I am on hold for my 6th call to customer service in 3 weeks trying to get someone to come assess the broken couch and chair that was delivered. I even sent an email since no one is notifying me from the warehouse. I was told 3 weeks ago someone would be out, no call, no show. I was then informed I should've been notified in 48 hrs. Nope 2 weeks later calling again. Was told they will get there when they get there. Then next call given an email to notify warehouse manager and they will contact me in 24 hrs. Well here we are 3 days later and I am trying to get a phone number and no one can provide one to the customer service rep.! I saved my money and waited for 3 months to have furniture made new and I received a ratty broken couch and a crunched in chair and no one to help me!!!! Do not make the mistake of ordering from Ashley. We decided to stop into Ashley in January and ended up falling in love with their furniture. We ordered a table, chairs, bench, accent chair, desk, tv stand, sectional and ottoman. Our sales associate was Sharron, at the time she was extremely helpful. She seemed to be honest and was up front with there being a 12-16 week possible wait on certain pieces of furniture. We were ok with that, weeks went by and we received a text confirming that they were going to deliver our first piece of furniture the XL TV stand. We were very excited having had waited over two months. A third party delivery team showed up with no gloves, no disinfectant and no manners like we were shown in the video Ashley shared with us on their "white glove delivery". We were disappointed, but it only got worse... they then did not know how to carry the piece of furniture correctly and scratched the side. All to find out they brought it in knowing there was no hardware or legs. That being said they then proceeded to inform me that a "recovery team" would bring hardware and legs the following day. I tried to be flexible and agreed to be home the following day to let the "recovery team" in to finish building the tv stand. I waited home all day for no one to show up. It was very disappointing to take off a second day for no one to show up. Also, do NOT trust the delivery guys, come to find there is no "recovery team". Weeks went by and we still had no replacement. Still no legs or hardware. we then got a text with an exchange date and they never showed. It has now been over a month and still have gotten no where. We were offered a little bit of cash for missing 4 days of work. My husband had to build legs and go to Lowe's to buy hardware. We went and picked up our own table and chairs, knowing that the delivery team was not capable of bringing a larger piece of furniture into our home. As for the rest, we received the wrong desk and cancelled the sectional and ottoman. We would have been flexible and understanding if our sales associate would have communicated, however she ignored our texts and the store stopped calling us back. We now have chose to stick with our wrong products and fabricated tv stand. Do NOT work with Sharron, after she makes a sale she does not care about her customers. Very sad! Also, I have called the store and customer service line over 50 times trying to get answers, I also text Sharron many times. Its very rare to get any call back. I totally agree with the pre review. I order a sectional and a dining room table with Sharon in April. The sectional and table was delivered in late May...but the table and chairs were black instead of the white I ordered. I called Sharon and she said that I would have to do an exchange since I accepted (a BIG mistake on my part). Today is November 11 and they can't give me a delivery date on the correct color dining table and chairs. Sharon doesn't call you back. This not professional and I will never order anything from Ashley Furniture again read more

We bought a bed and dining room table..first of all our sales person was great at giving us her personal number if we had issues. Needless to say we had issues and not once did she return our call especially when we found out we actually don't pick up at this store but in Farmington which is an hour away, a fact she failed to inform us..customer service told us where to pick up and assured us merchandise will be there..we traveled for the pick up and was told no they don't have the furniture..now we are regretting ever giving them our business for the product we paid in full..manager of the distribution center now assures us all items will be delivered over the weekend..we'll no one confirmed..customer service swears they can't make that call to confirm or even give me the number to do it myself..this place has poor communication skills on all departments.. read all the reviews and make good judgement before you give them your business Update: this person answering all these bad reviews and giving out this 206-203-5109 to text so he can fix issues?? Well he doesn't fix issues either.. can't give me a number to distribution center or do anything.. Still waiting for delivery. Called my salesman and he was supposed to personally check and call me Saturday. No call. Currently on hold for the 4th time for over 45 minutes to try to get an answer. I was so pleased with my in-store experience, but now I am very displeased. I understand this is a difficult time, but this is absurd. Will never shop there again and may have to cancel my order and start over with another company. Very disappointed. read more

