The staff was very friendly and assisted me right away. The person who helped me gave me options for how I could change the fit of the suit and was patient as I made a decision. The suit was ready for pick up a day early and it looked great! The service is an investment. I wouldn't say you're going to get the best monetary deal, but you will get quality work.

Yes - but the back clasp broke while putting it on leading to my sister, SIL, & MIL quite literally using fishing wire to sew me into the dress. So by the time it was noticed, I was more worried about the dress physically staying on. I was relatively new to Atlanta & had gotten my dress at Bridals By Lori's - this was suggested & I went with it. The whole process felt rushed, there was parts I still wasn't completely sold on but they told me thats how the wedding dress was supposed to feel / it was supposed to be put on that high. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. It's all I notice now in photos & paid a ridiculous price for it.

When I asked for a discount, Mai tried to make me feel guilty by mentioning she had worked non-stop to fix my dress. MIND YOU, she had 2 entire weeks to work on the same. If she was able to do it in the two hours of me sitting there, it could've been done by the first time I stopped by. All in all, I am sure there are more reliable tailors in Atlanta.

They only needed my phone number for the ticket. And I was out of there. Oh, they don't seem to take AMEX.

Love A&J's work on fabric - but avoid bringing leather items here ‍…read more Brought a leather travel jacket here - not sure why they chose to pierce new holes into the leather and not simply use the existing holes created by the manufacturer for the purpose of threading buttons. Would have been happy to pay extra to have this done correctly. I did explicitly tell them, "no new piercings". This is perhaps my fault and a learning experience - materials like leather should be brought to a shop that specializes in leather. However, I would have rather them simply refuse to work on this item than create new holes in the item. I am not asking for anything - I will simply have this redone at a leather specializing shop. Happy to keep bringing fabric items here

Initially no issues but then about a week ago when I dropped off my clothing which complied of expensive Robert Grahm shirts and other expensive items that were left on one of the RG shirts a pair of cufflinks monte Blanc they supposedly went missing. The concerning part is I recalled that I left the cuffling on one of the shirts and called the cleaners the same day to go check which I was told by one of there employees that they found the cuffling and it would be set aside. I was relieved and told them I would pick them up in couple of days when I picked up the rest of the clothing. When I went there couple days later to pick up my clothing I asked for the cufflings and they acting like they had no clue what I was talking about. I then looked for the shirt I had the cufflings on and the shirt was missing. I obviously was very upset and started questioning the employees, there attitudes immediately changes and were very worried at this point. Saying it's not our concern, I demanded to speak to the owner and they put me on the phone with the owner who in turn was nothing but rude. At this point I decided to call sandy springs police and when they arrived the owner arrived as well and charged at me like a maniac, screaming at me to get off his property. I filed a report with sandy springs PD and the owner filed trespassing which SPPD said you cant come back to this property as the owner is giving you notice. How the hell this got turned around is beyond me by police officer said the owner said it and they just are telling me and wasent that I was in trouble but if I came back would be, HUH lol So the next day the owner called me apologizing but said he needed a week to see if it turns up, I said that's fine and gave him the week, I also recorded the call as I knew now this guy lies. He called me at the end of the week as he said he would and started negotiating, lol yes not kidding, says I will buy the cufflings if you eat the price of the shirt. I said what? I asked if he was joking and he said I am trying to be reasonable. Even worst he started changing his tune from apologizing the week prior to now basically accusing me of lying with out admitting to it or actually saying that but sure made me feel like it. PEOPLE I recommend hightly if you are taking cloths worth any more then 100 bucks DONT do it they cant be trusted and customer service is horrible. HONESTLY they are not honorable I wouldn't take my underwear to have them wash it that's how bad they made me feel. I plan ON pursing legal and media means to let people know what a big crook the owner and his staff are and that this business can't be trusted. Extremely disgusted and disappointed. I strongly recommend you stay away and save your self the disgusting experience of being taken advantage. So disgusted.

Conrad at the front was very kind, My Lady Mrs Norma Gene was so sweet , Helpful and kind from time i walked in the door. I had to brung my kids and nobody was mean about my little ones. Mrs Norma Gene helped me in my dress, she got to know my likes and dislikes. I really enjoyed my day and i am SO HAPPY with my experience as well as my dress. I SAID YES TO THE DRESS!!!!!
