UPDATE: Now I'm giving -3 stars ...3rd delivery scheduled for 7/30. I received an email and text requesting me to confirm delivery time 6p-9p..I confirmed this delivery window and got a call at 3:54p saying they were outside my home trying to deliver my stuff. I explained that I was still at work and that my confirmed delivery time was for 6p-9p and they said well a customer service rep would call me. I then received a call from Andrea who said their system said 5p-8p. I told her I have email and text record of the 6p-9p window and she said well that's not what is in our system. I told her I was at work and wouldn't be able to leave but would in fact be home for the original confirmed times. She said well the guys have one more stop and can be back in 15 minutes. I asked her even if your system is showing 5pm-8pm why would they be at my house at 4p?!? She couldn't answer and explained I would need to reschedule!! I called customer service later that day, woman said she would put in a ticket to get items back out for delivery....never heard back. Also after this review posted and they responded asking me to email my contact info, I did and still haven't heard from anyone!! If I could give "0" stars...I would! Good selection of furniture, accommodating sales reps, but HORRIBLE delivery, HORRIBLE delivery customer service! Never able to get someone on the phone despite calling 4 days in a row and being on hold for hours at a time! Went in to find furniture for my guest bedroom. Met with a salesman named Sammie and found everything needed. The process was smooth, I was able to get everything I was looking for within budget. When it came time to sign paperwork (mid-May 2020) and select a delivery date. I was given two separate delivery dates due to part of my order being on back order. The first delivery date I received was about 2 weeks out ( not ideal but do-able), the backordered item was set to arrive in 45 days...not happy at all about that but agreed with these delivery dates. After my purchase, I received a call from the delivery team saying my items were taking longer than expected to be shipped and I would not be receiving them on Jun 2nd. They informed me that I would get all items on July 19th. I was furious but had to accept that pushed back date. Then on the morning of the 2nd (original delivery date) I get a call at like 7am saying they will be there that afternoon to delivery part of my order. I explained that I had recently been told that I will not receive items until July 19 she says, "Oh, Okay, I'll let the delivery guys know ....that afternoon I still receive an unexpected delivery of two of my items. Next delivery came 7/18 but was missing a piece and no one knew anything about it or how to resolve. Delivery men were upset that I asked them to wear shoe coverings but went to the truck and put some on them walked through the street then sidewalk into my home with them on?! We order furnitures from Ashley's furniture which includes the dining room the living room bedroom set. The sales person said that it will arrive within three weeks turns out the furniture will not get here until five months after. We understand due to Covid, shipments are being pushed back. Well, five months turned into six months. We contacted the store regarding our delivery, customer service said it will not get here until June 25. We decided to go to the store wanting to cancel our shipment, however, sales person said that it will get here by June 11. We decided to wait for the Furnitures, But it never came. We decided what the heck, might as well wait for it to be delivered most likely the original date of June 24. Well today's June 24. We received a text from Ashley's furniture indicating our furniture will be delivered between 1 to 3. 4 o'clock came and still no news of delivery. We called customer service for status only to find out they have no clue as well. Their tracking device showed the package was still at destination number two and we were destination number eight. 7:40 PM we called customer service again and they still have no clue regarding the whereabouts of the delivery truck. We press on to speak with the supervisor, who finally told us the truck broke down. Apparently when the truck broke down I guess their phone breaks down too?! At this point we wonder if they even have our furniture or are they just bullshitting us?! If our furniture is not delivered by tonight, tomorrow we will head down to the store and have them show us if our furniture is even there. If not we will be canceling the order. Never ever, ever, ever order anything through Ashley's furniture. They are a bunch of liars. Their customer service is horrible. They will do anything to give you the runaround. I recently relocated to Pflugerville for work and after leading my apartment, decided to obtain new furniture to better match the layout and design of the contemporary unit. I searched online and a few local stores, but soon found myself in Ashley. I don't normally like to deal with sales people, until after I've made the rounds and made some decisions. But, the store was massive and I didn't know where to begin. And that's when Ms. Doris greeted me. She was wonderful! High