We bought a reclining sofa at the Ashley Pflugerville location and were very lucky to get to deal with Tricia. She was patient and showed us all of our options. Tricia worked hard to get us a great deal on the sofa we wanted and on a convenient delivery. As for the delivery, it went perfectly. We received an email and confirmed the date and delivery window prior to the day of delivery. On the morning of the delivery, we got an automated call saying they were an hour away. We then got a call from the delivery truck driver, saying they were 10 minutes away. Everything was as promised and the delivery men were very quick and professional. We will definitely recommend the Ashley location in Pflugerville and particularly Tricia to everyone. read more

Absolutely do not recommend and would give negative stars if able. Ordered back on 8/7/2020 and we were told at MAX two months for the couch and ottoman to be delivered. Called after a month and a half only to be told it was pushed to mid-November, called mid-November to be told it was pushed to mid-December, here we are with no couch, mid-December and we call again (which by the way takes either a long wait time to wait for them to pick up the phone, or they just never answer) only to be told the items MAY come in March 2021 (no guarantee). Mind you also that not ONCE during this whole process did anyone reach out to let us know of any delays, we had to call each time to figure out what was going on and find out these updates. Instead of cancelling the order no cost, they charged a restock fee for items that were NEVER in stock in the first place - how does this make any sense? I'll be disputing this with my card company for sure which just makes this process even more frustrating. The person at the store who we spoke with to get all of this resolved was not very helpful, didn't seem to understand the issue, kept telling us there was no corporate or anyone over her and that the store manager would tell us the exact same thing. As someone who was previously loyal to Ashley's I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and empathy. I do not recommend at all and highly recommend reconsidering other furniture stores in the area. read more

I ordered a Princess bedroom set, sofa set and dining. The worst experience I have ever had. They delivered the chairs and sofa 10 day after the order was processed. The sofas have the worst craftsmanship I have ever seen. The stitches go sideways and the stuffing is popping out from multiple corners. Upon calling the customer service folks they sent in a technician to 'fix' it. He said it's bad piece and we should just return it and get a better quality. We went into the store and spent 3 hours picking another sofa since we had little trust in their quality we paid addition money to upgrade the order. The table was a whole new story. They made 5 attempts to deliver the table out of which 2 were returned because they were damaged. By now one month has passed and we have not received a decent piece of furniture. Upon calling the customer service they said they will make an attempt to deliver the table 6th time and check to make sure it's not damaged. What happened the first 5times? Save yourself the trouble and pay a little bit more for better quality. read more

Finally received a call from Ashley customer service only to be told I have to call the local store who I can't get through too! This is literally the worst furniture buying experience ever. I only have a 1 year warranty and all the time I have spent trying to get this issue resolved, will it happen? So frustrated and disappointed read more

We were planning to purchase a power recliner from a leather furniture store in Austin but decided to swing by Ashley Furniture in Pflugerville to compare a few things. We were very fortunate to work with Sharon H. who took us straight over to a recliner we fell in love with immediately. She was knowledgeable without being pushy, and when we started considering a less expensive chair, she was very service-oriented and worked out financing options for either one. She checked online to ensure we were getting the very best deal and just made the entire experience great. We are still stunned at the amazing Memorial Day financing deals they were offering and can't say enough good things about our experience. We'll be back and thank you again to Sharon! read more

*UPDATE* Please Stay Away!! I am, and continue to be amazed at the terrible customer service and quality of products this Ashley store sells. I now have absolutely no surprise in the consistent bad reviews this place gets. I don't know how they are still in business... We have bought thousands of dollars worth of furniture for a new home a few months ago and I couldn't regret it more. Amelia is great to work with, but after you buy and sign that contract, it's all down hill from there. The frame on our new sofa has since broke just by regular use of sitting down on it. I reached out to Ashley for a fix and have gotten no response. On top of that, we bought dining chairs that were delivered with horrible assembly. We are now on the 3rd round of BS service calls to try and get these things fixed... Ashley does not care about delivering a quality product or quality service after you pay that money. And there are no returns and no exchanges. UNBELIEVABLY RIDICULOUS company with no morals. Will never be going there again. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. read more

