We are visiting from out of town, and I needed my mani done. I had already removed my gel polish at home. The female owner definitely "aims to please", but her male associate was assigned to do my mani. Hmm. Definitely had worse, and also infinitely better/more meticulous. This is definitely "middle of the road". His attention to detail is lacking and I had to point out missed edges of the gel polish. As it is, I saw another on my ride home that I couldn't see in the natural lighting of their salon. This place most likely will suffice in a pinch for those seeking a refresh/redo during a visit to StG. For locals, I would say be prepared to train them how you want YOUR mani to look as a finished product

I just had the best pedicure ever by Kelly!! She is super sweet and funny and took really good care of me and made me feel super comfortable! Had slight to no idea what I was doing I just knew the colors and shape I wanted..... the new owner, such a sweetheart I put out my ideas and kind of what I wanted but as she has been in the nail community for literally ever, she completely changed my ideas and put together the most beautiful nail set I've ever had. I completely recommend .... Very sweet and so soft and gentle, with your nails!!! Had the best talks with her. This woman is a complete goddess. I quit going to the Nail Lounge after the new owner took over. I'm sad, because it's close to where I live & I have been going there for years. I made an appointment with the owner, but a man did my pedicure & it was truly the worst "paint job" I've ever had there. If I wanted a sloppy job I would do my own toes. I actually wonder if the guy is licensed & if he has any real training. read more

We are traveling from Southern California to Utah decided to stop for a Mani Pedi when we found this place on yelp, it said that walk-ins were welcome but when we got there to our surprise we were turned away at the door because they said we needed an appointment. This place was way out of the way from the freeway but since it said they excepted walk-ins we took a chance. We'll never do that again! Take your business to "Sky Nails & Spa" it's closer to the freeway, and we were warmly greeted and had the best Mani and pedi's we've ever had in Utah :-) read more

I walked into the Nail Lounge in a panic! I was left waiting for an hour wrapped in soak off foils at another nail salon down the street. That salon got busy and asked me to come back, Again, still with foils on my nails! The moment I walked into The Nail Lounge it felt like a calm oasis. It was clean, organized and staff was really kind. K.B. took me in on the spot and did a wonderful job. She now has a loyal customer for life. read more

I only went here because I was passing through the area from out of state. When I came in I noticed that all of the polishes looked extremely watered down with paint thinner. We had asked for a childs pedicure for my daughter but then the owner rubbed rocks on her legs and had the nerve to up charged me $15 more as an adult pedicure for my daughter. When I went to pay the owner wouldn't make eye contact with me and told somebody else to tell us the price of services. Within 48 hours after the pedicures everybody had chipped polish from the nail polish bottles that are half paint thinner. Zero starts read more

The nail lounge is my absolute favorite place for a manicure and pedicure. Everyone is family here. The atmosphere is clean and fun! The staff are all experts and provide incredible service. Kristen, the owner, has created an incredible environment with a cult like following. Although they do technically take walk ins, you will be hard pressed to get in without an appointment. Everyone loves the nail lounge especially me. read more

I was very pleased with my manicure and pedicure. The gal was prompt, quick, and did an excellent job. The salon was very clean and organized. The only drawback is that they have limited parking. The day I went wasn't a problem, but I can see some days it might be difficult finding a parking spot. read more

If there were a choice for more than five stars, I would do just that. I took my granddaughter's here for a fun day out. They took such good care of us here! All the women were so friendly and accommodating. And I must say, my pedicure lasted a lot longer than most usually do. I'm on my way back for another visit, so that my nails will look beautiful for my vacation. And I know these women won't let me down. Sarah took care of me and she was awesome, and my granddaughters told me the girls who took care of them what great too. We just love this place! read more

I was in St. George for a few days and went into the Nail Lounge for a new set of nails. The shop was clean and friendly. However I was told I should have a regular fill instead of a new set because it would take 30 minutes to soak my nails off. I really needed a new set and I actually could have waited. I knew a fill would not last two weeks but the lady was adamant so I thought, "Okay, I am not going to argue with you." When I left the shop I was dumbfounded at how bad my nails looked. The nails were not even in length. They were not buffed smooth but have groove lines from the electric 'smoothing' tool. With only one layer of top coat they looked awful. After 5 days 3 of my nails had broken at the corners and 6 had come loose under the tips! One week later I have an appointment at my regular salon to take care of this mess but I have been hiding my hands for the last 3 days. :( Perhaps it should have been a red flag when I saw that the other three customers were getting pedicures and no one was getting nails. The Nail Lounge was totally convenient, close to the home we were staying at in St. George. I was able to get in on the same day for an appointment and the shop was clean and the ladies were friendly. While I was there there weren't any other customers or nail techs until the last fifteen minutes of my appointment. It's hard to judge the personality of a shop when there really isn't much going on. My fill, with a few repairs, took a complete hour and the results were nice. I would come back to The Nail Lounge. read more

