The manager has not called me as promised, the items that did arrive were put together poorly, to the point where things are falling apart. All they did was build (badly) take pictures left. Went in to see what could be done about our dining set because the chairs are unstable and the table has a crack in it, the person helping us insinuated that we damaged the items on purpose. They also tried to tell us we were lying about date of delivery when we had paper work to prove it. I went to buy a good amount of things and spent more than 2,800 dollars. They gave me an approximate date of 4 to six weeks of paid delivery. Two months passed, I called not once or twice but several times and I did not get a courtesy call back. Then one Saturday I received two messages from the seller's number telling me that my delivery was going to be done in two parts and to OK ... I thought, then I got a call (at last) saying thank you for changing the date but I was not going to be there until another week. call that I never made. total waiting and confuctions12weeks and then on the day of delivery no mask no (until I asked them to do it and not cover shoes. I understand with the pandemic that things cannot ship that easily and have no problem with waiting months for my product in regards to that. My issue is that they advertise the product I have ordered on their website as "in stock and ready to ship". Seeing as I have waited THREE months for my product, it is aggravating to see it advertised as ready to ship when I have no expected delivery date as my previous two have been cancelled. I reached out to customer service (phone call) and the representative assured that someone would get back to me within 48 hours. Two weeks went by and I decided to chat with them on their website since I got no call back. I again asked the status of my order and why the website was advertising it as in stock and ready to ship. The representative said I must keep my "professionalism" and then he gave me an updated delivery date but said that it's no guarantee. (I attached photos). But seeing as that doesn't answer my question regarding if it is actually in stock or if the website is wrong, and how I felt he was being unnecessarily rude, I was quite disappointed with the experience. Also to top it all off, my product is being sold/advertised for significantly less than what I bought it for even though I have not received it yet. I have been waiting for 3 months to get my furniture I came in September, picked out a beautiful living room set. I was told I would get it in late September. Well needless to say that didn't happen. I was told I wouldn't get it till November and the furniture I ordered was in back log. So the manager at the time offered me something else at the same price and an additional $500 off my total owned. Oh by the way I had to come in to do the paperwork all over, which I had just had surgery a few days ago. Well in November I received a phone call from the new manager. She inform me that again my furniture would not be in till December 4 and for my inconvenience credit me $200. I thought it was nice that she called me, so I was ok with waiting till then. Well I received two calls, tell me that the finance company canceled my contract due to not receiving my furniture in the time it was done. ( something like that). Well I had to come in and redo my paperwork again. I come in two days before delivery was to be done. Customer service tells me "you're not going to get your furniture till January 7. But she promises me, "if you don't get on the 7th you will get it by next week, I know someone that works in the delivery department ". Oh and promise me she would text me that night to let me know. Well the next day, I called and I'm told I would get my furniture January 7. 2021. After what I was told from customer service. So I went into Ashley on 10th st in Palmdale She tells me see sent a email to the delivery department and never got a answer, then she checks her email and tells me they answered her at 12pm, as she's telling me this at about 4pm. But wait. She tells me they could deliver the furniture on the 2nd of January. WOW. I told her you should just tell me I'm getting g it in March. I ask to speak to the manager. Well I had to wait since there were about three people in front of me and two beside me. I bought over $4,000 in new furniture and my sofa came with a stain. The person who delivered it wouldn't take it back because we didn't notice the stain until after we signed for it. I called the main number and spoke with a bunch of people from another country on various occasions who didn't speak good English! I got the run around for months and was so frustrated. Ashley.com is the worst ! I placed and order, received confirmation of date/time (order was changed & paid). Then I receive a text asking me to confirm date/time, I did. The text also said that at that delivery changes would no longer be accepted. Day after I was supposed to receive the delivery I call the 1800 # because my delivery did not arrive. Come to find out that a delivery date was NEVER set on their side. I was on