The experience felt closer to a used car dealership than a Bespoke Tailor experience you see in movies. Nine weeks after being fitted I was texted to come in and try on my suit. It needed adjustments so it was another 4-5 weeks to pick up my suit. No text this time... I had to call and see if the suit was ready. The suit is nice but I'm struggling to view this purchase as worth the hassle. Honestly, I'd rather have four or five good suits off the rack than one suit for this price. I am likely to purchase another MTM suit but my next purchase will be at Guffey's or another option. HKT missed an opportunity here to capture my repeat business.

When I asked for a discount, Mai tried to make me feel guilty by mentioning she had worked non-stop to fix my dress. MIND YOU, she had 2 entire weeks to work on the same. If she was able to do it in the two hours of me sitting there, it could've been done by the first time I stopped by. All in all, I am sure there are more reliable tailors in Atlanta.

Would have been happy to pay extra to have this done correctly. I did explicitly tell them, "no new piercings". This is perhaps my fault and a learning experience - materials like leather should be brought to a shop that specializes in leather. However, I would have rather them simply refuse to work on this item than create new holes in the item. I am not asking for anything - I will simply have this redone at a leather specializing shop. After trying with high heels, they were very honest and said the dress with the long hem is the perfect length and did not need to be altered. For the other dress, she was very fast and knowledgeable about what needed to be altered. Very quick, kind service! For the adjustment to the loose dress, it was $35. Will update the review when I receive my dress back, but so far very happy and pleased with their level of service and honesty.

No one explained the damages and staining that was sustained from the cleaning service - I was charged and expected to not notice... I will be visiting tomorrow for in aims to receive reimbursement and a new duvet cover.
