Nothing will ever compare to what Jim's Pay & Save was, but this is a decent stand in. Shawn was so helpful. I came in looking for a sheet of brass for a project present for my fiance, which they didn't have, but after I told him what I was trying to do and showed him pictures, he recommended a different sheet of metal that should would work just as well. Long story short, I bought more than I needed, but that's my own fault (and an ongoing trend for me in hardware stores). I had everything I needed to make a beautiful sheet metal rose that my fiance absolutely loves. This Ace may not have everything you've ever wanted in a hardware store, but they do a pretty good job of having most of what you'd need, in a location that was in desperate need of a hardware store.

If this is truly a family-owned business then that means that the owner is a Zettler, right? I'm curious do all the other Zettler hardware stores treat their customers and employees as rude as this "owner" did? Best to steer clear!!
