I had to ask for relaxing music in the background and to turn on the air conditioning. That was a waste of money! I should have had a full refund! Getting my lashes was a gift from my husband for my birthday which vanished on day 11th. I canceled my refill appointment, and I will never go back to this place. I didn't want to write this, but every time I remember I could've used that money for something else or donated the money to a good cause, it makes me upset.
