I saw a number of amazing individuals at my appointment for a crown, that these professionals put their special calming spell on me for a procedure I've never had to go through before. I have been very fortunate to have healthy teeth although I have worn dental braces for a number of years, as a child as the alignment of my teeth was extremely bad and would have led to losing my teeth at an early age and having to wear dentures. I wore braces and had orthodontic treatment since grade 1 through me telling the dr. (While in college) Um, you have to get these off by a certain date as I'm getting married and moving to a different city, I won't be back- wind this up and finish. And then again as an adult (to correct what the original orthodontist did as a child). To say that I was extremely nervous was an understatement given my orthodontic care as a child. They probably didn't realize the extent of my fear but I did say that I was nervous. They all kept me informed about what to do and what the next step was of the treatment and what would happen. They were all AWESOME!! Needless to say, if you are looking for a dentist, GO to this office for your regular dental care. I was in pain following a crown procedure and I was told to be patient. I had a swollen lymph node near the tooth and I was told to check with my doctor. I kept complaining but I wasn't heard. I finally consulted another dentist who did a root canal on the tooth. When I went back to my dentist at The Dentists she asked why I never complained!! I was constantly complaining. I asked her to consider taking it seriously when a nearby lymph node swells up but she again refused to listen, saying that that is a problem for a doctor. I went through a LOT of unnecessary suffering, because I was not heard. read more

Herbie would love this dental practice just as much as I do. I have been a patient here for a long time. I was probably one of Dr. Justin Anderson's first patients when he came to town. The staff is encouraging, helpful and caring. Recently, I discovered I need extensive dental work done and they are holding my hand through every step. They explained the procedure, the costs, the prep- there was no piece of information that was left out. Dr. Justin is the only dentist I have seen in the office and he is incredible. He was willing to meet me on a holiday weekend once when I lost a crown. He is down to earth and he thoroughly explains the process and what options are available. I never feel he is talking down to me and I love his bedside manner. Andrea, the Dental Assistant, is amazing. She actually took time to make sure every question I had was answered. If she did not know an answer, she asked someone else to help. She related her personal experience to calm me down and I cannot thank her enough. Jennifer K, the Hygienist, is also wonderful. She is thorough, helpful and she does a great job at explaining everything she is doing while she cleans. Dr. J, Andre and Jennifer are very encouraging and supportive. The office is modern and comfortable. The front desk staff is top notch, too. They are great wat processing all your paperwork and keeping on top of everything. I had an insurance issue pop up and Vicky gave me the most helpful suggestions on how to discuss the matter with my provider. She told me what specific questions to ask and what terminology I should use. I would have been lost without her guidance. They also send you text reminders and thank you's after your visit. Again, I cannot speak highly enough of this group. I always feel like I am in the best hands and care possible. Herbie would be proud! read more

Had the best experience today. My crown replacement was painless and efficient. I was in and out in an hour and half and came home to immediately eat a snack. I'm 55 and have been using this practice since I was 14 years old and it was just Dr Nossaman, a couple of hygienists, and his receptionist Milly. My 85 year old mother uses this practice. My kids have grown up coming here. My son with autism is treated wonderfully here. I've seen all four of the dentists that work here currently. In my opinion they're all professional and compassionate. This is not the cheapest practice in town, but they're a good bunch of people who know what they're doing. Five stars. read more

Dr Wilkerson is gracious and has great bedside and is generous. Can not say the same for his assistant. She's kinda edgy and awkward and easily irritated. On another note. The final cost is ALWAYS higher than quoted. Took my son for a cleaning. Went to pay and was told 220$. When I asked why she said they did an exam and a cleaning and xrays and fluoride. NONE of these things were discussed with me prior to being performed. No one asked the parent with the wallet if they could do these services to my son who is a minor. BEWARE. If anyone knows an upstanding office in town that doesn't staff gossip snobs please advise. read more

Well, the dentist was ok. The office is nice. But his dental technician who did my cleaning was R-U-D-E! Unfortunately I don't know her name, but she made rude remarks about my teeth (as if I'm not self-conscious enough with my mouth jacked open and my feet up in the air). She told me not to wait so long between cleanings so she wouldn't have to work so hard next time. Sorry that not all of us have dental insurance, woman! Lower your prices for the uninsured and I'll be sure to pop in every 3 months. read more

Atmosphere is a bit small, cramped and stressful. Staff was ok, overall not impressed.

So....turns out not so good. I ended up going back 6 different times for my crowns to be fixed and fixed and fixed. And here it is 4 months later and they're garbage. But I refuse to go back again. So I'm dealing with a lot of sensitivity and pain and will end up paying another coupla thousand with someone else hoping they can fix them. Basically awful. And painful. And so so bad. read more

Our family of six has been going here for over four years now and have never had a bad experience! We have seen almost every hygienist and dentist and love them all. The office staff is super friendly and helpful, which isn't always the case in other practices, and one of the main reasons we like them. Dr. Nallor and Dr. Anderson have done several fillings and procedures on our younger children and were so fantastic. They made them feel at ease and comfortable, so much so that they love going back. I like that they listen to my questions and concerns, are accommodating, and make me feel comfortable also as a parent. Their hours are great for busy families and people who work and they have a wonderful email and text notification system so it is easy to remember appointments. They are great at scheduling us so it is easier for me as a mom to get us in. I really just can't say enough good things about this practice and refer all my friends to them! My first visit to the office was last week. I brought my daughter in for her first dentist appointment and everyone was fabulous from beginning to end. When I called to make her appointment the receptionist was very accommodating and helpful getting a time that fit our schedule. When we arrived for the appointment the front desk staff was all very welcoming and friendly. We didn't have to wait long at all to see Dr. Nellor and she was great with my daughter. It's not easy looking in a toddler's mouth, but she manged to do so quickly and with ease. We had a great experience and I will definitely be bringing her back for future appointments. read more

I signed on at this dentist group because I needed a cleaning, and they were able to get me in the same day. In hindsight, that should have been a sign that perhaps their services are not in demand. I have not had a problem with Dr. Justin, but my husband has had horrible experiences trying to get cavities filled by Dr. Saunders - they get filled but are not settled right, are not even, and still cause pain, for months and through multiple attempts to fix them. He suspects the office may well be out to make money off patients, especially as frequently as they recommend things like teeth whitening, invisalign (without thoroughly explaining the lifelong and financial commitment), replacement of old fillings, etc., and because he takes better care of his teeth now than he ever has (hasn't had a cavity in YEARS and now has multiple cavities?). I suspect he may be right. I would definitely recommend them for cleanings, but I would seek elsewhere if you have serious dental concerns. read more

I have two, yes two dental plans they sent the claim to the secondary insurance and it was denied and I called the every time and explained they need to bill the primary then it will be forwarded to the secondary for payment. This started in July 2015 and it STILL isn't fixed. I have called Five times to the office and my insurance carriers to resolve this issue. My insurance has sent them two payments and the dentist office said I received the payments but the insurance gave me the PO Box the checks were sent to and I don't have a PO Box it was the dentist office. My insurance company called the office directly and explained how to submit the bill and they told the insurance company that I never told them I had two insurance plans (lies) Then the office manager Finally got involved after numerous calls and told me they had it worked out and to wait. Well guess what they have NOW sent the bill to collections. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, BILLING AND THEY BLAME THE PATIENT. I was less than impressed with the dentist, (Don Knotts movie, image it) I would not recommend anyone take a chance with any part of this practice. I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau regarding their billing practice. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. read more
