This used to be a good furniture store, but no longer. After 4 months of waiting for our order, they called and said we were waiting for one more piece of our bedroom set. Then we were sent notices that our order was in, but at the last minute delivery was postponed not once but 5 times. Finally, our set was scheduled to be delivered and we received a call that another piece of the set was missing. When we asked what happened, we were told they sold it to someone else and it would be another 2 months for us! Supply chain issues or not, this was a deal breaker. I cancelled the order. Purchased a bedroom set in early July. I am still waiting for the complete set. They have delivered one of the pieces over three times and each time the piece was damaged. It is not easy getting someone on the phone, I have waited more than 2.5 hrs to talk with somebody. A Ashley representative calls yesterday to tell us we are getting the VIP service, when my piece will be removed from the box and inspected and delivered. This was done on the third delivery for sure , However, when they removed the shrink wrap there were two holes in the back on my piece. Now I am on hold once again for 45 mins and still no manager is willing to talk with me. Jasmin guaranteed that my item would be delivered undamaged... I guess her word is as good as her service. Bought a coffee table from them. After a long Deliverly delay the table broke the first day. After months of trying to get ahold of customer service, they sent a associate out to see if the table could be repaired. The associate said the table had several cracks in it and could not be repaired. He said we could have it replaced and I was OK with that. After another two months they never replaced it never picked up the old table then I requested my full refund. It took another two months to corporate to get back with me to give me a refund. The customer service is awful. 6 months and we finally got a refund. Never again. read more

This place sells lower than low quality furniture, go to costco or something similar if you want furniture that lasts. We deeply regret our living room set that started falling apart after one year. Giving great time, had it scheduled for the 10th of dec, that was the date to move into my new home. 3 days prior I got a text stating that they didnt have some parts and would take 2 more days to deliver. So I must say, this has been my finest transaction by far in my life. Robert guided my wife and I through not just what we wanted but what we truly needed and did not press once for us to purchase something. I purchased a mattress 10/11/21, the salesman assured me it would ship in 5-6 days. The paper work says in print, "direct ship 10/14/21". Two weekend later I still had not received my mattress. After bouncing around calls with endless automated systems, I finally reached someone who told me my mattress was back ordered. WTF did no one from Ashley's tell me my mattress was back ordered?! I could've bought a different one, or purchased one somewhere else. Today, 11/12/21, I am still without my mattress or any updates on it. After being on hold for over an hour, I decided to drive to the store and speak with a manager there. The manager who was useless to say the least, said my sales person should've mentioned it was on back order and that my paperwork likely said back order with an estimated date. AGAIN, my paperwork says, "DIRECT SHIP 10/14/21"!!! Almost everyone associated with this company are rude, unhelpful, and unapologetic. DO NOT BUY HERE! My dad bought me my first furniture bed set here in 2010 till this day its in great condition and super sturdy. This prompted me to buy another bed set here when I moved in with my husband. We bought it April 2018 used if for a year and put it in storage April 2019. We just moved in to our new home January 2020 and our dresser literally collapsed the bottom piece of wood under the drawers just broke. Now this was the cherry on top because prior to this our furniture was chipping and got scratched so easily. This is literally cardboard with a sticker on top. They don't use paint anymore it's all cheaply made. And we paid $1500 for a dresser, nightstand, bed frame and tall dresser. For it to not even last over a year. And of course warranty only covers a year, ironic enough. Let me also add that I went in to look at dining rooms 50% off entire store was advertised but when I would ask for prices I would only get knocked down like $100-200 from the sticker price. read more

I really wish I would have read all the reviews before I shopped here, and hope future shoppers heed the warnings and take your business literally ANYWHERE else. Online prices are almost half the instore prices so they can haggle you down and make you think you are getting a good deal. The primary issue is like everyone said the delivery process and the customer service once they have your money. After a slew of broken Items, missing part, undelivered items and a Tempurpedic mattress that was the wrong size. I have only 2 small things that were corrected (they replaced the broken glass table and sent the missing parts to the coffee table). After weeks on the phone with over 30 min wait times each time the conclusion is basically; the delivery driver basically stole my lamps (they were not delivered and not in any of the pictures that they took) They are claiming I took the lamps in another room. The responsibility should not fall on me to prove things were not properly delivered. So, if you have already shopped here, take your own documentation of EVERYTHING you paid for! we spent over $9000 here and have been left with a mess and cheap furniture and no one correcting their mistakes. I am waiting for another week to give them a chance to resolve this before heading to small claims process... save yourself the headache, don't shop This furniture store! read more

So... after many, many phone calls and the previous review here, I actually ended up speaking with lots of folks in charge. They asked that I not give up the faith. So, we tried again. Let's be honest, in this area, if you don't want to drive to LA, and you don't want to mortgage your house, you don't have a lot of options for furniture stores. That meant off to Ashley we headed. This time we did not have to worry about being accosted by a sales person. We were buying a bed. There was just one person working the department and we happened to show up at the same time as another couple. We let them draw the focus of the sales person and we were able to shop on our own. Per normal - the bed we wanted was not on sale and not in stock in the warehouse (we wanted to drive and pick it up ourselves since it could not be delivered for almost 6 weeks) but was available at another warehouse. Long story short - we had to pick up the mattress at one warehouse and the box spring at another. The only bummer; we bought a VERY expensive bed set that SUCKS. And the best part is they did not even throw in a bed frame! We had to buy that too! read more

Purchased beds for my children and after four scheduled deliveries there beds still are not complete. I am having them pick up what has been delivered and refunding my entire purchase. Manager Linda is incompetent. She tries to fix the problem but clearly doesn't understand how to do anything productive. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ASHLEYS AGAIN. Bought a cabinet from this place. My husband was home to receive it. I get home the knobs on the cabinet at the store are totally different. these look like someonewashed them and they have streaks. The worst couch we've ever bought. It was amazing in the store. My husband talked me in to getting it because it was the "high end Ashley furniture" . Little did I know this furniture is a joke. We financed this a little over a year ago during a sale. They gave us the couch for $3000 when it was originally $5000. We felt like we got quite the deal! We loved this sectional and ottoman and free pillows they threw in that we never received. It arrived and we were thrilled... but the pillows never came. Whatever... didn't throw a fit about it... here's where my problem is... one month in to owning the furniture the color and quality look so different from the store model. Again, I gave them the benefit of the doubt that we assumed it would look beautiful and the original color and texture forever and I felt it was my fault for not assuming the change would happen... but now looking back on this whole experience... we should have said something sooner. This beautiful sectional we sat on in the store is not what we have in our living room. It's not as firm, the fabric is different and poor quality. I can't express how dissatisfied I am with this sectional. And I feel stuck with it because we've had it for over a year now... in my and any professional opinion... a $5000 couch should satisfy any buyer for many many years. I didn't even like the quality of this for a month. I feel as if talking to Ashley Furniture is a waste of time because I'm past the the one year mark and they've sent me replacement couch foam cushions, which were even lower quality than the ones that came in it originally. I hate this experience, I'm still paying $140/mo over a year later and hate the couch and everything about this company. I will pay it off, sell it for a few hundred bucks and write it off as a horrible decision and a lesson learned. Sharing my experience because this company takes advantage of people with poor quality furniture. Do yourself a favor and go to an actual furniture store and get quality furniture. By the way the picture is of what my ottoman color has looked like after this was only a month old and what the color should still look like which is the bottom of the chase cushion with no wear because it is unable to be flipped over being that it is a chase cushion. Wouldn't it be pretty if it stayed that color? . I could honestly cry about this financial commitment to this crappy furniture we have another year commitment of $140 a month.
