Came with measurements and a floor plan and my designer came up with a really creative way to set up my room. Sounds great - right? It was, until when the furniture was delivered, I discovered my designer had ordered the wrong size dresser/chest unit. It fits in my room but not in the way I thought it could be arranged. I called the store immediately, the designer came to the phone but offered no apologies, no options. It's a custom piece, of course, so I can't return it. But I am deeply disappointed and will not use this particular Ethan Allen again. Buying furniture should be fun - and for the price, their customers should be thrilled with how the room turns out. I can't dump tens of thousands on furniture right now - there will be plenty of business for them over time.

Every time I reached out, they couldn't remember what it looked like or find it. I submitted pictures. I was told by Pam on January 10th that the item was not yet set up for auction but she would be in touch. After multiple more emails in the past few months through yesterday, she told me that it was sold December for $40. I questioned her further with the discrepancies in the information she provided and her responses. I viewed the results of the auction of the date she provided, and my bench was not there. She advised in a latest email today saying "I may be thinking about another piece. I don't recall." I think I was totally ripped off. Do not do business with them buying or selling. Buyers and sellers beware!!!
