HORRIBLE!!! I can not say enough bad things about this place honestly. 1.) THEY USE DIRTY UNSANITIZED OLD TOOLS the guy pulled my toenail clippers out of the bottom of a dirty drawer mixed with tons of other gross stuff mixed in. The tools are unsanitary and Old and dull. I asked him if I could cut one nail and couldn't even cut with it it was so dull and filled with gunk. I was shocked. 2.) What's worse however was how the OWNER Man or Manager was SO RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE and lost his temper in front of my 5 year old child it was horrible. For no reason, yelling at me saying I've been complaining since I came just because when I walked in it SMELLED SO STRONG OF CHEMICALS and I kindly asked him if it was possible to prop open a window or door for a bit and he refused. 3.) MY Mani Pedi LOOKS TERRIBLE. All uneven nails, paint all over the sides even after he "cleaned" them. He didn't paint the sides only nails. Also a pedicure is $33+ which is shocking for the worst mani pedi I ever had. My grandmother could have done a better service and lack of skill. My nail guy didn't speak any English and was going so fast and hurting me. 4.) Also they REFUSE TO HAVE 2 PEOPLE WORK ON YOU SAME TIME (Mani + Pedi) so service takes twice as long. 5.) Also they don't have any good colors only the cheap companies, NO OPI, or any good colors from the few decent brands they have such as DnD. No decent red colors fyi. 6.) When I kept asking the angry Owner Man to please be kind when he was "barking" at me as I heard someone else also say in reviews here, as I'm with my child, he wouldn't stop and had so much anger in his face I can't believe he treated me that way in front of my child. I finally calmly said "I'm sure you would like good reviews yes?" So he would wake up, and he said "I DONT CARE, WE CAN DELETE BAD REVIEWS" . I couldn't wait to leave this place. I was so uncomfortable. If I didn't have someone to be after I would have left. This place does not deserve your business. Awful. read more

Cleaner and most nail techs are better than other salons in the area. Parking and entrance are on the rear of the building.

So I made an appointment for a pedicure and full set for my birthday trip. I came in and had pictures of what I wanted. For my toes I asked if he could do the design on the picture. He said he could. He tried but it wasn't how I wanted it, so I nicely asked if he could just do a regular flower instead . At this point I felt horrible but I didn't like the flower. It covered my whole toe and didn't look like a flower. I am never one to complain or usually speak up but for once I did and just nicely asked if we can just keep it plain with no design. Everything was fine with this. Unfortunately when I got home I noticed part of my toenail isn't even painted. Anywho, we got to my nails. I showed him a picture of what I wanted. It was white tips but in a V shape. The white he did was very thin, didn't look like the picture at all. There was paint missing in areas. I asked him to fix one of the nails where you could tell there was no white and he buffed it a little a went over with more white making it have these layered lines. He also cut my skin while filling which is fine, it happens but hurt. Before I could even speak up about my nails, I was being rushed out of my seat. The owner or the person that works upfront had brought another client to where I was still sitting. She was hovering over me while I tried to gather my things. The interior is nice and they had snacks and drinks. I got the basic mani/pedi and just know it is VERY BASIC. My nail guy didn't speak much English so I had to keep asking them to give me warm water for my foot soak. They did not do any scrub on feet to clean them, which is usually included in a basic. I just got lotion. There was no cleaning under the nails, which I have always had with a basic mani. They did not give you cuticle oil. I think these services are included even in a basic service at other salons so pick wisely. read more

Don't go here!!! The guy who did my wife's nails was SO rude. Barked at her because she accidentally gave the number above the color instead of below. Then told her she was wrong when he brought another color and she said it still wasn't the color she was asking for. He also wiped his snotty nose with his bare hands while doing her fingernails. Very lovely, friendly place. I just wish my pedicure had been as nice as the man who provided it. I didn't really notice until I got home that the limited time he spent working on my feet bottoms was simply applying lotion, no filing of dead skin on heels/toe areas so by time I got home, all the roughness was again evident! The toenail trim and polishing is nice but, for the money (paid for 3 of us = $129) wish I had noticed how rough my heels/feet bottoms were before. Next time (at different place) won't be so much socializing and much more attention to quality of pedicure/pedicurist! ​ read more
