1/2 dozen people we dealt with, no one at GrandeComm seemed to have any solid technical knowledge.
