They were available in short order during our option period, showed up right before n time, and charged us $250. We had Chapman Plumbing out afterward to flush our water heater and do some minor plumbing repairs. It was about a week before they had a plumber available, but he showed up in time and did a good job. Their pricing seemed a bit high for this service, but the work seems to have been done well. The two companies are under the same umbrella, so you just call one number to schedule.

First off...this is READY rooter..not Roto. Don't get that mixed up. No connection…read more We had a upstairs bathtub drain leak that had been going on for months, and finally exposed on the first floor wall. I called READY rooter by contractor referral. Since this was a small on-going leak, I expected them to schedule me like a Dentist or Doctor would...asking "we have an opening 3 months from now, how does that sound?" Instead it was... "we can come over this morning." Well, within an hour, this narly dude named Tyler who claims 20-some years of experience showed up, examined the situation, cut the hole in the ceiling, and fixed the leak. The leak was due to aging pipes. The best part is it took him less than an hour! He asked for payment on the spot and took Visa which is just fine with me. I'll definitely remember Ready Rooter & Chapman Plumbing again because this guy put other plumbers I have used over the years to shame.

I was glad to see one of the plumbers was an older, experienced journeyman. (One time I got two youngins' from Baxters and things went a bit sideways). This time, the two knocked the work out in about 30 minutes. Two sinks flowing better than ever. Including their cleanup time, billing, and my payment, the entire process took 40 minutes. Reasonable pricing.

From first initial call, to check in a week after of Completion. They were outstanding! Easy to work with and Amazing customer service. Onsite, we had the pleasure of Scottie and Jake working our project. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND! From my daily concerns, to there very thorough understanding from start to finish. They were VERY thoughtful of my precious plants & backyard. They went above to ensure it was done right, and NOTHING was accidentally broken. A week after the project was completed. Scottie reached out to ensure things were going well and we were pleased. With a small request on our part. It was done! I cannot say, Thank You enough to the Baxter Team! I highly recommend them. If you want a honest, trustworthy team to get the job done. Correctly and professionally. CALL BAXTER! They are on YOUR side. -Centennial Blvd.

First, the positives - everyone was very nice. Now the negatives-  1.I asked for their most experienced crew and I was promised this certain team (I even verified a few days before as well). They sent a different team.  2. They do not sanitize the brushes and wands that go into your ducts which means they are introducing into your ducts everything from previous jobs- which could be rodent droppings and urine, dust mites, mold, diseases from dead animals, etc. I had the foresight to know this and asked them to please sanitize the brushes and wands first. I hope they did. 3. After they finished, they could not get the system back up and running. They tried for an hour and then I called the supervisor and he walked them through it (an extra hour of my time and a lot of angst on a Friday afternoon with 95 degree forecast over the weekend). 4. After they left I noticed the grilles were not on right (turned the wrong way, old paint showing where not lined up right, and screws missing), the return register was tightened so much all four corners were bent, the plaster was cracked on many sides of the registers and the return, the screws to the furnace were not tightened, the door where the filter goes was not shut tight. They came back out to fix what they could (another 2 hours of my time), but thank goodness I checked and noticed. 5. And I am not sure my system was left in the same working order it was in, the air flow actually seems diminished instead of better.
