Loveseat

Salesman was very nice and helpful but our loveseat had a manufacturing defect after we got it home and we reported it within the 72 hour that another salesman said we could do and it would be replaced with no problem on them since it was within the 72 hour window and it definitely wouldn't be counted against us on the protection plan we purchased to use if something happened with the furniture in 5 years and now I get told they will only repair it and if it can't be repaired then I have to use my protection plan for the one time free replacement on a piece of furniture to replace it if it comes to that. Not happy at all should have went somewhere else to get our furniture !!!! This defect was not our fault it was like this right out of the box ! Will never buy from here again !!!

so I'm starting to realize this is a fraud company. Please everyone stay away from this store. The email responding to everyone for escalation is no help they anserw u once and never help due you a favor don't buy or save your reciept your going to need it. Here is proof of me emailing them almost for a week to see they could help and as of yet nothing. I had to figure it all by my self. I say save your reciept because the email person couldn't find any information on my order and boom once I sent her photo proof they never anserwed back.

Broken headboard leg

Spent about $5,000 for King bedroom 11/2022. We went to move our furniture to replace the flooring and found that they did not use all the bolts and one of my side rails is cracked near what seems to be a wood knot. Im sure it did not help that they screwed the side rail in off by a hole from the headboard to the footboard. A leg also broke on the headboard. I paid for the extra 5 year warranty on $8000 worth of furniture. I called the warranty center to find out that NONE OF THIS IS COVERED. Also, there's no manufacturer defect warranty past 12 months. How are you supposed to see a defect in furniture that you pay to be delivered and assembled. The leg doesn't even resemble wood. It's some pressed light weight material. And I missed joining the class action lawsuit for their price gouging and misrepresentation of furniture value. We bought our sofas from BOB MILLS and the manufacturer warranty is much better. I would love to get my $500-$700 dollars back on the 5 year warranty that is literally GOOD FOR NOTHING! I'd even take a prorate for me being the fool for shopping with Ashley.

I posted 3 years ago about how unsatisfied I was with Ashley furniture because of the wait for delivery and charges. Fast forward three years....the springs popped out from the top and bottom of my couch. I know they don't make heirloom furniture but to not even last three years is a serious ripoff and very, very poor quality. We didn't use the couch often either. *****stay away from Ashley!!!******

Long wait times just to schedule or confirm a delivery!!

Contrary to some reviews the service was abysmal and insulting. We went in during our lunch time…read morewith the express purpose of buying a mattress. We were the only customers in the store. A man and another employee were there. Eventually we must have looked uncomfortable enough that he came over, made a comment and left. We had to almost yell at him to return as he walked away. He casually mentioned, "Try this one" and pointed to a mattress as he left. When we realized we were notgetting any more attention from him because he was on the phone with had to be either a very funny superior or his BFF, we left. He never acknowledged us. Maybe another shift, another employee and we might get some of the "great" service in other reviews. Money lost Denver Mattress. The Denver Mattress experience I had today was like night and day. Response to my first post prompted a response from several at Denver Mattress. The District Manager was very professional and eager to make our experience pleasant. We went to the store and was greeted very warmly by Diana. She had no idea we had posted a negative review. Diana, with a smile and laugh, helped us. It was then we told her who we were. Nothing changed. Within minutes we were working on finalizing our new purchase. Since she did not know us previously I know their practice is to be friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed this interaction. Thanks Denver Mattress and Diana and Mike.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a great clearance section with high-end beds on sale…read more-- I got about 40% off the listed price of a king-sized bed. They also have a package you can purchase alongside a bed with a mattress cover or pad, pillowcase covers, and new pillows. I came in to look by myself and told a staff member I would be back with my boyfriend later in the day. The staff member remembered my name and had even told another staff member to look out for me, just in case he was busy. The delivery was 2 days from purchase. Lost a star in the review because on their phone messages the time was listed as 10 am to 12 pm MOUNTAIN standard time (11 am to 1 pm central time) and the guys showed up at 10:30 am central. Luckily I was there to let them in. Good shopping experience overall.