horrible quality furniture, customer service. ordered kitchen set received it and 6 months later the legs are yellowing and base is starting to crack. 3 times they e come out to replace base and 3 times don't bring all the parts. I took 3 days off work for that. we also ordered 2 swivel accent chairs that are defective. unfortunately I was working and my daughter accepted delivery. we've been waiting for replacements since February. keeps getting pushed off. I asked for a refund and they refuse. went into store and spoke with Paul who is the "manager" and says there is nothing they can do. I need to deal with customer service. do yourself a favor and spend a bit more money for quality furniture and customer service. Definitely would never buy furniture here again. We placed our order in store at the Orion Road location on July 17th with Eleni and the store manager Sharon. When we were there they were having issues with their WiFi, we were there around 3 hours waiting on their computer system to load to place the order. Sharon tells us that the order is placed and we are all set, but we never received any paperwork or order confirmation/order number print out from them. I texted Eleni back and fourth multiple times in the coming weeks to get the status of our items (around $6200 worth of furniture) and she was very helpful and responded back right away each time. Sharon told us that we would have our furniture within 4-8 weeks. The middle of August rolls around and I call Ashley Furniture (a 947 number, this store does not have a direct phone number associated with the Orion Road location which is very questionable to me. You can't talk to anyone at the physical store) to get a status update on our entire order and they are now telling me everything we ordered is on back order and they won't have it available in THEIR WAREHOUSE until the END OF NOVEMBER-MID DECEMBER. So much for 4-8 week delivery like Sharon told us. We made sure when we were in the store that everything we ordered was IN STOCK. Now we are 7 weeks in. We contacted Eleni our salesperson and she had Sharon the store manager call us back to get a better idea on delivery. She tells us she will call us back that coming Saturday or Monday with a more clear delivery schedule. Sharon never calls back, I text and call and leave voicemails and she never returns our calls at all. We ended up going to Gardner White and had our furniture delivered the NEXT MORNING. Try to call Sharon to cancel our order and again, still never gets back with us. Finally we called our salesperson directly to cancel and she told us she would cancel the part of our order that we wanted cancelled. This was a few days ago. This morning I call the 947 number again to see if that part of our order was actually cancelled and it was not. Bottom line, this store gives you the run around. Very hard to reach anyone besides our salesperson or get any clear answers. The manager Sharon doesn't get back with you, which was one of the main reasons we cancelled part of our order. Don't buy your furniture here. I'm literally depressed over the service and problems that we have had since we ordered our sectional back in June when they first open. After delays causing us to not even have our old couch in our living room for six weeks, we finally received our delivery in December, nearly six months after we ordered it. And they didn't write up the correct thing for us. I understand that screwups happen, but now I can't even get in contact with the regional manager of the store because they're unwilling to give out his information. It's his job. We've been told that the sectional we wanted has been discontinued since June and now it appears they can't find any for us. Do not shop here. The manager was okay, but should be able to escalate my issue further. This is unacceptable and I will never purchase another piece of Ashley furniture if this is how you handle it. Also, the sectional we want, even though it is discontinued, is still on Ashley's website like you should be able to order it. read more

The worst furniture experience of my life. Do not spend your money here. I bought a sectional and upon delivery they brought a mis-matched piece that did not even belong to the set and did not have the correct piece with them. While bringing the sectional into my house they absolutely destroyed my walls, moldings, you name it. After getting the delivery of the missing item confirmed by text and email for TWO weeks later (for something they already have!), the day before it is supposed to arrive I get another text to schedule delivery so I was a little confused since it was already scheduled. I call the number and now delivery is scheduled for another two weeks. Tried calling customer service and they have no clue what they are doing. I ended up driving to the store to figure out what's going on and the piece is still in another state. This business is an absolute joke and I will never shop here or recommend it to anyone again in my life and I suggest you save yourself the frustration and do the same. Just read the reviews...there seems to be a trend in the comments. Oh and this is the first time I have ever reviewed a business because I do not want others to experience this nightmare. read more
