A man and another employee were there. Eventually we must have looked uncomfortable enough that he came over, made a comment and left. We had to almost yell at him to return as he walked away. Response to my first post prompted a response from several at Denver Mattress. The District Manager was very professional and eager to make our experience pleasant. We went to the store and was greeted very warmly by Diana. She had no idea we had posted a negative review. Diana, with a smile and laugh, helped us. It was then we told her who we were. Nothing changed. Within minutes we were working on finalizing our new purchase. Since she did not know us previously I know their practice is to be friendly and helpful. I came in to look by myself and told a staff member I would be back with my boyfriend later in the day. The staff member remembered my name and had even told another staff member to look out for me, just in case he was busy. The delivery was 2 days from purchase. Lost a star in the review because on their phone messages the time was listed as 10 am to 12 pm MOUNTAIN standard time (11 am to 1 pm central time) and the guys showed up at 10:30 am central. Luckily I was there to let them in. Good shopping experience overall.
