In town on a work trip and thought I'd try this place. Friday night and it was not busy at all, maybe 15 tables were taken and that is at most. Server was great, although one time she scared the crap out of me when she jumped onto the other side of my booth to replace the napkins in the holder. I was not expecting that. The food itself was decent, nothing really stood out as being better than any other buffet I been to. The "hibachi chicken" was good though. The had small crab half's that nobody ate, I was hoping Friday night would bring regular crabs legs but not. They had a Mongolian area which looked good but I didn't eat. Place was clean except the walk area to the bathrooms where it had really sticky floors. It was ok, and I was not upset when I left but it's just like any ordinary Asian buffet. Sorry had to edit the review to add that the labels on the buffet serving areas did not match what was actually in that spot. read more

Excellent quality food and an immaculately clean restaurant. I tried for the first time tonight by ordering Togo and was very impressed. The veggies were fresh and cooked perfectly. Meats were tender and just the right amount of sauce. Won ton soup was tasty and good dumplings. Overall I'm glad to find a nice spot and will be back to sample the buffet. read more

Asian Buffet - Happy family and won ton soup. Fresh and delicious - Mongolian Near Me - Watauga, Texas

Came here for lunch today. I was pleased the place was not crowded. There were same offerings as all other places. Nothing stood out on the sushi. I will say I was expecting crab legs but there were none. Maybe there's a particular day they offer them on. The shrimp was over cooked. Dessert options were not good. You can tell they don't make them here just premade frozen purchased desserts. Place is kept clean. read more

Great variety of food. Kind staff. But they charged us full price when there is a senior discount. My parents had to mention it for them to give the discount ....no cool. Serve people well. Otherwise good. read more

Where can I find a decent Chinese buffet place around here? Definitely not here. I came for the seafood and all their seafood didn't taste fresh. The little octopus at the salad bar seem like it has been sitting for days. The crab was so mushy. Crawfish barely had any flavor. Salt and pepper shrimp was ok BUT this is just another place that doesn't clean the shrimp before serving. Very gross! Waiters didn't come around much to take care of our dirty plates or refills. The chow mein at Panda Express taste better than this. At least put a little love into the food you're making. read more

Eaten here twice. Got food poisoning really bad twice. Do not eat here it's not clean.

Prob rate food 2.5. We came on Friday night at 7 pm. Meats were hard, coconut shrimp was ok. Service was great though rate 5. He was very attentive, refill drinks without waiting to be asked and took plates right away. read more

Just an Asian buffet. Nothing special. The shrimp are good. Too scared of the sushi. Could use more Asian dinner options

Good food. Quick service. Extra fortune cookies, too. Take out or dine in at the large buffet selections.

Food was decent but some of the food dishes were very salty. I don't mind salty food but little too heavy handed.

We love this place Especially the build your own stir fry. Well run, clean & amazing selection of foods. We will continue to return. Love that they also have a senior discount read more

The food selection was amazing and everything was perfectly seasoned, the staff were very attentive. The buffet was clean and had a nice atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this buffet!! read more

This is my first time coming here and it will also be my last. As you can see from the pictures (I came with my boyfriend and our son ) we didn't eat much of anything because the food is really that unsavory. Upon arrival, I was impressed with the selection of food because I will admit, they do have a great selection of food. However, I tried a lot if it and didn't like anything but the Chinese donuts. Literally nothing tasted good to me: the fried rice was bland, the lomein was very sticky indicating it is either very old or undercooked, the egg rolls were undercooked, and the seafood was just...God please don't make the mistake I did. Please go in with average expectations. I would not recommend this place to anyone however, the service was amazing so I had to at least give them 2 stars based on that. I hate to be brutally honest but...I have to be in this case so no one ever says I didn't warn them read more

Are you fkng kidding me? My black wife just asked for a table and they told her she has to pay first. Are you fucking kidding me?! This is Texas, we don't play that racist shit. I need a corporate number immediately and you'll also be hearing from my lawyer! This place is RACIST! Don't even bother, the foods not even good. And I'm not making this up, it happened as soon as we walked in. I'm DISGUSTED! read more

Really good food. Tasty , fresh and healthy. Very good service as well, would recommend friends to come here. read more

Probably 1 of the blandest meals I have ever eaten! What a waste of time & money! I was so looking forward to trying. Huge disappointment!!! read more

We came here to eat last weekend at the buffet and it was nice. They kept the buffet refreshed and stocked. Although this was a nice experience I still order mostly delivery through DoorDash...almost once a week. My go to is the honey chicken, sesame chicken, and any of the soups. I really like how they use the old school traditional box for the rice. read more

Excellent spicy fish soup...great to chase off the chill...hot and sour soup good a little thick ...egg rolls great hot and crunchy...the onion beef excellent......my favorite was chicken wings...cut with extra meat...great flavor...service was awesome and very clean read more

I've been looking for a good buffet since I moved to the area and this has been my favorite so far. Food is pretty good overall, but their service is on point. We never had empty drinks and dishes were bussed frequently. read more

Quality and taste of food. The chicken for the sweet and sour was over cooked and dry. Food in general was nasty. All I can say is it will make a TURD. I won't be eating there again. read more

Yum. My family loves that they have crab and oysters here along with a nice variety of food to choose from. There are some funny signs but that's just due to translation issues. Overall a clean and delicious buffet that I recommend! read more

The food here was amazing. I go here at least once a month, the lo mein and the orange chicken was amazing. The workers are so nice. always sure to greet us When we walk in. It's so clean inside, never been to a better buffet than this. read more

I did get there a hour before closing but not much variety They clearly wanted us out of there! I won't be back

Service was good considering our party was 40 plus people but the food selection wasn't great.