the phone for over 2 hours being transferred around. Someone dropped the ball but no one would take responsibility. All I kept hearing was, "sorry for your inconvenience". Stop training customer service to apologize and train your staff to complete tasks and if there is an error made train them to make it right. Today is 8/20 we received the other half of the couch , and 5 pieces dining table set , 1 tall bar stool still waiting for the other bar stool. They delivered the wrong size (small) bar stool. The delivery person checked with office and they where supposed to contact us in 15 minutes since 11:00 A.M. STILL WAITING!!! I called got answer machine and explain. My husband purchased a living room set before we got married. I actually liked the couches so we decided to check out Ashley for a dining table and hutch. We went to several furniture stores and couldn't find exactly what we were looking for but Ashley's had a table that was close enough. The salesman Juan was very patient and helpful. We purchased a packaged deal with the warranty. When the table was delivered we inspected for damages and it was in pretty good condition. Ashley charges a $129.99 set up and delivery fee. You would think that these guys would know how to properly assemble a table but apparently they don't. We didn't noticed the instability of the table until we sat down for dinner. When we looked underneath the holes didn't line up on one side and didn't have a screw to hold it in place. So the table needed 4 screws and only had 3 which caused it to wobble. I called customer support who sent a technician to the house to "fix" the table. 3 weeks later the technician shows up and is unable to fix the table so he said he would order a new bottom. Another 3 weeks go by and no word on the table bottom. My husband called customer support again only to find out that the table bottom was never ordered. Another 2 weeks later we receive the table bottom with some screws. The new bottom didn't fix the problem, the holes on the top weren't quite right. After this whole mess my husband ended up fixing it on his own by drilling out a hole on the top, making it a little bigger to allow the screw to go through. I'm really disappointed at how Ashley furniture handled this situation especially because we were returning customers. I wouldn't recommended purchasing furniture from here and I personally won't be returning. read more

Markesh at the store was very helpful and if it wasn't for his help, knowledge and guidance who knows what I would have picked out. I recommend you working with him. He deserves a raise!! NOT Placed my order for a dinning table the first week of January 2022 in no rush agreed to receive it on February 20,2022 Feb 19 no call i called Ashleys and gave me the backtracking excuse and that my chairs will be ready in April and table will be available until MAY!!! The next day i went directly to Ashleys to get my money back... The lady then started i can see if i like another dinning table and she will check if it was available I checked! Ashley's furniture is the epitome and precise definition of what bad customer service means. From the moment you walk in you can feel discrimination, tension and the car salesman attitude. They made me feel like I was homeless. However Ashley's furniture decides to judge you by the way you look and you can feel the judgment from the moment you walk in. The unprofessionalism was out of this world. I decided against all my good common sense and gut feeling to purchase a couch my fiance really loved. I went ahead and made the purchase however because I have a truck I opted out of the delivery. I was never told any information about Ashley's furniture not having the good common sense in at least removing it from the show floor, wrapping it in plastic and putting my name on it to make it available for me to pick up. I expressed my frustration and my disappointment to the manager by the name of Olga. I drove all the way from San Pedro to Palmdale wasting all my gas just to walk in on my couch sitting exactly where I had purchased them from. When Olga's manager showed up i explained my frustration and she was very unprofessional and ghetto. Julie decides to interrupt me showing no concern whatsoever and starts treating me as if we were in the ghetto in Compton in an alley. I don't know how Julie became a manager. I do know how the employees there became so unprofessional because there is no minimum requirement. There is no basic good common sense and moral values. If you want to go to a place where your going to get ripped off, get judged, get mistreated, get embarrassed this is the perfect place for you. I have never been to a more unprofessional hostile furniture store in my entire life. I've shopped at Mom and Pop stores that are more courteous and when you come to pick up the furniture they have it wrapped at the bare minimum so that you can throw it on your truck or in your U-Haul to make sure it stays safe on the journey home. I am so very disappointed in these people mostly because as I left the store they were all grouped up in a circle. Julie Olga and