THEY USE DIRTY UNSANITIZED OLD TOOLS the guy pulled my toenail clippers out of the bottom of a dirty drawer mixed with tons of other gross stuff mixed in. The tools are unsanitary and Old and dull. I asked him if I could cut one nail and couldn't even cut with it it was so dull and filled with gunk. I was shocked. 2.) What's worse however was how the OWNER Man or Manager was SO RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE and lost his temper in front of my 5 year old child it was horrible. For no reason, yelling at me saying I've been complaining since I came just because when I walked in it SMELLED SO STRONG OF CHEMICALS and I kindly asked him if it was possible to prop open a window or door for a bit and he refused. 3.) MY Mani Pedi LOOKS TERRIBLE. All uneven nails, paint all over the sides even after he "cleaned" them. He didn't paint the sides only nails. Also a pedicure is $33+ which is shocking for the worst mani pedi I ever had. My grandmother could have done a better service and lack of skill. My nail guy didn't speak any English and was going so fast and hurting me. 4.) Also they REFUSE TO HAVE 2 PEOPLE WORK ON YOU SAME TIME (Mani + Pedi) so service takes twice as long. 5.) Also they don't have any good colors only the cheap companies, NO OPI, or any good colors from the few decent brands they have such as DnD. No decent red colors fyi. 6.) When I kept asking the angry Owner Man to please be kind when he was "barking" at me as I heard someone else also say in reviews here, as I'm with my child, he wouldn't stop and had so much anger in his face I can't believe he treated me that way in front of my child. I finally calmly said "I'm sure you would like good reviews yes?" So he would wake up, and he said "I DONT CARE, WE CAN DELETE BAD REVIEWS" . I couldn't wait to leave this place. I was so uncomfortable. If I didn't have someone to be after I would have left. This place does not deserve your business. Awful.

The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole thing feel easy and comfortable (even for someone like me who doesn't do this often). They paid attention to detail and didn't rush through it, which you can tell in the final result. I came in with pretty rough, beat-up feet and somehow walked out looking halfway presentable--honestly impressive. My daughter loved her experience too, which made it even better. If you're on the fence or not "a pedicure person," this is a great place to go. They'll take good care of you.

A few weeks ago, I came in with an appointment. I was asked to wait 15 minutes. I did not mind. When I was told to go to the technician's chair the first thing she says is "shit." She was clearly in a rush to go home and that was reflected in her work. She even tells another coworker something in regards to "talk shit." As if I am not right in front of her and can't hear her. Her attitude ruined my whole mood and still I remained calm and respectful despite my dissatisfaction. I went back tonight to have the nails removed. I had no animosity and was still respectful and just asked for them to be removed. The same woman does not soak my nails but simply pulls out an acrylic nail to pop off all my nails. When I asked why they don't soak, she proceeded to be pretentious and use the drill so "I don't cry." She then tells me multiple times she doesn't want to make me cry, which is clearly a layered insult. She also tells me that my nail bed is thin as she is actively damaging it by propping it off with a nail. Nonetheless, I finish the appointment with dignity and respect. As I am checking out, she asks the manager "Can I go home now?" My nails are now extremely sensitive. If I knew she was just gonna pop them off, I would have saved myself the 15 bucks and the unnecessary attitude and did it myself. If you want a condescending technician who can hardly shape a nail then this is the place for you. The service is rude, lazy, and unprofessional here.

The foreign speaking and giggling and facial expressions made me feel uncomfortable. She recommended for me to get additional callus removal even though the pedi package I chose included it, she says that she'll do an even better job removing the callus. And Did Not! And when I asked her if she was done removing the callus, that's when her attitude changed and was mad. I was ready to just get out of there, the owner tried to accommodate my dissatisfaction but at that point I felt discriminated and upset. A place that should feel relaxing and comforting was not the vibe here. I will not come back here