energy. No pressure. And seemed to be genuinely interested in my needs. I am in the process of building my credit, so I wasn't sure if I would be eligible for financing, after identifying the bedroom suit I liked. Ms. Doris had every confidence that I would be eligible for financing, at some level. And she was right! The entire team was wonderful! And I walked out extremely happy with the interaction. And yesterday, my bedroom suit was delivered and set up. The delivery men were very pleasant and professional. Looking forward to my next purchase from Ashley!! To whom it may concern, Just want to provide some feedback on my experience with my purchase. I am extremely unhappy, and here is what happened. I purchased a sofa and loveseat from the Pflugerville store. Final sale was $3400, which included a $180 delivery charge. Got the sofa as planned and promised, no issues. But the loveseat, was a different story. I got a text message on 7-9 Thursday stating my order was ready and they scheduled me for a 7-11 Saturday delivery, with a time of 3:30 to 6:30 pm, clicked the link to confirm. Then I let my work know that I had to be off at 3:00 pm on that Saturday 7-11 due to the delivery. Had to do some rearranging, but got the schedule to work. Then on Friday 7-10, I got a text message that they wanted to do a Saturday delivery with a time frame of 1:00 to 4:00 pm. I did not click the link as this was not going to work, I couldn't go back to my work and ask to change my hours again. So I called as soon as I could, waited to talk to someone, and then told the first guy that I needed to have my originally scheduled time of delivery due to being at work. He said that he couldn't do anything and needed to transfer me. Put me on a short hold, and then got hung up on. So I called right back, had to wait to talk to someone again. This guy was told the same thing about my situation. He said that he needed to send a message to the delivery guru's and to hold on for a minute. I waited until he was done and he said that he had sent the message and someone would get back to me. I was provided the Audit Comment Log so I know that he sent it. Never heard anything until Saturday at 11:48 am by text, saying that my delivery would be at my house in 15 minutes. So again, I called the number, and was told that was the time of the delivery. Which is wasn't, it was neither the original time or the attempted rescheduled time. It was an hour earlier than that. While I was trying to explain all the information above to the guy, I was getting called by the delivery guys stating that they were at my home. I finally just got so frustrated, that I told the guy on the phone to just cancel the order and take it back. He told me that he could not do that and there was nothing that he could do. After hanging up with him, I got a final call with I guess dispatch telling me that my delivery was at the house. I told them that I was at work and could not get home. So I told them that I was going to cancel the order and to take the loveseat with them. Me and my wife went to the local store on Sunday 7-12 to make sure that we were getting our money back for this disaster. I was told that all they could do was give us back the $1466 that was the price. And that was it. Didn't try to do anything to fix the issue. The store manage Jessica was not one ounce of help. She just kept pushing to have us reschedule the delivery. Which just made us angrier. Just left us out there angry, and extremely unsatisfied and frustrated. I actually told her at that point that I just wanted to cancel the whole order. But was told that we could not return the piece that was already delivered. Just so plain frustrating. Wish we had never stopped at that store. So a few questions: 1. Why wasn't the exact refund explained? 2. We still paid $180 for delivery, even though they did not fulfill their delivery, Why? 3. We paid $260 in tax, but some of that should of been returned. 4. Can I not cancel the whole darn order? read more

In April of 2015 I purchased a sleeper sofa from the Pflugerville location. within 7 months I noticed the left side border/frame that the sleeper was connected to was broken. Luckily i had bought the protectin plan. So i called customer service they fixed it within a month after calling. Now it's June 2016 and on the same side guess what broke again. I asked for compensation, they offered 30 dollars off shipping (after we lost time off), or offered 50 dollars store credit, which was bumped to 75 dollars store credit, which is ridiculous because we have to spend more money to use the store credit, so they benefit anyways. I then asked for the 75 dollars store credit and to cancel the order, so I could re-place the order, and was told she's writing a note on my account so the store credit would become invalid if I did that. Customer service is horribly bad. Avoid them at all costs. It isn't worth your time, if you ever even get the product. I'm here without a couch, lost time off, and lost money from taking time off. All for a couch that will probably fall apart in a year because most of the stuff here is obviously cheap quality. read more

