From that moment on, the entire experience was incredible. London and her team customized my dress beautifully by adding sleeves, and they even created a veil just for me that was absolutely perfect. The seamstresses were wonderful, and after three alteration sessions, the dress fit flawlessly. As a large-busted woman, finding shapewear is usually stressful, but they helped me find the right pieces and even sewed my own shapewear directly into the dress -- which took so much stress off my shoulders. The quality of the gown was excellent, the team was responsive and accommodating by text, and rescheduling appointments was always easy. They even inspired my hairstyle, helping me think through my full bridal look. Most importantly, this was such a special, joyful experience to share with my mom. I truly couldn't have asked for anything better and highly recommend this boutique.

I got to see myself fully styled with the dress of my dreams! And as a plus-size girly that meant a lot when I often ran into issues with some of my dream dresses not being in a sample size that I could really appreciate on MY body. Ms Ma is very knowledgeable and has a broad collection to choose from (men, women, kids, different price ranges). She can also tailor any traditional and Western/modern clothes. She tends to over promise and not meet her deadlines. We were told 1 week turnaround for alternations for 2 pants, and it took 4 weeks. We also met some people at the shop with similar concerns. She's good at what she does, just note the timelines. Make sure you have plenty of time if you are thinking of buying a qipao for your wedding that need alterations or something similar. Note that she is planning to retire by 2026 and will close the shop.

I actually called a couple other dry cleaners in the area, but they we not friendly like Sandra was on the phone. She was really sweet, and I could tell she was very customer-service oriented. She was quick with the quote, and it was the best price I had gotten from all of the cleaners I called. I immediately drove there to drop off the blanket, and Sandra was even more awesome in person. Her energy, enthusiasm, and care was evident. She explained that I could pick in up the day after tomorrow. I just got my weighted blanket back today and it is SO clean. Sandra even packaged it in a complimentary plastic covering to keep it pristine. Moral of the story, this is the best cleaners. Not only is it a family-run business that has been open for more than 17 years, the quality, care, and customer service is top notch. I could not recommend a better business, and I will be back!

Would have been happy to pay extra to have this done correctly. I did explicitly tell them, "no new piercings". This is perhaps my fault and a learning experience - materials like leather should be brought to a shop that specializes in leather. However, I would have rather them simply refuse to work on this item than create new holes in the item. I am not asking for anything - I will simply have this redone at a leather specializing shop.
