While other nearby restaurants serve dense and greasy American food, I can always rely on Vianna Yangs to provide me with some comforting flavors. I really love the owners of the restaurant. I've had a chance to sit and chat about their business, why they moved to Gibson City. I'm now recognized when I walk in! Although the owners were originally from China, their menu is entirely Americanized Chinese food. No problems on my end, I love this food. All options here are affordable and come in very large portions. I think they do a great job with their fried rice and their chicken and shrimp dishes. I even was introduced to the "Dragon and Phoenix", which is a dish that contains both! Everything has a good balance of sweet and savory, and as mentioned previously, portions are huge! I can turn most meals into 2 portions. Overall, this restaurant is a bit old fashioned. The interior decor could use a little work and they only accept cash.
