I had the lovely experience of working with Janet she was very sweet and was a great help to us. We went in and asked for Edwin since he had given us his card the last time we walked through to look at things. When we came back he never arrived so we went on to look at the stuff and Janet came by and she was able to assist us with our sale from beginning to end! We came in wanting a couch, we left with a couch, rug, end tables and coffee table! The experience was a comfortable and pleasant one and would definitely go back. Thank you! read more

Our salesperson, Javier, was so kind! He greeted us as soon as we walked in and when we told him what we were looking for he showed us a few different pieces. We never felt pressures and we appreciate his honesty. Our furniture is still on it's way, but we feel confident and excited about our purchase because Javier was a very kind and honest salesperson. read more

We recently visited Ashley Home Store to purchase a new mattress. Our sales associate, Marissa was nice to work with, quite knowledgeable and helpful. She was patient in answering our questions so we were able to make our decision (after the frustration of visiting other stores). Her manager, Taylor was exceptional when it came to price matching and finalizing the sale! Also, thanks to Leah in processing the final paperwork quickly and efficiently. The customer service they all provided made for a very positive experience overall. We plan to visit the store again for future purchases and will definitely recommend to our friends. read more

Kellie was a pleasure, very helpful and kind with a smile. Used a 50 dollar store gift card towards some dinner ware that is not on back order. I've been waiting over two weeks to receive it. Went back to the store to find out what's going on and the manager couldn't even give me a day that I would receive my package. He also didn't even care to help me with the inconvenience when I told him I bought it for a gift for a family member. Very pissed off about this! Manager doesn't care about anything! read more

I had an excellent visit at this store today. As I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Ani, who let me know about their current sale. She took her time and was patient as I looked around and found what I was looking for. She made the whole experience pleasant, quick, and easy. I look forward to buying from her again. read more

Javier was very helpful and patient! Very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect sofa! Thank you, Javier!!

Save your money and buy furniture from the place across the street instead. I bought a sectional from this store and 2 coffee tables. The furniture is very cheap my sectional sofa came apart in just about a month and no I do not have any kids nor pets to destroy it. The furniture is just very cheap material and not worth the price at all. Save your coins and go elsewhere where you wont get scammed out your money. Never purchasing from Ashley's furniture again and will not recommend it either. Terrible experience. read more

All I have to say is thanks to Denise the office manager I am going to do business with this location. She made my review go from a -5 stars to the 5 star. She is amazing and deserves to run the whole operation. Overseeing any and all business decisions should be her job description. Thanks Denise. You are truly a great human. Love you lol. read more

One of the best, let's say perfect, let's change this to perfection. Since we were treated by Fatima as our sales rep. She is one of the best in Ashley. Not in this Ashley. I am talking about all the Ashley's in the valley. We personally experienced this. If you are buying furniture, it's like a one-time buy, so you should get a sales rep like Fatima. She explained to us each and everything about each piece of furniture. The Fatima is very patience and knows her job. We furnished all our household furniture with her and her ideas are amazing. Highly recommended if you walk-in ask for her, she is the best. read more

I don't even know where to start...I am just so happy with the overall service, patience, price and most of all with my Salesperson Michelle. We came here on a Sunday evening we were greeted by the door by Michelle she was friendly and just told us about their specials going on. She said if we needed any help she would be glad to assist us. We looked around for a bit and couldn't decide between 2 bedroom sets. Michelle went above and beyond and really took her time with us as we kept going back and forth. She was so patient with us and had a great attitude. She worked with our budget and was just an absolute doll. We ended up getting a brand new bedroom set and I couldn't be happier. A few days later I decided that I wanted to change my living room furniture around too so we ended up going back to Michelle and she showed us some great pieces for our living room. We couldn't decide between different tables and accessories. She was so amazing she even moved tables from other models to help us match. I mean I couldn't believe how dedicated she was. We also showed her the color scheme of our house and layout and she offered us some great suggestions. She went over the protection plans they had to offer and just overall everything was so smooth and seamless. I am so grateful for working with such an amazing person as her. She was not pushy what so ever, she was very patient as my Husband and I were going back and forth on a lot of things. My furniture came timely they have an awesome system where they text you to confirm your delivery date and time, they also call to confirm..On the date of delivery you can track your delivery and check the time. The delivery guys were always so nice and set everything up to my liking. We had no issues what so ever and I'm very happy. All in all we had a wonderful experience with Ashley, their furniture and Michelle made our whole experience a fantastic one. If you are looking for furniture I highly recommend you see Michelle she is the Best of the Best!!! I never got the pushy salesman attitude at all. She definitely gave us our space. Jeff also assisted us with some things and was very kind. Would totally recommend and I would come back for future!!! read more