Coming into Ashley HomeStore today , has been nothing short of amazing . I've been in Austin for two days and fell in love with a living room set. I had a wonderful shopping experience at Ashley Home Store thanks to Ben. He has a very calm disposition; not pushy at all. He was so patient and he really listened to what my husband and I were looking for. We looked at a lot of stuff and not once did we feel rushed to make a decision. He also went out of his way to make sure we got the best price possible. The manager Jeff was great too. He agreed to have our furniture delivered before Thanksgiving and he gave us free delivery. I was waiting for my new bed frame to arrive way past the 3 hour delivery windows they have given me. The delivery guys arrived an hour later, that is not that bad. They dismantled my old bed frame, placed the mattress against the wall; brought the new head board and foot board. Thats when they realized the have the wrong railings. It was around 2PM, they said my furniture should be stuck in the back of their truck, promised to come back in few hours after they deliver the furnitures that blocks them from getting to the back of the truck. I get a call from the driver at 6PM that they could not find my railing and they will be happy to deliver it in the next few days. I reminded him that my old bed was dismantled and the head board is on the floor where my bed used to be. I have no place to sleep. He asked me to call customer service to complain. Well customer service went home at 8pm and promised me that the driver would be back in my area around 10PM. It has been 48 hours now I am expecting them to call. Ashley furniture takes the top spot for bad service. read more

Delivery is horrible. They said that you will get it in 7 buissness days and the delivery service doesn't awnser the phone. Its been four weeks and we still haven't gotten the furniture. When we went there, they always pushed you to buy stuff. And they say that the customer was their priority but after that they don't answer the phone if they do they hang up ,say another delivery date for the furniture. And they transfer to customer service which is a automated voice call that keeps you clicking buttons and keeps you waiting for a long period of time. I missed working, for just waiting for them, and on the last minute they blabber that they will come another day which will probably never happen. read more

I purchased a living room furniture set back in October, as well as a rug and a bedding set. The salesperson told me the living room furniture would be delivered the next week, and the rug and bedding would arrive separately, as they needed to be direct shipped. Furniture arrived on time as expected, and the rug arrived a week later through the mail, but after almost a month, no bedding set was to be seen. I called customer service and sat on hold for 45 minutes, at which point I was told the item was backordered until December 1 - something I had not been informed of. I waited patiently until mid-December (now almost 2 months), then called again, only to be told the item was on its way to the store and I would need to pick it up. I told them they had originally agreed to deliver it, and the phone support agent arranged with the store to have the item delivered. Finally, a week later, I received a call that the item was at the store - and I would need to go pick it up. The manager held firm on this, despite multiple people in their customer service team having previously agreed otherwise. I refuse to pick this item up, as it was originally supposed to be delivered to me a month and a half ago. I will never go anywhere near an Ashley Furniture HomeStore again - and I suggest you steer clear as well. read more

I had to call and cancel the shipping because it was late and was going to come probably by midnight . Today I had to call again to schedule shipping . Now I have to wait for another 4 days and they won't deliver it today !!! I just sold my daughters cot yesterday thinking I will get my new one yesterday! My friend and I went in to shop around because she was looking for a new bed/bedroom furniture. Steven De Paz greeted us immediately and with a very genuine smile and tone. He told us about the sales and what to look for when we were looking at the prices for each piece. He was very personable as he was talking to us. As we kept looking around, he kept his distance, which was really nice. Unfortunately my friend wasn't in to buy today, but had she have been she would've definitely felt comfortable buying from Steven! The prices are a bit high, though. However they had pretty great specials running that included a discount, plus a no-interest option if you sign up for their store credit. Anyway, 10/10 would go back because of how comfortable the atmosphere was. I didn't feel like Steven or anyone else was trying to be too pushy (to an extent... I mean, they're salespersons after all). ----- Definitely check them out and talk to Steven if he's there that day! And I say that because I'm big on customer service, so when I see it done well and done right, I have to give compliments! read more

Two days of being passed around to different departments trying to deal with a shoddy couch that was just 2 weeks out of the 1 year warranty. This culminated with a trip to the store because "we can't accept payment over the phone". Once at the store, the clerk showed no interest in our problem, referring us back to corporate or to maybe come back in 2 more days. Speaking to the manager was worse, "how is this the store's fault?" The glaring and overbearing intimidation was over the top, so we left. We felt like we were sent to the store so that we could receive this rudeness in person. read more

