On top of having a very well informed and instructive salesman and amazing technology to help me choose just the right mattress, they not only had it delivered even earlier than I expected. But to top that off, the delivery guys forgot to leave the mattress cover that came with it. I was in a bind and couldn't pick it up, so the very kind store manager actually took the time to personally drop it off at my house! I'm so happy I went with them!!

I ordered a ghiacco flush mount light in 4/21/2026 for. Arhaus shipped the order which was delayed to begin with . I received the order with an incomplete set of crystals. I sent pictures of the items which they agreed where incomplete . I have been following up with Arhaus periodically to receive the crystals to complete the order I paid for . They keep pushing back the deadline without informing me . I have to follow up and then learn there is yet another delay . They are not taking action that I can see on my case . They want me to keep waiting when I'm unsure if they are actually following up with their parts department . They refuse to give me a refund without me having to hire an electrician to remove the current light at my expense . Their partial refund for the 7 month delay is only 300 which won't cover the electrician and painter in case there is damage . I told them that if they don't fulfill my order I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company and their supervisor threatened to send me to collections . Where is the responsibility of a company to deliver the item which they collected money for ? They took my money and have yet to deliver the complete item. Also they continue to fulfill orders for the same item on their website . Avoid them .

Laura's reviews were outstanding so I picked up the phone and made an appointment with her. I have never been sorry! Over the course of the next 6-8 months, Laura guided me as I chose shutters, shades, paint colors, drapes and cornice, pillows and window seat cushions. She even allowed me to pick her brain about accessories. I have been happy with each and every selection. Laura has a great sense of design but knows how to tactfully suggest more suitable alternatives. She listens to your requirements and preferences and makes recommendations accordingly. Laura is always pleasant, reliable and is a woman of her word! She even puts you at ease in sticky situations. Should I need more help decorating in the future, I will turn to Laura Nally. There is simply no other choice!