Really great buffet options, the food was actually really good and the place was very nice and clean. The service was also great.

Good is good and fresh. Sushi is good too. They have good covid procedures. As of dec 2020 they have all disposable utensils and plates. Before going through the buffet you put on a pair of plastic gloves. Masks are required. All in all I felt safe considering covid. Food was good and I'll definitely come back. read more

I loved this place as a child all the way up until now. the chefs have changed and most definitely not for the better. half the food tastes like wet dog and the other half is poorly made. sushi is still amazing, just made so loose it falls before you get it to your mouth. read more

One of the better Buffett's in the Ft. Worth area- while they are a little slow to refill food options, they have many to choose from. Tip- if you want crab legs or crawfish, be quick! They run out quickly because everyone swarms to get some haha. One of the highlights of this Buffett is the hibachi area- they make it in front of you to your liking, which is nice. This place gets busy around 7pm, so make sure you are early to get good seating. read more

I'm giving Asian Buffet 5 stars because while it's not fine dining, it's an excellent super buffet. My mom is elderly and doesn't get out much, so I took her there for lunch. She loved everything she tried except for one of the cookies. The quality was great considering the price and that we got there about 2:30pm. I imagine everything would be freshener if we'd arrived during lunch or dinner rush. The staff was attentive and helpful. Can't wait to take mom there again. read more

We 3 love this place! We're glad it opened closer to home than the location by NE mall ('cause that one has gotten a little rough). The staff here is nice and take care of the place. I keep them busy refilling the spring rolls, pepper chicken and sweet biscuits. Ugh, sooo good! read more

As buffets go this is a great one. The food was fresh. They kept it filled and the crab legs were always stocked. Our waitress was very attentive and cleaned our plates as fast as we finished. They were super sweet. Loved it. We will be back. Don't forget to check in to get your free donuts. They made them fresh for me to go. read more

Asian Buffet - Oh. Yeah!! Crab legs on the Buffet!! - Mongolian Near Me - Watauga, Texas

I would say 0 stars but they wouldn't give me the option, I was very displeased by the hospitality and customer service. As soon as I entered through the door the staff were giving me very aggressive stares and then proceeded to tell me I need to pay. I pay and the lady takes me to my table and was very rude as soon as we get seated she tells us "GO GO GO" insinuating that we rush to go get our food although we literally just sat down. Overall disappointed in the visit won't be back especially after having to pay $50+ for horrible service and distasteful food. read more

This place gets an automatic 4 stars for being one of the only restaurants that can completely fill up my bodybuilder boyfriend. We went here for the first time on Valentine's Day (we are casual people) and have been back 3 times in less than a month. While the food isn't anything spectacular or out of the ordinary, it hits the spot + for a great price. I also enjoy how they have a hibachi grill + a sushi bar! read more

This is one of the best Asian buffets I have been to in a long time! This is my second time going and it was just as good, if not better, than the first time I went! Super tasty food and the workers are super kind and accommodating!! 10/10 will go again! read more

Tastes pretty good but the portion to price is way off. Would appreciate a more regular family style Meal for $20 bucks as we only ordered and appetizer and one entree. Biggest rip off of a life time. There must be 4 oz of meat for $20. Might as well have gone to Ruth Kris steak house for another $20. read more

Asian Buffet - Mongolian Near Me - Watauga, Texas

Unfortunately this place has gone down hill. The food has no taste, it clearly is not fresh. I had the teriyaki chicken and it was burnt. Staff is not the same as before when they were friendly and attentive. I wanted to have some hibachi grill, no one was there, mind you this in diner time. I patiently wait and nothing, finally another employee saw me and told me "one moment" she went inside the kitchen I'm assuming to call someone, a few moments later this Asian guy comes out all annoyed to prep my hibachi plate, he made me feel quite uncomfortable as it made it seem as if it was me inconveniencing him. Place is not clean anymore, specially during a pandemic. No hand sanitizer on buffet tables, no gloves, just a sad place now. I will recommend to look for another buffet place as this one sucks now. read more

Meh. Average buffet. Came here for the sushi... just reminds me why I don't like sushi buffets. The staff were nice and friendly. They offer crab legs here and apparently it's "the thing" to get because it's like a swarm of people once they drop them off. I watched a lady get up from her booth where she already had a stack of crab legs, and almost run to the buffet licking her fingers to get more. Quite rude in fact. And it grossed me out to eat anymore. I did like the wonton soup with wonton chips. The desert bar was quite large. Nice soft serve ice cream. read more

Pretty standard Chinese Buffet fare. They keep it hot and fresh all day. The Mongolian Grill is a nice bonus.
