We found so many positive reviews we had to check it out. It was just as people described with great selection, all price ranges, and wonderful staff. Travis was extremely friendly and helpful. He knows his stuff and was able to give us great advice without any sense of pressure you normally feel from sales staff. We even got next day delivery and setup with some freebies thrown in too. An awesome experience that we would recommend for anyone needing a new bed.!! Update: Our mattress and motorized platform were delivered and setup today. These guys were great! I am so happy and I really love my new mattress and box springs!!!! My parents have bought mattresses from Sleep Shop the past couple of times that they've bought mattresses and they are always very pleased with their purchases. And the fact that my parents live in Floydada and the Sleep Shop doesn't charge them extra to deliver their new mattress that far away and to take their old mattress away.

Fair, friendly, super knowledgeable, and a sweetheart to boot. She never made me rushed while I was trying out mattresses and she answered all of my questions thoroughly. Contrary to some reviews the service was abysmal and insulting. We went in during our lunch time…read morewith the express purpose of buying a mattress. We were the only customers in the store. A man and another employee were there. Eventually we must have looked uncomfortable enough that he came over, made a comment and left. We had to almost yell at him to return as he walked away. He casually mentioned, "Try this one" and pointed to a mattress as he left. When we realized we were notgetting any more attention from him because he was on the phone with had to be either a very funny superior or his BFF, we left. He never acknowledged us. Maybe another shift, another employee and we might get some of the "great" service in other reviews. Money lost Denver Mattress. The Denver Mattress experience I had today was like night and day. Response to my first post prompted a response from several at Denver Mattress. The District Manager was very professional and eager to make our experience pleasant. We went to the store and was greeted very warmly by Diana. She had no idea we had posted a negative review. Diana, with a smile and laugh, helped us. It was then we told her who we were. Nothing changed. Within minutes we were working on finalizing our new purchase. Since she did not know us previously I know their practice is to be friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed this interaction. Thanks Denver Mattress and Diana and Mike.
