I spent few days researching local plumbers that would install a water softener( that was gifted to us by a family member). So, this company pi..t me of now twice. I gave an honest review and they complained to yelp to remove it. This company is a scam!!! BE AWARE they will sell you things you do not need! They came recommended by Flo and when they came out to install it they tried to upsell the job and tell me the install would not be covered by Flo. After I declined he started and told me the whole area had to be changed. I declined and told him to bring it back to original condition. He used some kind of pressing tool to connect the pipes. The next plumber I called said this could have been completely avoided but now the press connection was to close to the wall they he had to replace the pipe to the house he could not solder the pipe because then the press fitting would have started leaking. The 2nd plumber was shaking his head and could not understand WTF ASL was doing. read more

They send a text message stating a conflict and want me to change my time frame in which I said I already rearranged my day to accommodate them. I have called ASL on Saturday 10/24/2020 for second opinion for water heater at my condo, they came and gave me estimate.

ASL came to my house and tried to fix my water heater but instead caused it to leak and ruined my carpet. They then refused to come back for two days, saying they could not get to me until I agreed to pay $600 in repair costs (which is insane). After I called them repeatedly over the next several hours, they finally sent out a man who had no idea what he was doing and tried to sell me a $1500 "solution" that would require me to call him every time I wanted hot water, which would be every single day of my life as long as I lived there! He never fixed anything; in fact, he made it worse by breaking another pipe and causing the entire floor to flood. read more
