I'd give our furniture and delivery a 4 but our dining table had a piece of it sticking out and we've had to call 3 times already in the past less than a month to reschedule for someone to come fix our table. We've rescheduled 3 times already and every day that we reschedule to, we make sure someone's home so that we don't miss the people coming to fix our table. We haven't gotten anyone to come fix the table! This is so frustrating. Our table was supposed to be fixed about a month ago and here we are a month later with a broken table still. I would not buy furniture here as they are very deceptive in their pricing. Check their online retail price and it's almost twice as much. So they will try to convince you buy offering 35-40% off the price they have at the store but in fact it's much higher than what's online. We spent 7k worth of furniture here and one day after delivery I noticed the prices even if the item was on a managers special was still more expensive than online. They told me there is no price marching or adjustment of promotions once you get your merchandise delivered. To think it's only been 24 hours from delivery. Unfortunately, my wife and I chose to order our new bedroom set from this Palmdale Ashley store back on Labor Day, September 2016. One Ashley excuse after another... Current promised date: January 2017. Sales people were fine, but if they don't have what you want on the floor that day, I wouldn't order it. Sales people only made promises to us they couldn't keep. After back-orders, partial shipments, broken furniture, failed repairs by company guys, no parts shipped, rest of shipment broken during shipment, more back-orders, no calls back from Customer Service...we still wait. The salesman I worked with did his best with the limited authority he had. The delivery experience was dismal . I missed the first delivery because they didn't call and confirm. I called and then went back to the store and was given another delivery date. Due to the problem with the first delivery I called first thing the day of the scheduled delivery and was told it was not on the truck and would be on the next days truck. My sister and I went to look at furniture. We came in at the same time as this white couple who looked like they hadn't seen a good day in a while. The four of us paused to look at the furniture at the entry way and the two employees at the front of the store to greet customers ignored us (black) and went straight to the white couple and gave them flyers about the sales and let them know about discounts. As my sis and I made the rounds sitting on furniture, one of the men was just watching us (I guess he thought we would put a chair in our purses or something). Several other customers where approached or spoken to as they walked through the store, but we were ignored. It wasn't until we were about to leave that someone approached us. I refused to sign and called the manager, he told me to accept the damaged furniture and he would send me a replacement (I should have known better...). After multiple attempts by phone to have the furniture replaced (I moved 4 hours away), I still couldn't get the sh*t replaced. So I disputed the charge on my credit card and won. Woohoo. Until 2 months later, when they recharged it to my card! Apparently they think I should pay for the damaged furniture. Not happening. My credit card company said that charge was ILLEGAL! You want an honest review read this. First I came here looking for the perfect couch with my daughter and my pregnant wife. We are picky undecided family and especially when it comes to spending so much money. Then we met Shane and Chris two of the most amazing people I met in the sales industry. Shane helped us through the whole undecided part of the couch and then blessed us with it being free we bought a bed and got the couch free. He was courteous and so honest it was refreshing. Let me start by saying that I am BIG on customer service. I will GLADLY pay more if the customer service is right. And I don't mean over the top customer service, just smiley faces and sincere "I'm happy to work here, how can I help you" attitude, not "I'm just here to sell crap" attitudes. This store is so INCREDIBLY deceiving. There are signs all over the store for 60 or 72 month "special financing" but when I went to the store to purchase sofas, I was told they only offered 12 months financing. How deceiving that is! I was able to talk to the manager who offered 24 months, but that's still a big difference from 60 months. I checked online and nowhere does it say that you can only use the 60-72 month financing on FULL PRICE items ONLY. NOWHERE! Consumers really need to put the terms together for themselves. The manager nor the employee ever mentioned what the terms and conditions where. Two weeks later, I called to price match the sofas that are currently $300 less than I paid and the manager said she could only price match if I agreed to "6 month special financing". I asked what the return policy was because I felt like I was being ripped off. The rep said that there is NO RETURN policy. Once the items have been delivered, it's yours. No if's, and's, or but's. Something I was not told upfront. So to other potential customers ****BEWARE of their NON-EXISTING RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY!!**** Make sure you're 100% SURE you're purchasing what will work. What if the items didn't fit or if you didn't like them? Also, AF's website's FAQ's state that you can "Chat" with AF to price match, but there is no chat option! You fill out a form, hit submit, and nothing happens! No confirmation that you submitted anything. Needless to say, I will be reporting the issue to the FTB as this is a scam to lure vulnerable people to the store and not be upfront about "special financing" and their NON-EXISTING RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY. I have used AF in the past to purchase a mattress that I paid full price with the 60 month zero interest financing and I absolutely love the mattress. Everyone who's laid on it loves it. Because of those terms and the quality of the mattress, I had been referring EVERYONE to AF. But now, after seeing their true shadiness, I will be making it a point to tell friends and family to NOT use AF. read more

