I always thought nail salons had to use an autoclave to sanitize their tools. the last few times I noticed their tools were just sitting in the their carts. The tools were just swished off in the dirty foot water and returned to the carts after use. the cheese graters used to shave human skin as well. I asked the girl at the front desk how they sanitize their tools and she asked the owner. Her response was "alcohol". so they just spray some alcohol in them and call it good. read more

I was able to get in the same day for a regular pedicure since they are closed on Sundays. Daniel did a great job, and the salon looked very clean. I went here because a friend invited me to go with, and had a terrible pedicure! the man didn't even use a scrub or scrub my feet! I asked for my toenails not to be cut and he cut them short! he kept getting up and leaving during my service. I got no massage and my polish had bubbles in it and have already come off! I've always loved this salon! They do an amazing job on acrylic nails, and the space is huge with plenty of room to relax. I came in today for a pedicure with my companion, and we chose the $55 pedicure, which included hot stones, hot towels, and a soothing hot wax treatment. My pedicure was great, but unfortunately, my companion's experience wasn't as smooth. After putting his feet in the wax, the technician stepped away and never returned so my companion took the wax off himself. I even told my technician he still needed to be finished and kept confirming someone was coming . He ended up waiting over 30 minutes before the technician finally came back. The odd part was that there seemed to be plenty of staff available, yet somehow, he was left sitting there. I still really enjoy this salon and will be back, but I hope they can improve communication and service consistency so that every experience is just as great as their work! read more

Always a great experience. Calvin is my go to technician who's service is above & beyond. I don't have the best looking feet & toenails and Calvin makes them look beautiful. Today he worked on my calluses that were in desperate need. Although, everyone in the salon does a great job, I request Calvin every time, only because he knows my problem feet and toes, as well as my needs. You won't be sorry with anyone in the salon. We come here every 4-6 weeks for a pedicure. This is the cleanest and most relaxing spa we have found. We highly recommend this place.

Nice looking salon, new remodel, and Rae does a great job. They take debit and credit cards, but won't accept tips on your card. I rarely stop at the bank for cash, so it's a pain to go out of my way. I've been there 4 times and the owner has never greeted me or been friendly to me, but she is to other customers, so you may want to take that into consideration when choosing salons. I still go but I don't love it. I moved to the area a few months ago and I'm still looking for the right salon where I feel welcome and does a great job. read more

Just on a whim I decided to try World Nails & Spa. I am so happy that I did. The salon was clean. All the technicians were friendly. My nail fill and pedicure came out amazing. Before I put my feet in the foot bowl the technician put in a plastic lining. I really liked this as most nail salons just clean the bowl with cleaner. Bad communication between workers, don't do what I ask, lazy massage, never take me at the time of my appointment made, had one girl with the worst attitude ever. I brought my diabetic aunt in for a pedicure & asked them before starting the service not to use any metal implements or do any cutting because she is extremely prone to bad infections. They continue to do so even after being stopped & telling them not to just to finally snip her & make her bleed. We left IMMEDIATELY. I offered to pay for the service still & the owner is kind & didn't make us. But bad communication still & should never mess with health issues like that. On the bright side, Sam is kind & great at pedicures. There are 2 other gentlemen who do a good job at pedicures. If you absolutely need to come here I would specifically ask for them. read more
