It was our first visit there as we are new to Lawrence and we had an excellent experience. We were treated as if we had been regulars. Taylor did my x-rays Zander cleaning. She explained everything as she went along and went over the x-rays with me. I really appreciated that. Then Dr. Keith Jones visited, checked each tooth and pointed out any problem spots out on the x-rays also. He discussed any problem areas and answered my questions. I was going in for a root canal with oral sedation and I was there for less than 10 minutes before…read morethis man (the dentist) was telling me it was time to begin the procedure. Not only did the medicine not kick in yet because I had taken it upon arrival but I also have anxiety with dental work so I was really reliant on that medication to help me be somewhat unconscious. As I was not ready yet because the medicine had not hit yet, I was told that it was taking too long and that the procedure was not going to happen. You could tell the dentist was just tired of waiting and was trying to rush the process because he had other patients coming in. Do not recommend, especially if you don't favor spending money on a sedation method to ease your anxiety just to be given little to no time for it to actually work.