On March 31st, 2017 I went into the Pflugerville location to purchase the matching chair to our couch that had been purchased almost two years previously. The sales associate who assisted me was fantastic. She helped me find how to get the style number of the couch from customer care and helped look up the chair to see if it was still available to be ordered. She also assisted me in choosing a small desk for my bedroom study space and a desk to replace my husband's desk that had been cracked with previous moves. She was quick, efficient, and helped me decide which financing would be best for this purchase. In the many previous purchases from this location my husband has used the financing office in the back. There is a young man who is always friendly and helpful, so I was inclined to use them like previous purchases. My sales associate that day helped show me the different financing options available and what would work best for my situation. My issues with the store have nothing to do with her and I can do nothing but sing praises of her customer service and attitude. She is in no way is at fault for anything that happened after. We scheduled my delivery for April 7th because that was the day I was moving and we would need my husband's desk delivered that day. The plan was to have the movers move the old desk into the garage and then sell or donate it to someone who could pick it up from our previous residence. The day of the move I tried to track delivery and it showed unavailable. I called the number and was told that I needed to talk to someone in store because the delivery had been put on hold because of an issue with financing. I called the store at 10:30, 11:00, and 5:30pm. Each time the phone was answered, I would explain the situation and they would ask to put me on a brief hold, and then it would roll to a voicemail. The third voicemail I left a short message saying that someone needed to call me back before close of business because this needed to be resolved asap and it is extremely irritating calling previously to no return phone call. I received no call back that day. The next morning I wake up to a confirmation text for delivery on Monday April 10th between 1 and 4pm. No one called to explain what had happened, just somehow the problem was magically resolved after three unanswered phone calls. I went into the store with my husband on Saturday April 8th after receiving the text message. We asked to speak to a manager and the woman at the front desk said that she was a lead for the front desk. My husband explained the situation and she seemed apathetic and uninvolved. She offered no solution management and seemed like she was just ready to not have to deal with us any more. She explained that the financing department kept saying that they didn't have my driver's license even though they had sent it multiple times. I explained that it was very unprofessional that no one from the store had called and explained the situation ahead of the delayed delivery. We asked what they were going to do to remedy the situation because now someone was going to have to take off work on Monday to wait around for the delivery and we didn't have furniture we needed. She went to talk to the manager, who didn't bother to come out, and said she would refund my delivery fee. She said she couldn't do it until after the delivery and that she would personally call me on Tuesday to let me know that it had been processed. We asked what to do about the desk we no longer need, since we had to move my husband's, and she said to refuse delivery. Tuesday came and went and I did not receive a call from her.  We received a call from Adrianna to try to reschedule delivery of the desk we refused. Then we received a call from Kelsey on Saturday April 15th to again try to redeliver the item. This whole situation is unacceptable and I do not feel that going to the store will ever get any resolution because it is apparent that the manager is apathetic, if they can't come deal with customer service issues themselves. I contacted corporate and received an automated email response with a phone number that has not been answered. Overall very disappointed and will never shop with Ashley again. My husband and I have furnished multiple rooms multiple times through them, but the problems that we overlooked with previous orders combined with this will prevent us from ever doing business with them again. read more

We've bought 3 pieces of furniture from Ashley Furniture in Pflugerville and had terrible experiences with each. The entire customer service team has been unhelpful. The delivery team is just as bad - they are unprofessional and always running extremely late. The warranty on the products that they claim cover everything actually covers nothing. I currently have a dining room table laying on my floor because they delivered it without the hardware. Of course there was no problem with them charging my credit card though, even though I do not have a functional item. No apology or anything for the inconvenience. I've asked for the manager several times, but he would never show his face. I've never experienced such horrible customer service. I also purchased couches that are already sinking after 3 months of light use. The other set of couches is fraying and they refuse to do anything. Terrible products and even worse customer service. I know it's hard to find a decent furniture store in the area, but I would recommend ANY over Ashley Furniture. Once they have your money, all customer service and everything they promise is out the window. ***update*** as of 12/12 Ashley furniture has been unhelpful and unresponsive to any of my communication. With this whole mess, all I've requested was a refund of a delivery charge which they have refused to do. read more