all of her employees laughing, pointing at me and mocking me. I had to drive 2 hours back home with nothing but a horrible experience. I would highly recommend this place if you're the type that likes to feel mocked, discriminated against, ridiculed, put down and most importantly laughed at as you leave the store for making a basic request. I have never in my life experienced service this bad and I will never in my life shop at Ashley's furniture again. People should be warned and protected from these snakes. This has been an incredible inconvenience for me, waste of time and waste of money. Do not I repeat do not unless you like feeling these things I felt do not shop at Ashley's furniture they're pompous they're hypocrites they're liars their thieves and all they really want ultimately is to take your money and then just leave your stuff on the show floor unwrapped and expecting you to do all the work when they should at least for the bare minimum remove them so people don't dirty them as they're shopping with children running around jumping all over your purchased furniture. They not only scratched my brand new floors and wall but they deliver broken furniture along with everything being scratched. Long story short. I purchased a sectional, they show up with half. They say that the other half is extra and this is what I ordered.... Would not get off phone till they gave me what I ordered (a whole friggen couch) and they still made it seem like they were doing me the flavor. I called corporate in WI who were helpful and moved up the delivery time. Extra star because the (half of) couch is very comfortable and corporate seemed to give a crap. My wife and I purchased a great deal of furniture from this location in September. Upon delivery this week the crew said they did not have time to put together a TV stand unit. We paid for set up of all items. The unit is still in pieces in my house. I have to pay out of pocket for someone to put together. My wife and I went to the location because you can't get through on the phone. We spoke to Emad and Stephanie who assured me this would be rectified. After several emails and voicemails to them and text messages it has not been resolved. I filed A complaint with the BBB as well as their corporate office in Wisconsin. I also cancelled and waiting for a refund on a night stand that has not been delivered yet. We will never shop at Ashley again. As I read other reviews I'm realizing that your experience in the store is based on the person who helps you. My wife and I bought a sectional package, a dining set, bar stools, and two display cabinets in two separate purchases. The shopping experience was fun. There's a lot of selection in the store and we really bonded with Annie. She was helpful, patient, and worked hard to show us options for what we were looking for and we really felt like she tried her best to get us the best deal possible. The first delivery came and we received regular updates on the four hour block in which the delivery would take place and on the day of we would receive text messages telling us how many homes were ahead of us so we were able to get an idea of how long it would be until they arrived. The delivery guys dropped everything off, put everything together, and they didn't leave until we had time to check everything. Everything was great. The second delivery wasn't as smooth as we had confirmed a four hour block of 1:30 - 5:30 PM but then the delivery came at 11:00 AM. Had we not been home we would have missed our delivery. They apologized and stated there was an issue with their system. Overall, the experience was great. We got everything we wanted at a price within our budget and most importantly we got everything that we ordered without mistake. Ask for Annie, she made the difference. read more

Purchased a bedroom set in early July. I am still waiting for the complete set. They have delivered one of the pieces over three times and each time the piece was damaged. It is not easy getting someone on the phone, I have waited more than 2.5 hrs to talk with somebody. A Ashley representative calls yesterday to tell us we are getting the VIP service, when my piece will be removed from the box and inspected and delivered. This was done on the third delivery for sure , However, when they removed the shrink wrap there were two holes in the back on my piece. Now I am on hold once again for 45 mins and still no manager is willing to talk with me. Jasmin guaranteed that my item would be delivered undamaged... I guess her word is as good as her service. Almost 7 months later. We have been told about 15 different delivery dates, the dates have all come & gone with no deliveries or phone calls to let us know not to sit here & wait for our paid in full order. We have called numerous times with no one answering the phones. So we have to drive 100 miles round trip quite a few times to talk to someone that just gives us another delivery date. Well almost 7 months later & still nothing. We have put in complaints with the BBB, Yelp, & Ashley furniture complaints department. We have told them deliver or refund our money.
