In my defense (lol) my venue changed after I bought my dress and I no longer felt my purchased dress was the one. I was told that anything I bought unless it was a sample would not make it to me to be altered in time and I began to freak out. I'd been to try on wedding dresses at three different shops prior and this was by far the best experience I've had with the most quality gowns. The owner, London, was my actual stylist and she was so attentive and thorough. I sent her inspo photos prior to my appointment and she curated my looks to a tee. I got to see myself fully styled with the dress of my dreams! And as a plus-size girly that meant a lot when I often ran into issues with some of my dream dresses not being in a sample size that I could really appreciate on MY body. London was both affirming and knowledgeable. I really appreciated my experience and I look forward to walking down the aisle to the LOML, feeling beautiful next March. Thanks for everything London! You made my wedding dress dreams come true

Ms Ma is very knowledgeable and has a broad collection to choose from (men, women, kids, different price ranges). She can also tailor any traditional and Western/modern clothes. She tends to over promise and not meet her deadlines. We were told 1 week turnaround for alternations for 2 pants, and it took 4 weeks. We also met some people at the shop with similar concerns. She's good at what she does, just note the timelines. Make sure you have plenty of time if you are thinking of buying a qipao for your wedding that need alterations or something similar. Note that she is planning to retire by 2026 and will close the shop.

Sandra even packaged it in a complimentary plastic covering to keep it pristine. Moral of the story, this is the best cleaners. Love A&J's work on fabric - but avoid bringing leather items here ‍…read more Brought a leather travel jacket here - not sure why they chose to pierce new holes into the leather and not simply use the existing holes created by the manufacturer for the purpose of threading buttons. Would have been happy to pay extra to have this done correctly. I did explicitly tell them, "no new piercings". This is perhaps my fault and a learning experience - materials like leather should be brought to a shop that specializes in leather. However, I would have rather them simply refuse to work on this item than create new holes in the item. I am not asking for anything - I will simply have this redone at a leather specializing shop.
