I called in to schedule an appointment, the owner said she was busy but she could take me in about 2 hours. So I waited and went in at our scheduled time. The owner took me and genuinely rushed through the entire service skipping so many steps, barely did anything really, slapped my feet around, ZERO massage, did a poor job on the toe nails shaping. The polish is ok, the color is cute.. Of the "30 min service" she spent about 3 actual mins working on me and walked around talking to other people and doing other things. I felt so disrespected and taken advantage of. When I went to pay she said "oh I took such good care of you huh?!" Basically dry begging a tip. Which she did not receive. I work service industry and this was well below par. For a $50 gel pedicure, go somewhere else!!! Genuinely the worst pedicure I have ever had.

Overall the best nail salon Including the service, the nail techs, the atmosphere, the decor, the nail stations, the sanitation. Toni did my nails, he's AMAZING! These nails were around $100. Considering the 1 1/2 hour spent, length, French tips, design, shimmer, I do believe the price I paid fits with the time spent into making these perfect! I am very particular, Toni was the best!! & Helen is seriously the sweetest ever!!

As I sit here getting an amazing leg massage, pedicure, and manicure I am thankful for people like Dan who do a wonderful job so that I may relax. Thank you for your hard work in making me look and feel refreshed!!

This place is awesome! Super clean and the chairs are new and upgraded. They have a ton of chairs and are great for walk ins. The staff is friendly and very attentive - they brought us water and snacks. The tools were clean and they paid extra attention with the massage and hot stones. They even did my toddlers pedicure which was quite possibly the cutest thing ever. They're well set up for it and extremely patient. My daughter had the best time. Thank you, Helen and Dior team!

I work in healthcare so I'm always on my feet and in shoes. When I tell you she spent 45 seconds scrubbing my feet, only to leave with it feeling spikey, has me feeing a type of way. I have never left a nail salon unsatisfied like this. I hate to complain, but I paid 90$ with upgrades. You'd think it would be perfect. My polish also looked like ive been walking in shoes for 5 days. Pretty disappointed to be honest. We stay in town a few times a year, this was supposed to be a girls get away with my friend away from our busy lives, which it was, but we were both feeing dissatisfied after we left. I still had wax on my feet when I put my shoes back on. BUMMER.

I drove 40 mins to come to this appointment. she asked from across the building what i wanted as i called earlier to make sure they had ample time for long gelx with design and they confirmed 'yes', she said i am being "super picky" on what i wanted when it was just a base color with cat eye overlay followed up with an attitude and talking about me to the current lady she was working on. A lady sitting next to a friend i brought, suggested we should leave after an interaction like that and that she also would not be returning after seeing her treat a customer like that. so the owner just literally lost 3 costumers today bc of that interaction.

I was reluctant to make this complaint as I understand how difficult the service industry can be…read more However after a repeated experience of disrespect I feel inclined to share so that others don't waste their money here. A few weeks ago, I came in with an appointment. I was asked to wait 15 minutes. I did not mind. When I was told to go to the technician's chair the first thing she says is "shit." She was clearly in a rush to go home and that was reflected in her work. She even tells another coworker something in regards to "talk shit." As if I am not right in front of her and can't hear her. Her attitude ruined my whole mood and still I remained calm and respectful despite my dissatisfaction. I went back tonight to have the nails removed. I had no animosity and was still respectful and just asked for them to be removed. The same woman does not soak my nails but simply pulls out an acrylic nail to pop off all my nails. When I asked why they don't soak, she proceeded to be pretentious and use the drill so "I don't cry." She then tells me multiple times she doesn't want to make me cry, which is clearly a layered insult. She also tells me that my nail bed is thin as she is actively damaging it by propping it off with a nail. Nonetheless, I finish the appointment with dignity and respect. As I am checking out, she asks the manager "Can I go home now?" My nails are now extremely sensitive. If I knew she was just gonna pop them off, I would have saved myself the 15 bucks and the unnecessary attitude and did it myself. If you want a condescending technician who can hardly shape a nail then this is the place for you. The service is rude, lazy, and unprofessional here.
