Was visiting the area and came with a group of 4 to get pedicures. The lady that did mine was extremely rough, I asked her multiple times to ease up but she seemed distracted talking to the other staff and would end up being rough again. She used the drill to remove previous gel on my nails and she ended up cutting me and never apologized. She also kept telling me how dry my feet were over and over and none of the other staff members doing the other pedicures ever mentioned anything like that to clients there. I couldn't get out of that place fast enough. All in all I left with extremely sore feet and legs, and a cut on one of my toes. I would never go back here. Positives-the lady who did my little daughters nails was so sweet and kind. Negatives-I get pedicures and manicures regularly so I'm not unaware of the process of removing gel. The lady who I got was complaining and whispering under her breath about taking my gel off. It was done by me so it literally could be chipped off and takes not much longer than removing regular polish. I wanted to get the second tier pedicure and she told me that I don't have time because you came so late. So she can only do the basic and it will also cost to remove the gel because it's so difficult. I came in at 5:30, it was fairly empty and they close at 7. She was so rude and then she started drilling and when I told her it hurt she got even more attitude telling me it doesn't hurt. She tells me, see it's fine as she does it on herself. I told her I do this often and I know that it doesn't have to hurt. She was all upset that I was calling her out and was so rude to me. When I told her she was being rude she said I'm not being rude and tried to come at me again with the drill. I requested someone else to do it and there was no one else so I told them I was done. I didn't want a pedicure. So I left with not complete removal of my polish. The sweet lady who did my daughters came up to me and said I can do it in ten minutes. At this point I was just so upset, I just wanted to leave and not support the business. I don't know their names but for sure the lady I had did not care about customer service. I'm not one to usually complain but I was appalled at her behavior. read more

I used to go to Cedar Nails (now known as She Salon) in Cedar City, but after watching how the new owner treated her worker (the former owners) last summer, I knew I could not support that type of horrible behavior to others. So when I returned this summer I found a few good leads Zion was able to get me in quickly and I have to say, Thank you! Totally worth the 45 minute drive down south. Excellent service and reasonable prices. Very clean facilities. Loved my nail tech and my pedicurist. Really can't say enough. Will add photos in a few weeks when I go back for a fill. It was painful watching her do my nails. She was falling asleep the whole time and bitchy because I made her use liquid gel rather then acrylic. I've never seen anything like this. Made appointments for my daughter and I for dip for 4pm. Was told they could get both of us in at that time. When we arrived, we were barely acknowledged and no one was available to do our nails. Only my daughter was able to take a seat while we waited because they only have ONE chair to use while waiting. After 25 minutes they finally started working on our nails. Part way in to removing the existing dip from my nails, the woman helping me moved to do another customer's pedicure who had arrived after us without an appointment. She left my nails to soak in acetone for 30 minutes before returning to me. My daughter's nails were finished but it took 2 hours from the time we walked in the door with an appointment. Her nails look awful. They are so clumpy and not what she asked for. They do not know how to do dip!! We will be going back to our regular salon to have them redone. read more

Luckily, there was only one customer in there at the time that i walked in( wed at approx 3:30pm). They took me right away. I was way over due for my pedi, last one was 6 weeks ago but ive been too busy. Anyway, i wish i could remember the ladys name who did my pedicure because she is THE BEST. The lady i usually use at home is very good, but the lady at Zion used hot stones and hot towels and the best foot/calf massage. I was kind of scared to see a different person because i am so tender and im a big baby but this lady was great. Thank you Zion Nails and Spa. You're the best. My nail job is mediocre. The technician doing them just isn't happy. She knew nothing of the products after being in the business for 20 years. My toes nails are and snag on my socks. I asked for no massage or oil because I'm allergic. The oil went on anywhose with a massage. Now I'm suffering with my allergies reacting. The business itself seems like it is pleasant. I had a truly wonderful experience! The staff are so friendly! My husband and I were traveling through St. George on a road trip and I didn't have time before we left to get a manipedi. My feet have been in socks and boots all winter in CO and were going to see the sun. I chose the Luxury pedicure and Luxury manicure, worth every penny. Tammy was fantastic, such a pleasant personality. I was there about 2 hours. I felt wonderful when I left. The gal that helped Tammy in the end to paint my toenails missed quite a few spots on my nails that I didn't notice until I had already left town. Otherwise it was a perfect experience! Heard great things about this place. It is pretty nice inside and everyone was very polite and friendly. Hannah was so nice and carried great conversations with me. The negative things are that my cuticles were bleeding and hurt after my fill and the lady that did my toes did a horrible job. She painted in short, choppy strokes and didn't even color the entire nail. The paint isn't smooth and neat and you can clearly see where she didn't go over the entire nail with top coat either.