We call, took 3 days to reach a store manager. We're told February 18, both items will be delivered. We call a few days before, and are told our order won't be in until May, and they won't confirm exactly when and made no offer to compensate the inconvenience. If we'd utilized their financing, it would be one thing, but we paid for the order outright. Called to get a refund, and have been told in will take 48-72 hours to get a call back to process a cancellation. I bought a love seat from Ashley in Pflugerville in November for my mother who is moving into assisted living. Knowing there were big delays on furniture being delivered right now I specifically asked i would be able to have this by December 17 - if not I wasn't interested in buying it as I needed something quickly so she had a place to sit in her new apartment. Of course, I was told it was in stock and I could get it right away. I called in early December as I had not heard from them to deliver. I was told it would be in the warehouse on Dec 7 and I would be called for delivery. Still nothing. I called on Dec 11 and was told 6-8 weeks for delivery. The person I spoke to said he was calling the warehouse to see if he could expedite the delivery. Put me on hold for over 5 min. Came back and said they would contact me on December 14 to discuss delivery. Never heard from them. I called again today (December 21). I was told the couch was not at the warehouse so they could not even schedule delivery. I got a different story every time I called. There was an end table I asked the remove from the purchase when I called the first time because that delivery would be in February and I still have not been credited back for it. I updated the delivery address when I called on Dec 11 and they till had the original address when I called today. They never updated it. These people are a HOT MESS. Are they intentionally lying to me or just that bad? I've bought a lot of furniture here over the years. No more. This is the most frustrating experience. read more

I shopped around for a solid 2 weeks and went to 6-8 places looking for a sectional. Ashely had EXACTLY what I was looking for, and I was relieved to put an end to my search. It looks beautiful, and is inexpensive. Ashley of course does not have the "highest quality" pieces, but for now its perfect for what im looking for. The sales guy was Kevin and he was great to work with. I paid over the phone, after I went home and measured out the living room JUST to make sure it would fit. The sectional was delivered THE NEXT DAY, as they said it would. It did take me 3 days to get my receipt which was annoying, since I paid over the phone. They said they e-mailed it...but I never got it... this happened 3 times over 3 days until I made them e-mail it while I was on the phone so I could tell them I received it. I had to fight for the receipt for 3 days which sucked. Overall the couch looks gorgeous, it was relatively inexpensive, and delivered the next day! I am curious how it is going to hold up... The experience with my recent purchase was nothing short of horrific. This was your second attempt to get a headboard delivered with the correct pieces. First attempt, two left legs were sent. Second attempt, the headboard was damaged. To make matters worse, the 2nd delivery team was completely unprofessional. I have no problem dealing with the shortages nationwide with getting furniture and everything else in life because of COVID and staffing however every time we have had any contact with Ashely's they have flat out lied. Every phone agent has a different answer. Was told a date for delivery, no one showed up. When we called they said it was pushed back. Didn't think to call me though. We were told all of our furniture was in and just waiting on one piece, then that turned into 2 pieces, and then 3. Where is the furniture going? We asked them to just send what they had and they told us they couldn't do that because if the wedge to the couch came in a different color and didn't match they wouldn't take it back. Nobody has a supervisor or manager we can speak to. We were told today that our couch would be delivered (all 3 pieces, sectional) and they showed up with just 2 pieces. Oh and the table we have been waiting for for over a month somehow is now damaged and had to be sent back. There's NO communication. We dealt with Alvino at the Pflugerville store. He told us that any piece that came in they would make sure we got it. That was a lie. And the number he gave us to contact, he never responded. After I completed my purchase and had no idea what I was about to experience. I would give zero stars if I could since I am having a horrible furniture buying experience now. They delivered the wrong bed frame and told me I need to wait 6 weeks(!) for someone to come and pick up the wrong delivered item. I've reached out to the store manager and they told me someone will call me every 4 days to give me an update about the status of my request but nobody called me in the last 2 weeks. They don't care about you after they finish the ordering process with you. Every time they blame the central office for any problem. It was clearly the mistake of the salesperson (Se Park) who put the wrong item number