If you want to pay up front for furnature and wait over a month and still not have your items delivered then Ashley Furnature is the store for you. Chris the store manager couldn't care less that our furnature wasn't available as promised. We bought over $3,000.00 of furnature on 5/24/11 and as of today, pieces of the order were still missing. When we went to the store to cancel the order he didn't care. Not willing to do anything to make it right. We're very upset with Ashley furniture right now. We were looking for a new couch for several weeks and we went to many stores. Ashley seemed to have a great selection, helpful and not over bearing sales men, and impressive prices. We were only in the market for a sectional couch, and we ended up getting a couch, a love seat, a coffee table, 2 end tables, and an entertainment center and only going $300 over our original budget. They said the first available delivery date would be on a Thursday and they could not guarantee the time. Since my husband and I both work, we requested they deliver it the following Saturday. When they rang us up, they said "Ok, so we can deliver it on Thursday." We corrected them, no we said we wanted it on Saturday. So they corrected it. Then they called us on Tuesday, and told us they'd be delivering it on Thursday. We corrected them again and said, we'd requested it be delivered on Saturday. They said they we're all booked up on Saturday. So I had to take time off early from work to come home and get the furniture. Then they delivered the wrong table set. My husband wrote down the number that was posted on the table to make sure the salesman got it right, but apparently, the wrong number was posted on the table, because the number matched what my husband had written down, but the furniture did not. So the delivery men called customer service for us, we looked up the right number online, they took the information and told us the sales rep who'd helped us would call us back that day. So he called us back, said that had NEVER happened to him in the 3 years he'd worked there, and that he would get it straitened out. Then he called us back a little while later and said, "oh you wanted THAT table? I thought you said you didn't want that table" even though we'd had a very extensive conversation about those particular tables. So he said again that he'd get it corrected and get them sent out to me as soon as possible. About a week later, I hadn't heard anything, so I called back and they acted like they didn't know anything about it. They said I had a $400 credit sitting there untouched, and they'd be happy to deliver the tables I wanted, but it would cost an extra $250. After arguing with them we eventually hung up and called our sales rep back. He sounded very surprised and told us that he'd passed it on to his manager to take care of because of the price difference. We very firmly stated that there shouldn't be a price difference. The sign that was posted stated that the tables were $499, $489 for the floor model, but 20% off the new because of a special sale. That's what we ordered, that's what we paid for, that's what we wanted. They continued to insist that they could get us those tables for an extra $250, and they couldn't refund the money. So we're going to contest it through other methods. read more

August 13, 2021. First of all customer service isn't the only issue:  It started with the furniture piece I bought, when it was delivered they unloaded it and dropped it on the entrance of our driveway; I wasn't happy an insisted they bring it into the house.  Then when they brought it in it was still in the box unassembled; our invoice didn't indicate assembly required. When I asked the delivery person that it was supposed to be already assembled, he replied that wasn't his problem they only deliver.  I then called customer service but first experiencing no one answering any of the phone lines; it took 20 minutes before customer service answered the phone.  I relayed the problem to customer service, when to my chagrin the women then asked, "...so you want me to put a ticket to our Guest Team?"  Well yes, of course I want something done.  We had a few more words where she offered that a ticket had been placed but not without telling me they would get back to me within 48-72 hours then hung up.  Are you kidding me?!  I was supposed to have White Glove service but only have a box in my hallway sitting there because someone needs a remedial reading class for not reading the ticket right.  At this point I was fuming...so I went to the store to see what they could do.  Upon entering the building I asked for a manager only to be told there wasn't one but was willing to help.  I explained the situation.  The "lead" made a call.  The result:  A notation was made on my account with someone getting back to me in 24-48 hours.  Will I purchase, or for that matter recommend Ashley Furniture?  With this horrible experience I would guess not and feel I should share this experience on Nextdoor, Google and Yelp.  I want the piece of furniture I bought assembled and the delivery charged back to my credit card!! read more

NEVER buy from these clowns. I have no idea how they stay in business with the abject failure of service they "provided". To summarize: I bought an entire bedroom set from them. One of the night stands was broken in a very bad way. Calling in and after MUCH tooth pulling, they agreed to ship a replacement to the local store for me to pickup. On that day I borrowed a truck and was set. NOPE! It didn't make the truck and so it would have to wait another 2 weeks. I wasn't having that so they finally agreed to ship it to my house the next week. Ok. I get off work early and wait. And wait. And wait. 4 minutes before their cutoff time I get a call that the delivery driver lost his keys. Great! And of course I'm told to expect it the next day. So once again I get off work early and wait. This time, 9pm rolls around and nothing. Not even a call. So I'm sitting here, wishing so hard that I never stepped foot in that place. I don't know what the resolution will be. All I know is that I will NEVER buy from this place again and highly encourage you to avoid it like the plague. read more