As of today, 10/24/2016 I have not received my end tables. I get calls every 3 weeks with a new delivery date. We purchased a $6k plus bedroom set to include $409.99 setup and delivery fee. We scheduled our delivery for 8/15, and scheduled the time when their scheduler called us on 8/14. The delivery time of 1:45 pm was confirmed 2x on 8/14. On 8/15, Sunday morning at 7am we received a text that our bedroom set is going to be delivered in 30 minutes, sure enough the truck parked on our driveway at 7:30 am. The $409.99 setup and delivery does not include moving our old bedroom set due to COVID, so my husband scrambled to move our old bedroom set out of our room (which we planned to do at 9am cause our delivery was supposed to be at 1:45 pm). Tried to call Ashley Store all day Sunday and all throughout Monday, no answer, I guess customer service doesn't exist at the Palmdale store. My husband stopped by to explain how inconvenient we were because of the delivery messed up, the manager just said we will research what happened so it will not happen to others. You're worried about your next sale???? You got our sale so you don't even try to make it up? I hope people will read how incompetent your service is and go to other furniture store. Please trust me don't buy at this store !! Please don't waste your money buying from this place, I had bought from this location before and had a bad experience. I still went and bought from them again and I had another terrible experience! On Sunday 01/16 I purchased a living room set  (that urgentlyI needed no later than Friday). They had confirmed that the set would be delivered on Wednesday. On the day they arrived the delivery time was supposed to be between 9:45 to 12:00 pm, I received a message at 8:20 am that they were going to be at my home in 10 minutes, they started opening the boxes in the middle of the street with out any precautions (no floor mat or fabric liner) they opened the box with a box cutter and at the same time they cut the sofa, I called the (833)578-0300 and explained the situation and they wanted me to call the insurance. I didn't agree because the sofa was damage by a third party Ashley employee, and the sofa was never in my house. They had damaged the sofa using the box cutter, why would I waste my time calling the insurance? I mentioned that we only had two options. They would bring a new sofa no later than Friday or they could take the sofa back and cancel my order. At this time the delivery person was talking to the manager and they agreed to bring the sofa back the next day between 9:45-12:00 pm. Which was ok with me ! They took the damaged sofa and left the loft sofa, The next day it was 2:00 pm and I had not received any confirmation about the arriving time. I called the same number and also the Colton dispatch number. To my surprise they told me they didn't have the item in stock and that they weren't told the item had been damaged or any records that they have taking the sofa back to the warehouse. I asked to speak with manager, they told me no one was absolve to speak to me. I walked in the store and ask to speak with a manager (Sabah A) she introduced her self with only her first name and I ask if I could get her Business card, she responded by instead asking me what was the problem !  I explained the situation and after going back and forth arguing she only responded that she couldn't do anything. So I asked for my order to be canceled and she refused saying the loft sofa was delivered without a problem. So yes they are a tad pricey but they really are wonderful. The woman in the store I believe named Cheryl was so sweet and helpful with the purchasing of everything. Then a couple weeks later right before the delivery we called her to get the name of the bed so we could match the new linens and she ran around the store looking for the bed so she could get us the name. She went above and beyond. This past Saturday the Ashley's delivery guys showed on time and they were awesome! The 3 guys that came to the house were really great. Super fast and gentle on the wood floors. They were more than happy to answer questions and explain things to me. They were constantly checking to make sure that I liked it and that it looked right. I left them alone to finish setting up the furniture and went to unload the dishwasher and by the time I was getting to the bottom rack they were completely finished and ready for my signature. Walked in on Friday looking for a new living room set. I was quoted a price for a sofa and living room set. I come back on Sunday speak to the same guy (Alex) and he gave me a price significantly more than what he told me two days prior. I had $30,000 to spend cash money to furnish our new home and after that experience I think I'll be going somewhere else if I don't hear back and get the price I was originally promised by Wednesday.
