I felt like my tech was rushing just a bit since I started a few minutes later after they wrapped my nails to soak off my previous mani, and she ended up forgetting the hot stones for me but spent more time on the leg massage so it sort of balanced out. Parking was a bit tight, especially during winter with the snowbanks, but it was fairly busy as well when we were there so that wasn't a surprise either. I felt pricing was fair; it was actually a little cheaper than what I typically pay for a gel pedi, dip mani back home in Florida.
