It's unsanitary and the nail tech I had was not gentle. I should have walked out sooner than I did. Even though my experience was with one nail tech, if that one nail tech is being unsanitary and rough, then that's still a reflection of the business this place provides.

They allow you to book no matter if they are short staffed and thats just wrong. I experienced the owner taking customers by herself one after the other instead of her simply saying Im sorry I cant get to you today because its just me. She had six people in a pedicure chair all at once when she was the only one working. It seems very greedy to me and results in poor service. She was texting while massaging my child's legs during her pedicure, going back and forth between clients (starting one, and then stopping to continue another), massages seemed shorter than usual, and the nail polish has already started coming off. The end product is not worth this type of service or quality and Id much rather be told I have to reschedule than to deal with this treatment again.

The foreign speaking and giggling and facial expressions made me feel uncomfortable. She recommended for me to get additional callus removal even though the pedi package I chose included it, she says that she'll do an even better job removing the callus. And Did Not! And when I asked her if she was done removing the callus, that's when her attitude changed and was mad. I was ready to just get out of there, the owner tried to accommodate my dissatisfaction but at that point I felt discriminated and upset. A place that should feel relaxing and comforting was not the vibe here. I will not come back here

I got a pedicure with gel polish and a French tip for $57, and Sandy got a gel manicure for $40. My pedicure was done by Annie, and she was so sweet and attentive! She really took her time and made me feel special and cared for. What I appreciated most was that she kept checking in with me and told me multiple times that if there was anything I didn't like, I should let her know because it was her job to fix it and make sure I was happy. That made me feel very comfortable and like she genuinely cared about the quality of her work. My pedicure took approximately 50 minutes, and I never felt rushed. Overall, we had a really nice experience, and I would definitely recommend Annie and Pro Nails & Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing nail appointment in St. George! We'll definitely be back.

I work in healthcare so I'm always on my feet and in shoes. When I tell you she spent 45 seconds scrubbing my feet, only to leave with it feeling spikey, has me feeing a type of way. I have never left a nail salon unsatisfied like this. I hate to complain, but I paid 90$ with upgrades. You'd think it would be perfect. My polish also looked like ive been walking in shoes for 5 days. Pretty disappointed to be honest. We stay in town a few times a year, this was supposed to be a girls get away with my friend away from our busy lives, which it was, but we were both feeing dissatisfied after we left. I still had wax on my feet when I put my shoes back on. BUMMER.

I drove 40 mins to come to this appointment. she asked from across the building what i wanted as i called earlier to make sure they had ample time for long gelx with design and they confirmed 'yes', she said i am being "super picky" on what i wanted when it was just a base color with cat eye overlay followed up with an attitude and talking about me to the current lady she was working on. A lady sitting next to a friend i brought, suggested we should leave after an interaction like that and that she also would not be returning after seeing her treat a customer like that. so the owner just literally lost 3 costumers today bc of that interaction.

Peace Love Nails got us in right away, which was a huge plus, and the whole experience was honestly better than I expected. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole thing feel easy and comfortable (even for someone like me who doesn't do this often). They paid attention to detail and didn't rush through it, which you can tell in the final result. I came in with pretty rough, beat-up feet and somehow walked out looking halfway presentable--honestly impressive. My daughter loved her experience too, which made it even better. If you're on the fence or not "a pedicure person," this is a great place to go. They'll take good care of you.

I decided to give it another try and made another appointment, but this time I still waited about 30 minutes. I only get a basic pedicure, and honestly, it feels like those customers are not a priority. It seems like the more expensive services are prioritized, which makes the appointment system feel pointless if you're still going to wait that long. Then came the gel upselling. My toenails had turned white underneath from having regular polish on for too long, so I decided to go without color this time. I asked if that would help, and the response was basically, "I don't know." But then I was told hard gel would help. If you're recommending an additional service, I would expect an actual explanation of why it would help rather than feeling like I'm just being sold another service. Overall, I'm frustrated because I shouldn't have to wait 30-40 minutes after making an appointment, especially twice. The service itself is not worth the hassle when the appointment isn't actually honored and basic services seem to be treated as less important.
