I've been going for years, and the prices have always been fair. $19 for a spa pedicure is a good deal. However, I agree with one of the reviewers on here that it's ran more like a factory than the technicians trying to be interpersonal with their clients. Today was the first time in a while that I decided to come in for a pedicure with French tips, and they turned out great. The years that I've gone here I've either been highly impressed with their work, or its just been average. The salon could use some remodeling since it is a little tacky looking inside, but they have new massage chairs, so you're comfortable during your stay. For the price, I'd recommend anyone to come here. read more

I wish I could give a 0!!! HORRIBLE experience for me. I will literally NEVER set foot in this place again. I went in and sat down at a chair put my feet in the cold water for about 45 seconds and the woman wanted to start cutting my toenails. She cut them WAY too short and they were incredibly crooked so she wasn't able to file them straight anymore. She literally put lotion on my legs, did NO massage and just rinsed them off...and I was DONE. Pedicures are meant to scrub your feet and do a long massage and let your feet soak. None of that happened. Needless to say, I was NOT about to pay for what I could've done in the shower in 15 seconds. The first time I came here was about a year ago and I got a pedicure and the lady that did it did a phenomenal job. I came back today to get a full set and let me tell you it was the WORST experience I've ever had in a nail salon. I showed her the design I wanted a French tip with flower design on top. As she's doing my nails there's no sanitary policy whatsoever, left monomer and acrylic stuck to my hands the whole time. I still have acrylic stuck on me. She does the French tip and I get up to wash my hands and she fills my seat. I go over to grab my things thinking maybe a different girl was going to do my design and she said "I put top coat on I thought you were done?" Like no I wanted flowers on my nails I said this 3 times prior to you even starting AND she took a picture of what I wanted. Used to love coming to this place but I'll never go back now. My BFF and I visited this place today, Saturday at 3:40, and they were busy. We were told would be 10-15 minute wait. We said that was fine and went to get some drinks at Harts. Came back and picked out colors after about 10 minutes we were seated all the way to the back. Water started all is well. We sat there for more than 40 minutes, until the water was cold. They never turned the jets on either. The seats were SO HARD my behind is literally sore from sitting there for so long. I didn't get a foot massage which was depressing. I was also in a dress and at a nicer place in town I'm offered a towel to put over my legs. The paint job was fine from what I Can see- I haven't looked too closely yet. I was thankful my skin didn't get nipped during the trimming. We got here about 3:45 and walk out about 5:20. read more

