My son had a blast here! The entire establishment was very clean, well maintained, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The games were easily divided with games for bigger kids up front, and games for smaller kids in the back. We purchased a 30 free play card which allows unlimited play for the 30 minutes, (no need to count tokens). I love the fact that we could pause our time for restroom breaks and to eat so the entire game play time could be spent on actual game play. My only complaint is that there was no play land with tubes and slides for my 3-year old to play in. He loves those things but this establishment did not have them. Overall I was very pleased with our visit. Also... the food was mediocre at best; exactly what you would expect at a children's play establishment.

Lunch special & they also had one out of unlimited play for $14.99 (didn't think this was such a great deal).

Closest CEC and wanted to get the little out the house. Pulled coupons from the internet before going. Got to the location and saw in the window that they have a lunch buffet. Walked in the door, got stamped and proceeded to the cashier to order. She however was also manning the ticket redemption desk. She finally was able to break away and was extremely friendly as she took our order. She forgot to give us our game cards and tried to get someone to help her fix it. The manager was passing by and she got her attention however she wasn't as pleasant. Got to the buffet and some of the pizza looked like it had been sitting out for awhile. Waited until some new pizzas hit the bar and got all our pizza at once. Chuck only came out once while we were there however he did stick around for pictures with the kids. Don't recall the stage ever lighting up for performances either. Most the games were working. There were a few games that malfunctioned and we had to chase down someone who worked there. Like the card better than the old coin concept. Like the ticket counter however we had a malfunction there as well. In comparison to other CEC, this one is small and outdated. However my little was just happy winning tickets.

We have gone to a lot of the Chuck E Cheese's in the DFW area. This one is by far the cleanest and friendliest! Such a great place to eat and play.

Played some street hoops and my score is now the highest score to try to beat.

This was a last minute "let's get out of the house" decision. It was the closest place to get away for a bit, play some games. Plus we had a coupon for 100 coins @ $20 Very small and very few games , some didn't even give you tickets. I believe it was the smallest size chuck E cheese I've been too. The staff was super nice, didn't try the food, but I'm sure it's the same as all the other ones. Don't know if I would go thier again, unless they expanded and added for choices of games to play.

Stuffed crust pizza...hot fresh and delicious!!

We just left Chuck E. Cheese and what a nice experience it was!! I know not the regular kid zone experience! We walked in a noticed it was much smaller than any other Chuck E Cheese but it was also cleaner and the staff was nice and accommodating. We first went to the bathroom and my 4 year old was like mama it's smells fresh!! Now that tells you something!! Sparkling clean! The lady at the ordering counter told us the best way to order our pizza and man, was it fresh hot and GOOD!! The manager gave my son quite a few free tickets since it was his birthday. The power did go out but it was storming outside. The manager came and checked on us and updated us, it was only out for 3-4 mins tops!! Try it out, we were super pleased!

They have several games to choose from and even basketball & my all time fave skee ball! Almost every game is $1-$3... totally affordable. Pinball machine had a sticky flipper, guitar hero had a broken button and strum bar and the PacMan machine had a faulty joystick. Not to mention, the machines advertise "$1 per play" but using your card charges you for several games. I've seen the business owner's reply to comments like these however it is not clear as you are paying to play and is very misleading. Imagine paying $5 per game and it doesn't even work properly! Additionally, I somehow payed twice ($14 total) for some photo booth pictures that don't even have any special branding of the bar. I've never had such a horrible experience at a barcade and don't plan on recommending this place or returning when I visit Dallas again.

This was one of the most disappointing customer experiences we've had, not because of a rule--but…read morebecause of how it was handled. Our six-year-old son loves racing. He's been racing regularly since early November at another Andretti location and has already been officially verified as meeting the height requirement for the junior track. We came to this location excited, with family in town, expecting the same consistency. Instead, he was denied access based on a manager's visual guess from behind the counter. No one measured him. No policy was clearly explained. No customer records were checked. And the manager refused to even come out to engage directly. If height requirements are about safety (which we fully respect), then they should be enforced objectively and consistently. Guessing from a distance is not safety--it's laziness and poor leadership. What made this worse was the complete lack of empathy. Watching a child who loves racing go from excited to confused and disappointed--without explanation or care--was heartbreaking and entirely avoidable. The Andretti name stands for precision and professionalism. What we experienced here was the opposite: disengaged management, inconsistent policy enforcement, and a total breakdown in customer experience. We didn't ask for special treatment. We expected competence, consistency, and basic respect--especially when dealing with kids. This experience ruined our visit and seriously damaged our trust in this location. Until Andretti addresses these leadership and operational issues, we won't be returning--and we'll think twice before recommending it to other families.

The race cars are really the main attraction here and the entire place revolves around the racing. You cannot make a reservation. It's a first come, first serve situation. There are four racing categories (see below), so if you come with a group of mixed ages or heights you may not all be able to race together (I've witnessed this shock when birthday parties assume they can race together). The Intermediate and Junior Races are slower than you'd assume. I could jog faster, but the WORST part is the speed. They go so slow and are controlled so it's nearly impossible to pass another racer or actually RACE! The Mini Mario has some speed and speed is adjusted based on the general age of the racers in the heat. The cost is $29 down to $15, which doesn't sound horrible, but after waiting for a long time for your group to be called and then racing for 1min to 7 minutes, the cost is really high! High enough you're not likely to get in line and do it again. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Ugh. There are kiosks and a giant line with actual people at a counter. Don't be mistaken YOU MUST go to the kiosk FIRST and fill out waivers, although there are no signs anywhere telling you that. We've filled out waivers on line before arriving, only to find ourselves at the front of the line and told "we can't find it, now to to the kiosks and get back in line". It's awful. The employees don't seem to like their jobs, or likely are sick of people being upset at them for the HORRIBLE process management has set up. We've never been able to find someone on the floor to help us when a video game eats our money or doesn't work either. The guys in the race area are hit or miss. Sometimes they're patient and kind. Other times they mumble and seem pissed off to be there. GAMES: The video games are the same as other places around town, but after driving all the way out here, searching for parking and then racing for 5 minutes we've always felt like we need to play a few games to make the trip worth it. FOOD: We've never eaten here, but it's basic bar food (hamburger, hot dogs, nachos, etc) and the cost is high for such basic food. We'd rather pay the same amount for better food options in the area. All that to say, expect to spend $$$ to come race, eat and play at Andrettis. Make sure your group has checked the height & age requirements to make sure you can race together. And finally, come with a lot of patience. ----- Race Categories ----- ADULT RACE 7- Minute Heat.
