If you're looking for a company to take down a tree, C2 Crane would be a good choice. They are…read morequite proficient with their crane to remove a tree anywhere on you property. However, when looking for grinding tree stumps and cleaning up, then I would consider another option. When it came to grinding tree stumps, the grinder was in repair and I needed to remind them to complete the job I had paid for. After the grinding was done, they left huge piles of debris in four locations. Then winter of 2026 set in and the debris waited until the beginning of March due to the snow. The worst part of the job was the lack of respect of my property. I was doing some cleaning up on my own when I discovered a piece of a stone memorial for a beloved pet. Obviously, it was broken during the stump grinding. I was never told about this damage and when I reported it to the office, I was offered no compensation; not even an apology. In the beginning of May, 2026, I was trimming some stalks from a hydrangea in a different location in my yard and stumbled on pieces of the stone memorial. It looked as though they had been thrown into the garden so I wouldn't find them. I understand accidents happen, but the workers should have taken responsibility rather than tossing the stone aside like a piece of garbage. This is shamefully unprofessional behavior and very upsetting. One interesting thing I have noticed about reviews I have read is they seem to be from years ago instead of more recent and most of them are positive. I also noticed the crew that came for this last job was not comprised of the guys I'm used to seeing. Maybe the change in crew is the reason for my finding it necessary to report a negative review since I have been using their services since August, 2023. I cannot recommend C2Crane to anyone asking and I will need to find someone else for any other services I might require since they also butchered some shrubbery to the point they are in question of surviving.

They come out not just for a quote, but with expert advice. We love Kaity in my neighborhood! They show that they care about the trees and the ecology. The values exceed the job expectations. The also do shrubs, not just trees. Thanks to a very expensive Nursery, I have several of the same shrubs in my landscape. That means when one gets a disease, all will eventually. That is somewhere close to $4K in costs if they need to be removed. AA really stepped in to treat and save my shrubs with a yearly maintenance plan.

She came out and played a good role. Bravo! I received the estimate a few days later with both estimates on it. I tried reaching her to change it, but she never responded, nor did the company. I went with another company the next week that was slightly more expensive, but the customer service was superb without the slick salesman game that Shawna played. I do not recommend doing business with this company. There are so many others to choose from.
