Not only is she incredibly talented, but she has a wonderful personality and was really enjoyable to work with. She was able to create a hair and make up schedule, for a bridal party of over 14 women to be ready for a 2:00pm ceremony, and the day went flawlessly. Throughout the hair and make up trial, and on the actual day of my wedding- she constantly asked for feedback to make sure that I looked and felt exactly how I dreamed of. She really cares. There was another employee available who appeared to be doing nothing, but instead of accommodating the fourth appointment or offering any explanation, the staff were dismissive and incredibly rude. By the time the other three people in my party were finished, I was still waiting and ultimately decided to skip my service because I wasn't going to make everyone continue waiting for me. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of apology or effort to make the situation right. Mistakes happen, especially on busy holidays, but poor customer service and rude treatment are unacceptable. This was supposed to be a relaxing Mother's Day experience, and instead it was frustrating and disappointing.