STAY AWAY! It's too bad I didn't see that they only had two stars before I came to this nutty joint. We didn't have appointments but we were there at 10:05 AM. Just after they opened. The gal told us that she could not take us for 25 minutes. We walked around the strip mall for about 20 minutes when she called and told her she was ready for us. We were there within three minutes. Out of the three of us she started on one. My cousin and I sat there waiting for over 40 minutes while somebody came and tried to give us excuses as to why they couldn't do our pedicures. During this 40 minutes I watched two other people walk in the door without appointments in which they took right away. They tried to make excuses as to why they did not start us on time but I wasn't having it. I passed on having anything done other than a polish change so the matter Cousin can get her pedicure. Then as I'm leaving the owner tries to charge me full price for a pedicure. I laughed at her and told her she had to be joking. I did not pay full price but boy did she give me the dirtiest look ever. Try to avoid this place if you can. And I'll just bring you a lot of grief. BEWARE - no good for manicures!!! They are barely good at their pedicures. There's about 3 or 4 ladies that know how to deliver pedicures minus the fact they barley massage your legs (one of the reasons why you want to get a pedicure - for the massage!!!) I have been fortunate the last couple of times to have had them do a C average pedicure. Yesterday - not so lucky with my manicure. My nails were not even filed evenly that I had to ask the tech to file 3 of my nails - middle, index and thumb. Meanwhile the rest of the shop is closing up, lights out and my tech is rushing to paint my nails - see pics of the paint job all the while she kept saying "oh this color so nice, I like, I like". Well I HATED the end result - bullshit nail salon. And get this - they had me put my hands in the gel light for 6 minutes WTF!! I have been getting mani/pedis gels for years and have NEVER had to keep my hands in the gel light for more than 60 seconds!!!!! This tells me they have had problems before with their clients complaining of gel polish, their solution; to make sure that gel polish ain't going NO WHERE!! 6 MINUTES - f'n joke!!! This salon has gone down hill since new ownership! I have been going here for 20 years! The last two times have been HORRIBLE, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so i went back. They are just in it for the $$ now, push you through as fast as they can. I sat in the chair for 45 min waiting, the water was cold, I had to have them make it hotter twice, the massage sucked and my nails looked like a kindergartener painted them. She was clearly in a rush to get me out the door so she could get to the next customer. The young girl painting my nails texted the whole time, at one point she literally massaged the bottom of my foot with one thumb so she could text. I did not say anything because she is clearly going through or is in the middle of chemo. I tipped her, only because I felt bad and got the hell out! I will never go back! I guess it is true you get what you pay for and the$26 just aint worth it anymore. They used to give the best massages in town, and took time but that is not the case anymore. The very first time I came here was after having a terrible experience at another nail salon. I was pretty leery at first, but once I got started talking to Dana I quickly realized I was in good hands (pun intended). She let me ask all my silly questions and explained everything she was doing and why she does it the way she does. I went from having nails that lifted, cracked and busted within a weeks time, to being able to schedule my appointments almost once a month!! Her nails are done to last!! Since my first time coming in as a customer, I now return as a friend. Dana and her whole crew is just simply amazing!! The vibe and ambiance you get when you walk in, is like coming home to grandma's. You immediately feel welcomed and no one is trying to rush you in and out of your services. You don't want gel, it's cool!! No one is gonna try and talk you into it. Having a hard time picking a color, take your time!! It's fine, and they don't mind giving you extra time to do so. You get exactly what you ask for, which in my past experiences with nail salons is rare. If you have questions, Dana and her staff will make sure your questions are answered and won't make fun of you for not knowing something. On top of being friendly and welcoming, this place is CLEAN!!! I often go to my appointments a little early just to hang out and talk with everyone. Anytime they're done with a pedicure or any service, the way they clean is phenomenal!! They don't just spray, wipe and go. These guys scrub EVERYTHING, disinfect ALLLLL parts of the chairs and tubs and not to mention, their tools!! It's seriously a breath of fresh air knowing that the integrity of your nails l means something here. But wait, there's even more to be said... Dana's pricing is by far the best your going to find in all of St. George!! We're talking old school prices, for damn good quality work. The only way your walking out of this place with an empty wallet is when you plan on it. Her prices don't change, unless you add or remove something from a service that your wanting. Dana is a beautiful inside and out, she runs an amazing business and it's no wonder why she has such a high clientele return rate. She's down to earth and keeps it real. I can't end this review without saying something about Myka too, wether he's taking the calls, cleaning a station, or helping customers at the end of their service. You're bound to get a laugh. He's witty and adorably sarcastic in the best way imaginable. Him and his bright smile just adds to the light of the whole salon and helps make the services feel like home. Pedicures are supposed to be enjoyable and relaxing... I felt like I was on a factory line! One lady was cleaning all the foot baths. One lady quickly washed feet and painted nails. My mom recently visited this place and said it was cheap and they did a good job- she is very picky and I trust her judgement so I gave this place a try. Just after I asked my sister if we could go somehwere else of the women yelled at me and my sister from across the room to come sit down, so we felt like we couldn't leave. My feet turned to raisins and my water got cold before they were touched. Barely did any of what normally gets done when I get a pedicure anywhere else. Asia nails does not take appointments. I called the day before and they told me to come right in. I was like "you sure? I have four people who want pedi's" "Yes" they said. So, here we are now, a day later. The four of us. Waiting. Because they have eight people sitting in and waiting with only four nail technicians. My group agreed it was fine so we sat. We waited long enough for my water to turn cold. They are now working on two people at a time. Seriously. My bf got the shiny buff. $5 extra dollars. Toes are not shiny. Im not even kidding, they look foggy. My mother in law said they used dirty towels on her and she did not get friendly service. I went here on a whim with my mother in law for a pedicure. The place seemed nice and clean. However, they herd you like cattle. About a week after my pedicure, my big toe swelled up and turned bright red and was painful. After a month of limping around, antibiotics and fungal medication... I am losing my big toe nail. HORRIBLE proprietor - if you can call them that. I got a gel mani/pedi and that's an overstatement. My heels were not scrubbed, no leg massage and ended up with nail polish on the bottom of my feet. That was the best of the experience. I moved on to my gel manicure. I left with thick nails and the color of pepto bismo from a bottle of nail polish that was so thick and hard to apply...but the best part was by the evening the nail polish was peeling off. Wait...it's not over, I went back the salon the next morning showed the owner the problem and she was rude dismissive and said to come back later. I asked for my money back and she refused. Don't go here! It's dirty, they share tools and noone seems to care about the unsanitary conditions. Including the owner (Dana) who looked like she could use a bath too. They have a lot of chairs and seem to have a system down to get you in and out. My sister and I called ahead to make an appointment and were told they weren't busy and to just come down. Once we got there, we waited at least 25 minutes in our massage chairs before anyone started our pedicures. When they did get to us, they went back and forth between is and another customer (that's what I meant by they have a system). Don't you dare ask for anything outside of the normal pedicure, such as acrylic or even removing the acrylic or gel, they'll tell you they don't have time for it. Probably the worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done. I went with my little sisters who were visiting from out of town, and since i was taking a trip to Texas a couple days later I wanted the Texas Flag on my big toe and the rest a solid color, showing pictures and explaining what I wanted was just to complicated for them (plus i would have paid any price), so after an annoyance with that it took forever and I ended up getting a solid red on all of them. Even after letting dry for an hour there and another hour at home i put my shoes on and it ruined them even though they said they were dry when I left. I paid $25 for a short foot rub and basic painted nails, not worth my time or money. The place was also very dirty and looked a little run down, they are open Sundays so that was a plus but other then that I wasn't very happy and neither were my sisters who agreed there were much better places in Salt Lake. read more