Worst customer service policies I have ever experienced. I purchased a mattress based on the floor room model and what I received was completely different. We purchased a plush bed, but we received a bed that is as hard as a table. Three days later, we went back to the store to find out the policy does not to accept returns or provide credit towards a satisfactory mattress. Additionally, we tried the floor model once again and found it very comfortable, unlike the bed we received. I recommend going to a mattress store that guarantees satisfaction. read more

You've been warned!!! Quick Run Down: 03/22/12; looked at a sectional with coffee table set-sign priced set as $1799 for the ENTIRE set. 03/23/12; went back to purchase set. Talked to a sales man who started "writing our ticket up" he realized the coffee tables displayed in the set were not the right ones and were "way too much more" to honor the signage of the store. After discussing this with the store manager, she stated it was a mistake is signs and due to the price difference could not honor the price she offered 10% off (which was what the current sale on the furniture). At this point we should have left. RAN....but the sectional was what we needed and fit our budget. We purchased the sectional only for $1875. Our delivery date was set for 04/02/12. 04/01/12; we sold our current furniture on craigslist to make room... 04/02/12; we received a message that the "corner" of the sectional was not in and would have to reschedule delivery for 04/10/12. UGH we had NO furniture! 04/10/12; our furniture arrived. I was alone with my children at the house and two men showed up to delivery the sectional. I watched from the window as they "threw" yes...THREW, the love seat part of the sectional off the truck. Then one of the men, took an exacto knife and started cutting off the wrapping. He then pointed at something, started laughing, and asked his partner to come and see it. At that point I walked out to see what was funny. They quickly picked the love seat up and carried it in oddly with the back of the love seat facing down. They set it up against the wall and I asked for them to pull it away from the wall because its a recliner. When they did, I walked behind and found a HUGE cut in the back. I questioned the man if that is why they were laughing and he said no, and pointed to a stain on the back...LOVELY. I was alone, not knowing what to do. They brought in the couch (that has a massage chair in both sides). When they plugged it in he said it was working. I asked him to look again because no lights came on the controls. It DIDN'T"T work. He called customer service and they advised me that they would have a tech come out and see if they could repair the furniture or schedule me to get a new set. I agreed to this only because we did not have current Furniture to use while we waited... 04/18/12: tech comes and could not repair or fix EITHER piece. The tech called and stated new furniture would be delivered on 05/10/12. 05/07/12: no call of new delivery time. Called Ashley and they asked if I could call the warehouse... SURE, anything to make THEIR jobs EASIER! Called the warehouse. They stated that the "wedge" was not in yet and wouldn't be till 05/23/12. I stated that our current "wedge" had not issues and we only needed to have the couch and love seat. She then backtracked and stated that NONE of the pieces were ready or would be ready till the 05/23/12. I called Ashley's told them to come and pick this furniture up and demanded a refund....there have been NO APOLOGIES and we are STILL at war with them...STILL stuck with broken furniture.. RUN... RUN FAST! In the end... the furniture is CRAP. Seams already pulling apart with threads hanging. One of the recliners stick and have to be really forced down. Jerry (who I believe is a store manager at the Pflugerville location) is the ONLY positive part of the entire Ashley's Furniture buying experience. We set a delivery date of 2-3 weeks....it's been OVER A MONTH and we JUST got HALF of the entertainment center that we ordered! They called us to confirm an original delivery 3 weeks after we placed our order, but they didn't even show up! When I called to figure out what happened, I was told that the right pier of our entertainment center was on back order (how does this even happen???) and that it would be delivered the following week. That week comes and we get another call to confirm that they will be coming earlier than expected. Great news!....or so we thought. They show up with everything except our right pier and NO hardware to even install the half of the entertainment center they bothered to bring along with them. When I called customer service AGAIN, I was told that it will be coming next week and that they'll install everything when they get there.
