After a five minute wait my name was called and I was on my way back to my yearly checkup. Ashlie was my dental assistant and I was able to get a few questions in when her hand wasn't busy inside my mouth. Ashlei does hair as well and has a passion for good dental hygiene because she wore braces twice, and I had them once as well. Dr. Christine wasted no time getting in the chair after my X-rays were finished and deep cleaned in between my teeth. We were able to chat about the origin of my new last name and the current events that have recently turned all of our lives upside down. I'm sure my previous review was fueled from emotion and things going unexpectedly, but this visit has been the best one yet! I really appreciate the staff minimizing customer contact and being attentive to my needs by making notes for next time so it's even more comfortable. This has been and will be the only place I come for all my dental needs. Thank you Gentle Denistry team for always taking care of me, even at times I did not deserve it.

I dreaded it for DAYS but when the moment finally came, I was stressed out yes, but the staff were super nice and friendly and I was eligible for gas which lessened my anxiety by A LOT. Also they always kept me in the loop as to what they were doing and I was never belittled or made to feel like I was an awful person (I am super self-conscious about my teeth) and they actually made a plan with me for future appointments. 100/10, the best dental experience I've ever had and they are GREAT with dental anxiety. Will definitely be going back. My only critique is the office in Lawrence is a liiiiittle difficult to spot if you don't know what you're looking for. But I'd say it's worth it.

I have been very fortunate to have healthy teeth although I have worn dental braces for a number of years, as a child as the alignment of my teeth was extremely bad and would have led to losing my teeth at an early age and having to wear dentures. I wore braces and had orthodontic treatment since grade 1 through me telling the dr. (While in college) Um, you have to get these off by a certain date as I'm getting married and moving to a different city, I won't be back- wind this up and finish. And then again as an adult (to correct what the original orthodontist did as a child). To say that I was extremely nervous was an understatement given my orthodontic care as a child. They probably didn't realize the extent of my fear but I did say that I was nervous. They all kept me informed about what to do and what the next step was of the treatment and what would happen. Dr Kincaid let his WIFE perform a pulpectomy on me. She was not skilled or licensed nor able to…read moreperform the service correctly.. SHE IS NOT A DENTIST!! I was there 3 hours and only saw Dr Kincaid when he gave me the numbing shots and that took 11 different injections to get it numb. The office and their attorney would not compensate me. Because of the work she tried to do, she caused an abscess and an infection. I had to seek out an emergency dentist to have teeth pulled because they couldn't save the teeth due to the damage that Ms Claudia Kincaid caused. I asked her repeatedly if she was a dentist and she said yes. because of the missing teeth, I had to go from a partial to a denture. All because of the damage she caused and the infection with the abscess. They never, they meaning Dr Kincaid, Claudia, Kincaid, and their attorney, took responsibility for their actions. They strung me along for months when I was trying to settle, so I wouldn't have to sue them and then they just quit contacting me. I didn't report them to the Kansas dental board and/or the police. I should've done this at the time, but I didn't want to put their office out of business. It's not too late and I'm doing this now. So to Associates in Dentistry, i've waited all this time for you to acknowledge your responsibility. I'm calling the Kansas Dental board TODAY as well as the police to report your misconduct. written you many times and sent you emails and since you don't respond, this is my only choice. Also, at the time, Claudia Kincaid owned Associates in Dentistry so this report will include the business as a whole as well as the Dr. Kincaid and Ms. Claudia Kincaid. This time, I have an attorney.