I was on vacation and found this cute place to get a medi/pedi. My friends and I were warmly greeted when we got in. There was a lot of people in front of us so this place had to be great. We decided to wait and I'm glad we did because they did an amazing job! I got a normal french tips and had want to add something different and my nail techician, Eddie offered great ideas and gave me cute flower designs that i know are not offered anywhere at home. I was so happy and my pedi was also wonderful. Carol did my pedi and it was so relaxing I did not want to leave. My girl friends also loved their nails as well. When I went to go pay for my bill I was surprised that it was low. Anywhere else would have charge me at least over $80. I really enjoyed my time there and would recommend this a go to place. =) read more

So this place has like 20 chairs and I went in with my 5 week new born in a car seat and I couldn't put her in one of the chairs even though several of them were empty the lady told me to put my baby on the floor. REGAL NAILS SALON INSIDE WASHINGTON WAL-MART The nail techs their are rude to customers, if your not totally spacific when you first walk in, then you sit at their table and they ask what you want, they will tell you off, plus if you get a pedicure and they have to sand your feet, they get huffy and they charge you an extra $5.00, that was before they put the sign up. They never have enough techs working you have to wait. Over an hour to get any service. When I walked in no one came to me for at least 10 min. I should have left that should have been a big enough sign that it was going to be a bad experience. I was desperate to get my nails done and yes it was a crappie job at that. read more

There was only one person in the entire store who could do french tips. They have lasted very well (for a week so far) since I got shellac. That same lady, who seemed to be the owner or manager was a bit snappy, and I felt like I was an inconvenience. She also painted my toenails very quickly while she was on the phone. This did not worry me too much until I looked more closely at my toes once we had left. The edges of my toenails were not painted and now there are at least three places where it has chipped off only one week later. I have never had that happen before. I'll start by saying that I'm a married male that had never had a salon pedicure in my life so I was a little excited about getting my first. Okay, I lie. I was super Stoked!! I went with my mother law and wife and was ready to get my feet looking sexy. The ladies at first seemed nice enough and made us feel relaxed and started to take care of us right away. Soon after being in the chair and having my feet scrubbed and legs rubbed I asked the lady, (a lil Philippina women) what it would take to get some love on my heals, "because they were almost untouched". She referred me as to where to buy one of the as she explained it, "cheap" foot scrubs. Then without missing a beat the women working on my mother in laws feet chimed in and reassured me they could be purchased at the 99 cents store. WTF. Could you do it? After all, that's why I'm here, ladies. After the no love for my heals, my mother in law and I sat while my wife slipped into here lil disposeable flippidy flops and shuffled over to get a mani-cure. 15 mins passed as the two of us sat and waited, and waited, and waited. Meanwhile more customers entered the business including a little old lady maybe in her mid 70's and was cheerfully greeted. She slowly and in cute old lady fashion , scuttled over to a women at one of the nail stations. This nail station lady had been rushing other ladies in the salon and I'm not sure if she was a manager or what but she was rude to say the least. Unfortunately the little old women had a question about here nail polish that she couldn't seem to see on the shelf and I think the question really inconvenienced the smug-gly lady and in typical shit attitude fashion the lady rushed the old women to a seat. This is were the trip to this salon really put a sour taste in my mouth. A foul, funky, sour taste. Because the old lady was rushed to a pedicure seat she lost her footing and crashed to the ground very hard. The ladies who had just returned to finish up me and my Ma rushed over to help and knelt down beside her for as long as she needed to recover. The old women was so embarrassed and I think her pride was hurt almost as bad as her instantly bruised palm and forearm. She sat in shame in a seat trying not to tear up infront of the full house a on-lookers. This place sucks. I liked the playful banter but two nice ladies out of the 10 or so employees that offer a half-ass pedicure and a salon that makes you wish would have just pedegged your own feet. Come on!?
