What surprised me most was how big and clean this CVS was--especially for a downtown location! The aisles were neatly organized, everything was easy to find, and the parking right outside was a lifesaver for my morning commuter rush. I asked if they would notify me when the insurance went through and he said, "Why would we notify you?" When I asked, "So it's just a guessing game then?" he said, "Well, that's your problem."