I purchased two electric recliner chairs in December of 2016. Recently, one of the motors burned out while the chair was stuck in the recline position. I cannot find the warranty information so I called customer service to get that info. Because of this COVID thing they claimed that their call volume was very high and that I had to leave a voice mail and someone would call me back in 48-96 hours. Here it is, over a week now with no call, so I called again....same garbage. All I want is the information to get the motor replaced so we can sit in the chair!!! Absolutely ridiculous. I am subject to stay at home orders myself but ALWAYS call my accounts back. UNACCEPTABLE!! read more

IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH ANYONE. called the number on the receipt and website. Send you to customer service line which you need to request a call back. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HELP OVER THE PHONE. We purchased a mattress in store that was delivered to our home. The seller Alex, told us MULTIPLE TIMES that "yes we will take your old mattress to dispose off" and even charge us for the CA RECYCLING FEE. We confirm with him Multiple time that they will take the old mattress. He even told us, just make sure if the old mattress have stain to wrap them in plastic or else they won't take it. DELIVERY DAY COMES AROUND, there was NO Note on the order to take the old mattress. The delivery guy can't do anything which I understand. I called the store. I can't reach them. Talk to customer service 4 times. THEY HUNG UP ON ME TWICE. EVEN said some one from dispatch will called back to coordinate the pick up of the old material "She will call you in a few minutes". I never got the call. There was so many employees at the store and at the customer service counter. WE CANT EVENT REACH ANYBODY. So no one is taking responsibility for the mistake or even try to correct it. Go somewhere else. read more

I was looking for a cheap small dining table as a temporary item until I could find what I really wanted- Ashley furniture is not my typical style (nothing wrong with a very Americana style but not my cup of tea). I was looking for a generic table that I wouldn't mind just throwing away. I walked into the store (I will admit I have never stepped foot in any Ashley Furniture store-and never will again). I was greeted by an older Asian gentleman (I use the term gentleman loosely...very loosely). He ask me if he could help me find anything and I stated I was just looking. I found the dining area and did not find what I was looking for...and I was going to head out the door to leave and continue the search at another store. He was following me around the store-creepy (after I stated I did not want help). When her cornered me he asked me yet again if I wanted help-I stated no yet again. He evidently didn't like how I said no and he starts yelling at me in the store-he yells at me "I AM ONLY DOING MY JOB!" he also yelled at me "SOMEONE GOT UP ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE BED!". Before I left I asked to speak to the manager, he realized what I was doing and he hung out and leered at me. While I was speaking to the manager he stayed in close proximity and played on his phone...the manager did apologize and stated that she would speak to him. I doubt she will and frankly I don't care if she does. If poor customer service is not what you are looking for keep on looking for your furnishing needs at another store. Avoid this store. read more

I have bought furniture here before but today a salesperson named Fatima was particularly very helpful and kind!

The way they do their business is extremely unprofessional. I feel like a fool for not reading their reviews before doing business with them. They're quick to collect your money and tell you your couch will be delivered within a month. Then they call you a week later and reschedule your delivery 3 times in a row within 2 months! And this is all after sending us 1 piece of the couch which arrived broken, all to be sent back. We only received 1 piece of a 3 piece couch. The entire experience was a complete nightmare. Management could care less about resolving the issue. What makes it worst is that the they give you no explanation. Bought the couch late July, received all of the pieces by early October. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. read more

Thank you Marissa for your help and recommendations we take home what we were looking for, great service Ashley northidge.

We purchased a sectional from this store, and was sold a furniture protection plan through ProtectAll. It is to cover accidental damage to materials, cushions, stains etc. We submitted a claim direct to the ProtectAll company, and they are denying the claim and refuse to come and fix/replace our cushion on our sectional. They are stating the damage is manufacturer defect in the threads of the cushion. Ashley Home Store needs to get involved and make this right, or refuse to sell this coverage. read more

Horrible customer service, besides the fact that they lie about the delivery options. I went there because the website said that they offer next day free delivery, once we got there they said that it will take 5 to 7 business days. Then, also the sales person wasn't interested on us anymore, maybe because we weren't looking for a premium mattress. First and last time stepping on that store read more

