Second, it's the easiest to navigate for a newcomer because it's a small gym dedicated solely to gymnastics, and they have a smaller gym a couple doors down for the 4 and 5 year olds. The viewing areas are clean and comfortable. The coaches are great with the littles... very kind and knowledgeable. Parking is great. There's a Planet Fitness right next door, so I can get in a quick workout knowing that she's in good care and enjoying herself. They host open gym a couple of Saturday nights a month for a great price, and it's easily my daughter's favorite thing to do if I need some time to myself or just want to let her get that extra energy out. Last but not least, the location is so convenient to just about anywhere in Rockwall. It's easy in and out. I highly recommend them for any busy parent who's kid is interested in gymnastics.

We love the other two locations but this one was incredibly disappointing for their lack of cleanliness. Toddler time is a great opportunity for little ones to expel energy and UE offers that. However, I don't feel it is sanitary at all especially for the young ages that are there. They have chemical bottles just laying around that can easily get into the wrong hands. They had garbage laying around on and by the gym mats, even though it clearly says not to bring food in there ppl don't always listen. There was a staff member "working" but she was just sitting on a mat the entire hour and lots of rules were broken without care (shoes being worn, etc). There has been a broken light for quite some time and it's also a safety concern where the bulb flashes like a stobe. This can be extremely harmful to someone who has epilepsy and isn't a precaution that people aware about before they enter, nor is it something that they have fixed and has been like that for quite some time. There is chalk everywhere which is a given for gymnastics but this is so much then I have ever seen elsewhere and an asthmatic they can feel it in their lungs and you just see the dust in the air which is not good to breathe in. It honestly doesn't look like this place is cleaned even tho there are full chemical bottles just laying around. It just felt very unsanitary and gross. In comparison to the other locations in town, this one is disappointing to see their lack of care and attention. There really isn't an excuse for that neglect.

Since today was the last day of my semester, I wanted to write this review about my experience at…read moreKids Unlimited Early Care and Education. The Quran and the Bible carry a common message: a good person helps people who need support. My experience at this center showed me the meaning of kindness and support. I am a resident of Wylie, and I needed observation hours for my bachelor's degree in education. I needed to complete my hours in Wylie because it was summer break, my children were at home, and I also needed to help take care of my elderly mother. I contacted many centers in Wylie and asked if I could complete my observation hours there. Unfortunately, some places did not give me an opportunity after they learned that I am Muslim. Then I contacted Kids Unlimited Early Care and Education and asked if I could observe at their center during July 2026. The Director, Ms. Vanessa Arce, welcomed me and treated me with kindness and respect. She completed my background check, and after everything was approved, she allowed me to complete my observation hours at the center. From my first day there, I felt welcomed. I saw how the teachers cared for the children, how the center was organized, and how much attention was given to creating a safe and positive environment for children. The center even has an indoor playground, which I thought was wonderful for the children. I promised myself that I would write a review so that other people could know about my experience. Ms. Vanessa Arce showed me that kindness and understanding can make a big difference in someone's life. At a time when I was having difficulty finding a place to complete my required hours, she gave me an opportunity and treated me with respect. I would encourage parents to look beyond just the services a childcare center provides. Before choosing a center, I believe it is important to learn about how the center treats families, teachers, children, and the community. I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Vanessa Arce, Center Director, for welcoming me, supporting me, and allowing me to complete my observation hours at Kids Unlimited. I would not recommend this daycare, especially for anyone with an infant. We had multiple issues…read moreduring our time there, and every mistake happened when a floating or substitute teacher was watching my baby. It honestly made me question how well the staff are trained and how the daycare is being managed. I do want to say that her main teachers were amazing and loved my baby so well. I truly appreciated the care and affection they showed her, and I never want my experience to take away from the good things they did for her. From what I observed, they also seemed frustrated with some of the staffing decisions and understood that there were issues with how the daycare was being run. My concerns are not with the love her main teachers showed her, but with the management and the lack of consistency when other staff members were responsible for her care. The biggest concern was when my baby was laid on her side to sleep. When I first asked about it, I was told she had rolled onto her side herself, even though she cannot roll yet. When I went up there to address it in person, the director admitted that they had placed her on her side and acknowledged that it was against safe sleep guidelines. I was extremely upset that I was initially given an explanation that was not true. Safe sleep is not something that should be taken lightly, especially when it comes to infants. There were also multiple issues with her feeding schedule. She was fed 12 ounces back-to-back because a feeding had not been documented, and another time she was fed an hour early because the teacher did not know her schedule. These are things that should not be happening when staff are responsible for caring for a baby who relies on them to follow her routine. Another concerning experience was when I went to pick her up and did not even recognize the teachers who were watching her. I had never been told that different staff members would be caring for her, and the teachers did not know who I was or which baby I was there to pick up. That made me extremely uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about communication, supervision, and pickup procedures. After all of this, I decided to pull my baby out and move her to another daycare. Before leaving, I specifically asked the director to remove my bank account from autopay. I was told they did not know how to do that, which was concerning in itself. Having to deal with billing issues after everything else was incredibly frustrating. Overall, I have serious concerns about the training of the staff and the way the director manages the daycare. I also do not feel the director knows how to communicate with parents or handle concerns professionally. Instead of feeling reassured when I brought up issues, I was left feeling even more uncomfortable with the care my baby was receiving. It is especially disappointing because her main teachers were so wonderful to her, but the lack of consistency with substitute staff and the management issues overshadowed that. Leaving your baby with someone else requires a lot of trust, and unfortunately, this daycare did not give me a reason to feel confident in that trust. Between the safe sleep issue, feeding mistakes, lack of communication about who was watching my baby, concerns with pickup procedures, and billing problems, I decided it was best to take her somewhere else. I am grateful for the teachers who genuinely loved and cared for my baby, but I believe the management needs to make significant changes. No parent should have to worry about these things when leaving their child in someone else's care.