which ended up I received the wrong items. Do not under any circumstances, order or buy furniture from Ashley HomeStores in Pflugerville, Texas or Temple, Texas. Corporate and store management personnel employed with this furniture chain do not want to honor the 2013 Montage in-store contracts, and store personnel will not answer the phones, (even though, when on previous visits to both stores, there are people standing around in a practically empty store waiting for people to walk through the door). On one of my several calls to corporate's customer service, I told the rep that the Pflugerville store didn't answer their phones. Her response was, "Well, maybe they are closed today." It was Saturday. I was floored by her answer. So don't count on sales personnel calling you back after promising to do so, all you'll get are crickets. Management will not sell anything on the store floor if the item has been discontinued and can no longer be ordered. Managers do not have the authority to sell a discounted item on the store floor without corporate approval. And, don't bring a complaint to a manager, the Temple store manager, told us to call the corporate offices. He didn't even want to review our Montage contract or assist us in anyway. Double check the quality of sale items. At the Pflugerville store, I noticed a full priced lamp on sale for 50% off, it had a large crack going down the middle of the lamp vase. It shouldn't even been for sale, as it was damaged beyond repair. And, just because an item has a price tag, doesn't mean it's for sale. In addition, if you call their corporate customer service, it takes 30+ minutes to get anyone to assist you. In the past month, I've experienced the most indifferent and incompetent customer service ever, (from the managers on down, with the exceptions of Angelina and Jeri) and my situation still isn't resolved. I have yet to receive the piece of furniture ( a small bench) that I ordered on August 26. I had ordered this piece of furniture using the in-store credit my husband and I had earned as stipulated in our 2013 Montage contract with AshleyFurniture Store. It's now the end of September. I've gotten 3 different delivery dates, all for nothing. If these stores remain in business, it will be a miracle, so don't buy anything on credit. I've made a complaint to the BBB. This one-star rating is for Micah C., and specifically for his poor customer service following my in-store purchase on Veteran's Day weekend. After selling me a new recliner, Micah smiled, shook my hand and asked me to leave him an online review, while also providing his phone number should I have questions or issues later. I did call him that very afternoon to ask for a specific accommodation, which he professed he would look into. Two days later I called him back to check on it, and he had ready excuses for not following up but assured me he was taking care of it. After a couple more days of not hearing from him, I called once again, and he averred that it (a partial refund back to my credit card) had been handled, but that it would take a few days for the credit to appear. Now a full week later, the refund still hasn't happened. Clearly Micah blew me off not once, not twice, but three times. He was under no obligation to honor my request, I understand, and he knew that too; what makes not just for sorry customer service in this case, but simple disregard and disrespect for another human being, is the fact that he didn't just tell me "no" up front. He acted like he was going to help me, but never had any intention of doing so. This is not the way to treat people. Edit: Following this review on 11/22, kl from Ashley HS responded and asked for my contact information to send with my review to their escalation team. I was too slow replying on Friday evening for my response to be seen until Monday, 11/25, when kl replied to say my information had been sent, and to expect a response from the escalation team within 48 hours. More than 48 hours later (11/27), I still had not heard from anyone, so I posted to kl again, who replied within a couple of hours apologizing and saying an email response should be forthcoming. I did then receive an apologetic email from a "Strike Force Manager" almost immediately averring that they were processing the refund, and to expect it to take up to ten business days to show up. The refund in fact hit my account on 11/29, just two days later. I understand this was Thanksgiving week, but the whole thing originated on 11/10, and given that it only took two days for the refund to process once it was initiated, this should have been resolved long before and not taken two and a half weeks. I am upping my rating because they did finally effect the refund I had requested, but only by one star due to all the time, effort and aggravation it cost me to get there. read more

I hope all customers review all post before shopping here. This furniture store needs help. a lot of help. They said they tried to call me but my phone did not ring and when you try to call them back they dont answer the phone. I hope Covid 19 puts them under. I rather have paid a lot more money than deal with their so called customer service. read more
