After driving past this place for several weeks, I decided to give it a shot. Sadly, I walked out a little disappointed. I read one of the reviews saying that this brewery is not like any ordinary brewery...and i agree. There is a restaurant with this brewery. When you first walk into the place, you notice that there is karaoke and a stage on the right with a dance floor...and on the left there's all the seating. I happen to be there when they were hosting a party. The waiters and owner were nice and greeted us when we first walked in....they did sit us down...but they took a while to wait on us. When i tried to order a beer...half of the beers on their list were all gone...they actually only had 3 beers remaining. I tried the Tropical IPA...it wasn't bad. The food here was alright...not great. With all the asian restaurants nearby, it might not be a bad idea to go eat there, and come here for the beer...if they have a full beer menu. Honestly...i would consider giving this place another shot...i do want to try their other beers...but i'm not in a hurry to.

Located inside Anh Hong restaurant, Asian Brothers Brewing Company can be hard to find if you don't know what you're looking for. Once you make it inside, you might even think you're still lost. It's not your typical brewery, by any means, but Asian Brothers Brewing is dishing out some fine craft beer outside the traditional California standards, so it's fitting that the rest of the experience falls outside of the norms, too. There are five beers on tap, with their selection including an adjunct lager, Pilsner, pale ale, amber ale, and tropical IPA. Their emphasis is on creating craft beer that falls within the stylistic guidelines of more traditional Hmong, Lao, and Vietnamese beers. The lagers are crisp, light, and fresh. The ales are fruity and balanced without being too overwhelmingly bitter or alcohol. Again, it's a welcome deviation from the norm, and a friendly reminder that beer doesn't have to be 8% or assertively bitter to be good. Price wise, the beer is an excellent deal, too. A flight of five beers is just $10, coming to $2 a taster. The food options looked great, and food is provided by Anh Hong, which houses Asian Brothers Brewing. I didn't grab a bite this time around, but would absolutely consider it, should I revisit the brewery with friends. If you're in the area, make sure Asian Brothers Brewing is on your radar. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

The customer service here is good. Very friendly, and the food is amazing! The beef larp is delicious. The beers were also good. A MUST TRY if you're looking for delicious Asian food and some great tasting beer.

These guys make pretty darn good craft beers. Didn't get to try the Hmong beers or the Vietnamese white but my favorites are the tropical IPA (don't let the name fool you it's not fruity) and the Lao Jungle. I must update review when I can taste the other brews

We found this place through the sacramento beer frontier brewery passport. Pretty sure this is the only brewery that serves southeast asian food. The owner, I think, was super friendly and told us that Asian Brothers Brewery is the first asian craft beer in the U.S.A! The food was good and my white husband really liked the beer sampler haha! The inside of the restaurant/brewery could use some TLC and is in a hidden location off of the freeway but I'm sure when the lights are dimmed and music is playing, it could be a great place to chill with friends and EAT. My husband liked the beer so much that he bought 6 bottles of the Hmong beer to take home.

I had their brew IPA, at Champagne garden in Oakland. Excellent. It complements the excellent food at the restaurant very well. Nice brew.

My wife and I stopped by on a beautiful Sunday afternoon for some birthday brews and an early dinner. We ordered a couple of beers, sat outside to enjoy the fresh air and warm sun. My wife had a pilsner which she throughly enjoyed and I ordered a recently dropped wc ipa which was pretty much perfect! Now comes the best part of our visit. The food! My wife had a chicken cesar salad with bacon added. I ordered a tri tip sandwich with potato chips. My wife loved everything about her salad. The chicken and bacon were perfectly cooked and the salad was fresh. My sandwich was hands down one of the best tri tip sandwiches that I have had. The ciabatta bread was perfectly toasted, there was a killer pesto sauce and a cheese on there that tied this together in the best way. I havent even got to the tri tip yet which was very flavorful and perfectly cooked! Just a great experience at a great place!

We were seated quickly and served waters right away. My husband ordered the fish and chips, while I went with the jalapeño chicken sandwich. The sandwich came with a grilled chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, pepper jack cheese, crispy fried onions, and jalapeño dressing on grilled ciabatta bread. I also upgraded my fries to their Bleu fries (topped with bleu cheese crumbles and bleu cheese dressing). The fries were definitely a highlight--served hot, crispy, and perfectly paired with the bleu cheese. My husband was really impressed with the fish and chips, which he hadn't tried here before. The fish was beer-battered and fried, served with fries and coleslaw. He especially liked the coleslaw, noting that it tasted fresh with great flavor and wasn't overly coated in mayo. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal and the experience. Looking forward to coming back again soon.

My husband ordered Fish N Chips - fish was extremely greasy. Our server was superb, kind, friendly, fast, 2 minute follow up and keeps our drinks filled and all the clutter removed throughout the dinner. If the food were nearly as appetizing as the servers work ethic I may consider returning. Ambiance was lovely.

Most importantly, if they can't remember every detail of an order by trying to memorize it, have them write it down!! Period. This is a skill not everyone possesses. We will definitely be back as the food was pretty good. But I hate spending $120 for dinner in basically a sports bar, get mediocre Service and they expect a 20% tip. (Which I still gave) This was just a few of the things we dealt with. It wasn't really crowded so do like other restaurants. Make sure the item is tagged for the right table and anybody can bring it out. It doesn't have to be the server as I know they're attending to other tables.
