I am very happy to report that Emma is a magician with her "gentle wax" method and left my face feeling renewed and fresh. It did not feel raw afterwards and I've had no outbreak of any kind. (My skin tends to dryness and I am in my 70's, just FYI.) She is very easy to engage with and we had a few laughs- I hope I wasn't too loud! The salon has a great vibe and is spic and span clean.