Horrible !! On day of delivery. The two guys show up. Call me to tell me to come outside to wave them down. Hmmm ok .. address is in the building. So I did and when I got there they started to let me know that. Your couch won't fit in the elevator or the stairway. What? This is a building with o at 100 units. People move in and out all the time. Not to mention my couch and love seat were the same size and I got I in just fine and they took it out the day before with no problem. (I sold it to a family and they got it no problem ). This turned into a nightmare. As they would not deliver it. The delivery guy said "he could lift it over the rail to my door ". But Ashley would not allow him to do that. Then Ashley told me " well we can't leave it with you. It has to be to your apt. Now I'm confused. You can't get it to my unit. But you won't leave it with me. The delivery guy can get it to my unit but you won't let him lift it. The Ashley woman told me and I quote. "You can refer to the order a d come back and chooses something different or smaller. " BP!!!! I don't want anything different I want this one. It s fits in my apartment just fine. I have nothing to do with the stairs of the building. I asked her. What I was suppose to do. I got rid of my furniture yesterday and now have nothing. And that was her answer. Omg what did I get myself into. The delivery guy felt kinda bad for me so he had me sign a waiver (be careful of this because if the item comes damaged before you unwrap it. You just signed it away ) better take my advice and use you left hand (if you are right handed ) and sign someone's else's name wayyyyyy different than yours. Then you can just claim it was not you who signed and that's not your signature or name. Ashley plays very dirty !!!! But I have to pay this guy an extra $100 out of my pocket for him to take it to my building which it took him 5 mins tops. It was so fast and quick. We were all like WTH. (me , partner , apartment maintenance ) hmmm. Why could they not do this in the first place ? This was a horrible experience and I am telling you. Do not come here. I am sorry I got this Ashley Advantage Card. I won't be using it again. read more

Bait and switch. Be very wary of their inventory. We purchased a bedroom set 7 weeks ago with the promise of a delivery date that was agreed upon. It took 7 weeks, and all that we got was the mattress! EVERYTHING else is now on back order for another 5-6 weeks. Don't even try to get a hold of someone in the store. Poorest quality of furniture you could ever purchase .Save your money they sell nothing but junk. 2 side chairs broke after 6 months of average usage. The sofa now is sagging . Their warranty is trash . They make you jump through hoops to replace items. You won't get your money back. The service men they send out to review your complaints are rude. Why go through all these headaches. Shop elsewhere. If I could I wouldn't give one star rating read more

So I my husband and I came in because Weve been searching for the "Party Time" sofa in white.... and the online chat service told me I could find it in the store or at least have it ordered through them.... We get there and let me say I think Ms angeles was very Kind. But I lost complete trust and became uninterested when she did a bait and switch.... So at first when I was sitting on the sofa, she shared that the sofa was 1,300 because it was on sale.... I was highly interested! And ready to purchase, I just wanted a few minutes to walk around, and see if anything else caught my eye for our home. Anyway I lost all trust in the store, the employee and the transaction when she came to speak with us(my husband and I had returned to the sofa to just make some final decisions and speak about what else we wanted with it)so like I said I lost all interested when she returned saying that it actually wasn't on sale with 40% off, that it was actually like 2,900 and it'd be more with taxes and delivery..... Not only did I loose interest because she pitched the wrong price, but it made wonder " does this employee really know this product, what else might she pitch that isn't correct" And on top of that the sofas are cheaper on the website and the sofa does come in white, just found the sofa by Ashley sold on different websites...... i would prefer to purchase a sofa in store to keep a location in business and to give them the sale... since I work in retail and know how important conversion is.... read more

It should have been a tell all sign for me when I walked into the store to browse around and the first encounter was a returning customer speaking to the manager about how displeased he is with his product. He went on and in complaining and demanding a return. I proceeded to look around and a sales woman came to help me, but she was helping like 2 other parties as well. So each time I would ask her the price of something or availability in stock, she would have to go check her computer and wouldn't return for like 20 minutes because she was assisting other customers along the way. Anyway.... I finally found a few pieces, placed my order and was set up for delivery: the items arrived and were assembled by the delivery people. The literally looked like they were second hand furniture pieces donated to me from someone who has used them for years and years. Dings and scratches, wabbly legs. The worse part is that you cannot contact the store directly. Even though there's a number for the store, you're connected to a call center who knows where. The best they were able to do was to set up an appointment for me with a service technician to repair the furniture. That appointment was 2 weeks from when I called. I don't need a service repair, I need this crap out of my house and my refund back in my account. I had to go the store to see the manager personally. Guess what??? There was another customer there back for the same issue... poor quality, demanding a return... After waiting 40 minutes the manager finally approached me and the best he was able to do was start a case number for me and try to get an ok from his regional manager for a return. He said they would contact me within 72 hours and they never did. He never responded to my emails, and you can't call them directly. Absolutely terrible. Do not go there because clearly anyone who ever does ends up coming back for a return. Still waiting for someone to take care of these damn furniture pieces. read more
