I dreaded it for DAYS but when the moment finally came, I was stressed out yes, but the staff were super nice and friendly and I was eligible for gas which lessened my anxiety by A LOT. Also they always kept me in the loop as to what they were doing and I was never belittled or made to feel like I was an awful person (I am super self-conscious about my teeth) and they actually made a plan with me for future appointments. 100/10, the best dental experience I've ever had and they are GREAT with dental anxiety. Will definitely be going back. My only critique is the office in Lawrence is a liiiiittle difficult to spot if you don't know what you're looking for. But I'd say it's worth it.

After a five minute wait my name was called and I was on my way back to my yearly checkup. Ashlie was my dental assistant and I was able to get a few questions in when her hand wasn't busy inside my mouth. Ashlei does hair as well and has a passion for good dental hygiene because she wore braces twice, and I had them once as well. Dr. Christine wasted no time getting in the chair after my X-rays were finished and deep cleaned in between my teeth. We were able to chat about the origin of my new last name and the current events that have recently turned all of our lives upside down. I'm sure my previous review was fueled from emotion and things going unexpectedly, but this visit has been the best one yet! I really appreciate the staff minimizing customer contact and being attentive to my needs by making notes for next time so it's even more comfortable. This has been and will be the only place I come for all my dental needs. Thank you Gentle Denistry team for always taking care of me, even at times I did not deserve it.

In the lobby I could here reception making a follow up phone call to a patient and the patient was on speaker. Everyone in the reception area could here the entire conversation!!!! X-ray technician took forever. Had to Redo several steps. As I sat and waited and waited I could overhear another employee do intake with another patient and it seemed she had to ask the patient the same questions over and over. She did not use medical/dental terms ( when did your wisdom teeth bust through!) and then began talking about her belief in going to church !!!! OMG good thing she wasn't talking to me! She carried on more inappropriate conversation with another employee.... Who the heck is monitoring the employees? Oh wait ...no one. Probably won't be back here! Only came due to an emergency.

Had an appointment today to get my permanent dentures. The appointment has been scheduled for a month. I arrive, check in. The receptionist said that I had a balance on my account, which I do. $400 remaining of the thousands that I and my insurance have paid. I told her I would be taking care of it next week when I receive my Social Security payment for this month. I waited for my appoinment and after waiting for 20 minutes, the receptionist tells me that "in order to move forward, we wll have to have the balance paid". Out loud, in front of other patients in the waiting room. I was humiliated. Since the appointment has been booked for a month, surely someone could have contacted me to tell me this. I left, still no permanent dentures, its been 7 months since my lower teeth were extracted. That procedure was a horror show also. DON'T GO TO ASPEN!

Gave him an "aqualizer", and charged us $40 for it, with in 10 days it broke, so I called to replace it and the secretary told me that she would not replace it or sell him another one until my account was paid in full. Mind you we have SEPARATE insurances and separate accounts. I am very displeased with the service I have received from this office.
