    Customer service and communication. Ordered sectional 1/24. Wasn't told one component back ordered. New delivery date 2/17. Nope. Then 2/28. Nope. No communication after. Left guessing. Cannot deal direct. Overseas phone center. Now 6 more weeks!!!!! Also one component delivered with stain. Two weeks to get anyone to come out to look at it. Don't purchase from this company. Use RC Wiley. They were easy to get answers from.

    2 and a half months ago, I paid in full for a dining set from this store. Since then, the delivery has been rescheduled 7 times. Got another call a few days ago--delayed again. It's almost a joke at this point. Sold my old table 2 months ago just before a scheduled delivery that the store canceled 3 days before. This is how I spend Mother's day today.     I give 5 stars to the delivery drivers, Edgar & company. My sofa delivery ETA was between 8:30 to 11am, and they arrived at 8:45. I didn't realize the sofa size was huge and the entrance to my house was very narrow, with a post that is in the way. Edgar and his buddy made every possible way to get my sofa inside carefully not to damage anything. Once they got the sofa in, they were in and out of my house within 5 minutes, despite having to do some minor assembly. Kudos to the delivery drivers! They work very hard for customers

    Had a sofa and loveseat from them and had it 1 year. At six months the cushions went from being really firm. To completely sunken in. We had extended warranty and called. They came out to see the sofa and said it wasn't covered because it's wear and tear. But the employee said he would help us out. And ordered us new cushions. Took a couple weeks to get. And we were told we had to put the new cushions in. I called again for someone to come out and he did help with putting new cushions in. Which was great. But now a few months later cushion have broken down and base is failing. It's now a back breaking sofa. It hurts to sit in. I know you get what you pay for but one year later totally unhappy. I would say pay a little more and get something that will last at least a few years.

    The saga continues today. I called Ashley corporate to try and sort through the issues. They have a "delivery" scheduled for tomorrow but the last time they showed up when I didn't schedule one they were here to take a coffee table without a replacement only a credit memo. They have nothing that looks remotely the same so I didn't want a credit. She assures me this time they do have a replacement table. We will see. So I follow up on my dining room table. She tells me she has no record that the table was ever ordered let alone delivered with missing parts (even though they sent one of them - I think it needs 4??) and the local store would handle this. However she says the phone for the local store has been down for 2 weeks and there is no way to contact them. She told me if I need to speak when them I have to literally drive to the store - but she would send a message to have them hopefully call me. Maybe their email is down too since I've send 10 follow-ups on the parts and no one is responding. Meanwhile the side table they sent me a new top for is already cracking after just a month in my house.

    I decided to get my DREAM desk here. The staff understood that I prefer to browse alone and gave me space to do so. Eventually I found my desk and the process from selecting to walking out after paying was smooth. The only thing I would recommend is them having bags for items that can be carried out of the store like small decorations and blankets. Besides that the store is safe from trip hazards, clean bathrooms, credit card vending machines, and the prices are clearly displayed. Ordered my desk and delivery was quick.

Like they had giant inflatables for Christmas for like $100! Wild. We waited in line for a while, but it wasn't too bad. The employees working were doing such a good job and still so nice even though it was hectic! I appreciated that. And be kind to retail workers this holiday season! Definitely will be back!

After months of "surgery," it was time to send that 2016 Home Depot special to the big laundromat in the sky. Fought traffic, made it to the Henderson store around 5:30, missed my aunt (who I recently learned works there) by minutes, but found the exact washer/dryer tower I'd been eyeing--and it was on sale. Score. Mike in the showroom was great--friendly, helpful, easy to work with. Turns out they had exactly one electric unit available at the Craig warehouse. Even better. Paid up, grabbed my free basket, and was told I could pick it up before 7. So I battled rush hour across town... only to arrive at 6:15 and find the place closed at 6, with a freshly taped sign saying so. Not ideal. That said, the warehouse team came through. I walked to another door with humans behind it and explained the situation--that I was just passing through and not coming back anytime soon--and they helped get me loaded up anyway. Got a "for future reference..." (fair enough), but I appreciated them making it happen. Overall: great showroom experience, solid customer service when it counted, and I got a good deal at the perfect time. A hiccup in communication, but a good ending--and a story to go with it.

Ok, so why didn't you make those searches before I drove all the way back over to your store? I wasted time, gas and now I still do not have a refrigerator. Thanks for nothing. Do better. You have lost this customer. And I am posting here so other shoppers are forewarned. Or maybe other consumers will just avoid this store. In response to your comment, Customer S, it was the exact same model. What happened here is that your sales department lured me down to make their sale by telling me they would match the price when actually due to your staff being unable to locate the inventory while they had me wait in your store they denied the price match bc they said I wouldn't be able to purchase a refrigerator elsewhere. They could have done their research first but instead they wanted me at the store. Maybe they thought I would purchase the refrigerator anyways. But they wasted my time, my gas my money and gave me false hope.

We also purchased the warranty for the cushions. Within 6 months the cushions began to split when people sat on it. The material was cheap and obviously not for outdoor use. I just want to add that we kept the furniture covered when not in use. We called on the warranty to get the cushions fixed and it was DENIED! After going around and around with them for months we finally called the store to buy new cushions for that set. But surprise surprise it was discontinued! We had to take them to an outside source to get reupholster which cost us another $1,500 out of our pockets, on top of the $3000 we paid for them in the first place. Very disappointed with our experience at Bob's Discount Furniture. I wish we had just driven past this store and bought patio furniture from a reputable place. Never again. There is a question on here on what could improve? Back your products! Back your warranties! Hire professional people to handle problems.

The posted price was $1100 but she immediately let us know that it was on sale for $799. I inquired about delivery and got impressed at NO CHARGE and could be delivered now even on Sunday . Delivery is a 3rd party and would be a set up charge if needed. Just pay cash to the delivery person. It's only been 3 days but we are very pleased with our purchase and keeping $$$ in our pockets.
