I've been in for cleanings/x-rays as well as to get some cavities filed (the first and only time I've had cavities filled as an adult). The staff is friendly and efficient, I never have to wait long. They have a TV set up so you can watch something while they mess with your mouth. A nice perk, but unfortunately daytime TV lacks in content!! I also really appreciate that they DON'T chit chat with you while doing a cleaning. There is nothing more annoying at the dentist than having someone ask you questions that you can only respond to with an "AHHNNG YAHHHD". My barometer for dentists is whether or not they tell me I need my wisdom teeth out. I have all four and they fit in my mouth just fine. In the past, some dentists have told me that I should "preemptively" remove them which seems like a scam to me. But Drs. V and J asked if I wanted them out and when I said "no" they said that there is no reason to unless I wanted them out. I appreciate that honesty! They do things electronically, which I prefer. You can book your appointment online and they email you reminders. They also emailed me copies of my x-rays after I had them done (I asked for them), I like to know what I look like inside! My only complaint is that once one of the dental assistants (I don't remember her name) told me I should remove my wisdom teeth because she hates cleaning them. A completely unacceptable and unprofessional thing to say, right? But the dentists disagree, so it doesn't matter.

I used to be "out of commission" for the day when my old dentist worked on me. Such a difference with this practice. No more down time! I have had multiple procedures done. These include Mercury filling removal, crown replacement and even porcelain inlays to replace old composite fillings (done in 1 visit...no temporary crown and multiple visits to deal with... thank God!). I have never once felt any pain....even during the injection of the anesthetic! Pretty talented. :) Dr. Kelly makes you feel comfortable right away and Dr. Les is so calm and professional. It is immediately evident that they truly care and are prepared to come up with solutions that meet the needs of their clientele. It is so pleasant to find health care practitioners that take the time to really listen to their patients! Lawrence Dental Solutions is a mercury free practice and are members of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology meaning they are highly trained to do safe procedures. This was important to me. I had some Mercury fillings removed by a dentist years ago who did NOT use safety measures and I became ill and hesitant to have further dental work done. It took a while to recover my health and I didn't want more problems. (I'm an R.N. you'd think I would have known better!) Overall, I couldn't be more pleased. It is a bit of a drive for me, but well worth the time. My teeth look amazing....completely natural and I'm healthier. I have been very fortunate to have healthy teeth although I have worn dental braces for a number of years, as a child as the alignment of my teeth was extremely bad and would have led to losing my teeth at an early age and having to wear dentures. I wore braces and had orthodontic treatment since grade 1 through me telling the dr. (While in college) Um, you have to get these off by a certain date as I'm getting married and moving to a different city, I won't be back- wind this up and finish. And then again as an adult (to correct what the original orthodontist did as a child). To say that I was extremely nervous was an understatement given my orthodontic care as a child. They probably didn't realize the extent of my fear but I did say that I was nervous. They all kept me informed about what to do and what the next step was of the treatment and what would happen. They were all AWESOME!! Needless to say, if you are looking for a dentist, GO to this office for your regular dental care. I dreaded it for DAYS but when the moment finally came, I was stressed out yes, but the staff were super nice and friendly and I was eligible for gas which lessened my anxiety by A LOT. Also they always kept me in the loop as to what they were doing and I was never belittled or made to feel like I was an awful person (I am super self-conscious about my teeth) and they actually made a plan with me for future appointments. 100/10, the best dental experience I've ever had and they are GREAT with dental anxiety. Will definitely be going back. My only critique is the office in Lawrence is a liiiiittle difficult to spot if you don't know what you're looking for. But I'd say it's worth it.

The ladies at the desk up front who deal with the business side always make our insurance coverage easy to understand even when I've forgotten some of the details I should know in advance. They make every effort to check on prices of services when I ask, and they can help set up payment plans if needed. They are kind and considerate when I need to reschedule an appointment, and they always welcome my family when we enter the office. Likewise, Dr. Bridenstine makes every effort to be sure dental services are stellar. We have always had a positive experience with his sedation dentistry, and he provides a thorough explanation of options when available. We have only experienced excellence in his work, and we have appreciated how he goes above and beyond to create a positive outcome for his patients. A couple of years ago, I returned to his office two extra times at no charge just so he could alleviate some discomfort I had after a filling needed to be filed a little more delicately. While I was numb, I hadn't noticed. Yet, he made it right a second time even after I wasn't sure about it the first time I returned. Now, that's patience for your patient! All the staff members work diligently to make dental visits pleasant. I have always appreciated their use of soft, professional voices via individual headsets to prioritize communication and timeliness while maintaining privacy. Five Stars hands down…read more Growing up, I never liked going to the dentist. But who does? Me. Since coming to Lillus McAllisters office when I was 13, I have loved coming and getting my teeth cleaned and/or worked on here. The ladies in the office always make it a point to know their patients. It's nice to walk in and they tell you good morning by your name. Their office has a nice modern decor with each of the dental rooms being a really creative color coordinating style. I'd recommend them to everyone.
