My SIL and I got manicures, and my aunt, grandmother, and I got pedicures, with the staff able to seat us all right near each other to converse and catch up. We all got the champagne pedicure which was relaxing and thorough, though a bit out of order from what I've experienced from other salons - usually the hot towel and lotion/oil is at the end, but this was quite early here. My grandmother ended up changing her mind once she saw the color on her first nail, wanting something more softer in color, and there was a little misunderstanding with the nail technician handling her pedicure, but another tech was able to help out fairly quickly. I felt like my tech was rushing just a bit since I started a few minutes later after they wrapped my nails to soak off my previous mani, and she ended up forgetting the hot stones for me but spent more time on the leg massage so it sort of balanced out. Parking was a bit tight, especially during winter with the snowbanks, but it was fairly busy as well when we were there so that wasn't a surprise either. I felt pricing was fair; it was actually a little cheaper than what I typically pay for a gel pedi, dip mani back home in Florida.

Update I had wrote a review because the technician had demanded an increase in her tip. Two days…read morelater, my gel manicure is completely falling, apart, bubbling and cracking and popping. So disappointed.

I have very…read moredeep cuticle pockets along the sides of my nails, and it's extremely rare to find a nail tech who actually takes the time to clean them out properly. Most places just dremel, file, and dip, and the powder ends up sitting on top of those areas instead of being clean and smooth. Coco is different. She genuinely makes the effort to thoroughly clean out my cuticles and those deep side areas so everything looks neat, smooth, and professionally done. It makes a huge difference in how my nails look, feel, and last. The salon itself is also incredibly relaxing. I love the fish tanks, which are 100% taken care of with pride, the music, and especially the TV. They play videos by Li Ziqi, who is absolutely fascinating to watch. Her beautifully filmed cooking and traditional rural lifestyle videos are so calming and really add to the salon's overall vibe. Coco is very sweet and cares about her clients. I also had another young lady do my ANC there recently, who was fantastic as well. A+++++ experience all around!

Coco was kind and made sure I got what I wanted. Good place if you're looking for something simple and affordable. Didn't take too long either which was my favorite part.

Booking an appointment was a little confusing, I booked an appointment at B&T salon in Ballston Spa…read morebut was told via Facebook message from the B&T business page to go to Le Nails instead as the owner spends more time there than at the one in Ballston Spa. My appointment took place in the Le Nails salon in Malta but under the booking from B&T Salon. This is my review of the Le Nails salon for reference, not sure the weight of my review for B&T Salon as I was redirected to actually show up at the Le Nails Salon. A little confusing. The staff were super friendly and personable, but beyond that, meh. I came in with an old acrylic set from a different salon that was lifting. I had requested an acrylic full set in my appointment and found out later that we were actually applying builder gel. I'm not sure on the specific differences between acrylic and builder gel, but I was told by a previous nail technician that the acrylic is more long lasting and tough, which I prefer because I'm pretty hard on my hands. Again, maybe the way that the builder gel was applied mimics the acrylic, but the lack of clarity on my end is a little frustrating as I've been to salons that walk-through what exactly is being applied, and also have sisters that provide acrylic and builder gel nail services in another state. The application itself is rather thick and a little lumpy on some nails, which I didn't notice until after I left . Definitely on me for not saying something while I was there to have them try to fix it. I also had nail tips applied, not a fan of the opaque color of the tip underneath as I don't think it mimics a natural nail. If I go here again, I think I'll request a different tip type. The salon vibe and interior is pretty standard. Maybe they have strong suits in other services at the salon, but my acrylic full set appointment was just meh.

I wanted to take my niece out for her birthday and do something nice. She wanted her nails done so…read moreshe asks and she recieved. I needed somewhere in Saratoga and was referred to this place. Loved the clean business and the selection of colors. But I must say I was a little disappointed in the fact that they said they could do my design on MY nails but then she tried and then said I cannot do it. If I knew that from the get go I would had gotten another color. I improvised but I'll get them changed in a week or so bc I'm not a fan of what she did. My niece however, LOVED her nails. That's what mattered to me. Personally, I don't think I'll go back but I'm sure they have some dedicated clientele. Update. 2 days in and 4 of my nails chipped. I will not return

I possess extensive knowledge of false nails, having received nail treatments for twenty-seven…read moreyears without experiencing any breakage. The technician claimed over twenty years of experience; however, my nails are now falling off similarly to press-on nails. I could have achieved a similar result by myself for just $17. I returned for a fill-in appointment, which cost me $66 plus gratuity for acrylic nails. It is unusual for nails to break off as I experienced. A full set of acrylics typically costs $86 here, plus tip?! Also, the service took two hours to complete, despite most places charging $46 and taking approximately thirty minutes. This subpar workmanship has occurred at this establishment on two consecutive occasions. My return was solely due to a remaining balance of $34 on a gift certificate I received at Christmas, expecting it to cover five visits at $150. Value. The establishment refused to accept the coupons provided with the gift certificates, although nowhere was it stated that they would not be honored alongside the gift certificate. The technician appeared to expect a larger tip, and I would have tipped her equally, but she seemed unwilling to accept the coupon as she didn't feel i was able to make that tip being equal decision. All reviews on this site appear to originate from staff members. Few customers patronize this location due to its high prices. The pedicure chairs are of poor quality. The massage seats from BMW, model X5 automobile offer significantly better massage than the inexpensive pedicure chairs used at this facility. As the massage component is often considered the most enjoyable part of a pedicure, this represents a notable shortcoming. The pedicure treatments are superficial. They do not adequately exfoliate the soles of the feet, which are the most important area. I brought my own exfoliator for use during the service, but the technician did not make any effort to use it properly. When I requested she use the disposable exfoliator she provided, it was of a poor quality, with the consistency of the soft side of Velcro. No even close to a happy customer even though i over tipped and had to listen to her tell me how someone left her a dollar tip. I now know why. Do not go here. They have no prices posted anywhere and will rip you off!