Highly recommend! They have 6 chairs, which makes it a great place for a pedicure with the girls! You can get a hot stone pedicure for just $25! It's very clean and the workers were very personable. My feet did not feel itchy during or afterwards, which I'm always leery of. Don't forget to grab the callus remover that they sell because it works wonders!! read more

Make an appointment, don't try to walk in. This has been my "go to" spot for pedicures for 5 years now. Kristen and Rosie are terrific. I get the gel pedi. They take the time to soak off the gel from the time before, not use the electric drill to file it off. I appreciate the extra effort to be more gentle. read more

Using Yelp, in a unfamiliar town and in need of a mani/pedi, I called and they fit me right in within 15 minutes. Sparkly clean, precision workmanship, more than a bargain at $35 for both and I am a complete fearful nut about trying a new place. Pleasant and professional, Kristen knows her profession. While in there, Masi was giving a eyebrow threading, something I have never heard of. Fascinating. Had to try it and am now hooked! What an incredible art! $15 bucks! I wish they were in my home town! St. George is very lucky. read more

They say honesty is the best policy so here we go. I am on my way to California emergency ICU trip for my grandbaby. I just had to step out for a second for self-care just to have my feet manicure not even painted. I drove nail salons in a hurry with short time, both didn't have the greatest attitude, and this is a very terrible time for me and sensitive. After being turned down on the second I got back in the car and prayed and asked for direction, and God's will. I felt guided to go to the next choice on sunset, which would've been. The nail lounge. No one answered. I was like great! As I was going back to my quickly came to the door and waved me in. I've never had someone do my hands or my feet with compassion and gentleness. I'm 47 so that says a lot. If I were anyone seeking to get my nails done or my children's nails done, I would head over to the nail lounge because the service was beyond five star and the quality was excellent thank you so much, Maria, you are an Angel!! Well...I didn't think spending an hour in a spa was so much fun until I came to The Nail Lounge. I was greeted with a hello right as I walk in by Kristen by my name! Secondary she checked me in and was exactly on time and ready to see me. Never been to a salon where a technician is prepared and on time and cares about the importance of your time as much. She then gave me the best gel pedicure that only cost $45! She took such great care of me from my massages, to my cuticle care to my callus care to my sugar scrub care down to my perfection of gel polish! She even asked if I like the polish color when completed and I jokingly asked her and if I didn't she replied with a "then I guess we have to redo your polish!" She was just very friendly and just make you feel so welcomed. The salon is clean and very relaxing. The atmosphere is very welcoming. She greets all her clients by their names as they walked into the salon and the salon is quiet and fun at the same time. I definitely will be back to this salon! read more

I have never had a better pedicure!!! Since my first visit, I have taken friends, my mother, aunt, and sister-in-law. They all agree that it was the best pedicure they have ever had. I appreciate the time and the attention to detail that they give to me. It is the cleanest salon I have ever been in. I love the fact that the massage chairs actually work. I have never had a problem getting an appointment or even having to wait when I just walk in. My very very favorite part is the hot stone massage. I feel like they pay special attention to detail and I LOVE going there. Kristen, Rosie and Masi are my favorite ever!!!! This last weekend I took my Mother for Mothers' Day. What a great find! I am from CA and used to the many nail salons in CA that are run by Vietnamese.They are the best when it comes to nails, whether it be a manicure or a pedicure. This shope is run by a Mother and Daughter. It is clean and well laid out. Initially I had a pedicure that was terrific and then decided to have a manicure...another great job. If you are used to having a pedicure that lasts longer than 15minutes, this is the place for you. They spend time on massaging your legs and feet and placing hot rocks on your legs....All in All a great experience! read more

I have been going to The Nail Lounge for over 2 years since moving to St. George, Utah. The owners employees are great; so gracious and attentive to all their clients. They greet everyone by their first names.The location is easy to get to, with a cheerful atmosphere. And, the services they provide and do for you, so professional. I have friends who also go there on my recommendation. read more

My experience here was not good at all!! I did the special, which they crammed into about 50 mins! My massage wasn't even a min per foot! My polish on my hands was still tacky 3 hrs later and I was able to scrape it all off! And the worst part is that my feet are still scratchy! Big waste of $$$!! read more

Love this place!! Great people, prices & customer service. Very clean and no chemical smells. The entire staff is great. I had a facial treading (first time) and am hooked. Shellac nails easily last two weeks. Very affordable!! I won't be going anywhere else. read more
