She was super empathetic and checked with me after lightening to confirm the right toner shade and cut to be sure I was comfortable. By the time the other three people in my party were finished, I was still waiting and ultimately decided to skip my service because I wasn't going to make everyone continue waiting for me. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of apology or effort to make the situation right. Mistakes happen, especially on busy holidays, but poor customer service and rude treatment are unacceptable.
