Total disappointment. Be aware that expected delivery dates may not be what you anticipate. The expected 2-6 weeks on the front of receipt, turned into 8 weeks... You'll want to read the details of the back of the purchase receipt as they use the additional 2 weeks language as their rational as to why they are right and you are wrong. I was also locked in as they came in 1 day ahead of 8 weeks and I could cancel order without penalty. I spoke to 3 different representatives and each were adamant and unwilling to accommodate my request. I have but good things to say about the service l received at Ashley Furniture store on two occasions.l saw a sale being advertised and went there to purchase a bedroom set and the sales person l met the first time was called Francis.He was very helpful, knowledgeable and took his time to answer the many questions l had.We , Francis and l went to see the manager Roin, hoping l spelt his name correctly,and was very patient with me and did all be could to make sure l was satisfied.l haven't received my furniture yet even though l went back a week after to catch the sale before it was over. If I could give a zero I would! Firstly we waited a ridiculous amount of time for our furniture... 6 weeks and COUNTING! They've had our couches in the warehouse for over a month but won't deliver since our coffee table was out of stock. They didn't even offer to have us pay for additional delivery to get our couches which we would have! They said they have to deliver everything together since its free shipping. Mind you every time I spoke to an associate they were extremely RUDE! Finally we received our phone call that they would deliver today 10/9/17 and I took off work and got a phone call that the truck broke down and they won't be able to deliver until this Thursday. Seriously like they only have one truck. I can't even describe how frustrating this experience has been. I WILL NEVER BUY WITH ASHELY'S AGAIN!!! AND RECOMMEND THAT ALL OF YOU STEER CLEAR! I would not recommend this store to anyone. I ordered a couch that I couldn't wait to get into my new home. I had to call every 2 weeks to find out where the couch was and when it was going to be delivered, and every time I called, they said 2 weeks. Two weeks went by without a single call or update on when it was going to be delivered. When it was finally delivered, they had a hard time bringing it up the stairs and said it wouldn't fit. When my fiance called about the couch not fitting, the customer service person hung up on him. We went in the next day to find out our options and they had given our PAID for couch to someone else and we would have to give them a 30% restocking fee. What did they restock? They just gave it to someone else! They have absolutely NO respect for their customers. Please heed all warnings for this store and go somewhere else with your hard earned money. read more

Unethical business. Minus 1 star is appropriate! Went in bought multiple items. Got the table delivered, several chairs were wobbly, which the sales manager told me they would be fixed on arrival. Was supposed to have a morning delivery. By noon I called. The delivery was then before 4pm. Then called again around 7pm on a Monday. They showed up after 8pm. I physically helped move the table in. The movers were awesome (contractors) paid them cash. but the job was too heavy for them, I had to help. The chairs are still not level. Also bought, a bed, base, 2 buffet tables. Spent over $6,000. Close to 7k. Paid for the table set on site, no financing. Well, I went in to cancel my order. Bought on Saturday, went in Wednesday, too late. More than 72hrs. BE AWARE! Now they wanted a cancellation fee of 10%. With the purchase I was promised 2 cooling pillows. The sales manager offered me if I only bought the bed for $3500. No deal. He said after buying all the furniture that there was not enough profit for what he promised. He switched the pricing on the receipt to make it look as if he sold the bed for more. Table less. THEN, I called the corporate office to cancel my bed that would take 5-6 weeks to deliver, which multiple different employees including Corporate said 2 weeks maximum, they had all the excuses. The staff is unethical and shady. To top it off, the bed on the receipt says "Cali King". No description, we have no idea what they will deliver. Called our attorney. Corporate never called us back. The customer is wrong according to this store, or franchise. However, he backs his employee and basically that employee has several complaints. He is shady and manipulative. First and last purchase from Ashley's. All three items purchased in July arrived with some defect. Technician finally came out in October to fix sofa delivered with two holes in early July. Had been told other items would be addressed when the sofa was repaired, but technician knew nothing about the other items and caused damage to new hardwood floors when sofa repaired. Immediately texted the customer service representative and received no reply. Issues with chaise still not addressed after two follow up emails. I decorate frequently and have never been so dissatisfied with a furniture purchase. read more

This store has the worst customer service! The sales manager is a liar, and totally incompetent. The sales associates will do and say whatever to make a sale, and tell you that your furniture will be delivered within 6 weeks, which is also a lie. I ordered over 12k dollars worth of furniture from this location and it took them 8 weeks to deliver anything. I never received any updates the entire time on the status of my huge order. Everyone always had conflicting information, and there was never an update on any of my pieces of furniture for weeks. I had to call every week and inquire about my delivery status. These people will say they'll call you back with an update and never do! I had such a horrible experience buying furniture at this store that I will never give them my business, again. I will never order furniture from an Ashley furniture again. After purchasing a sofa and a mattress/boxspring set, I was told that the mattress/boxspring would take up to two weeks for delivery. I had just moved to the area and had nothing to sleep on so I really considered whether I could even wait two weeks. I decided it would be okay since they promised it would be two weeks MAX. Five weeks later I was still sleeping on my floor, waiting for my mattress/boxspring to be delivered. Once I finally got them delivered the most Ashley Furniture offered me in compensation was a $79.95 delivery fee to be refunded. On a purchase that was over $1,000 this felt like a slap in the face. But they refused to compensate any more. I hope I can save someone else from this same fate, Ashley Furniture cannot be trusted to deliver on their promises and they show little remorse for anything that goes wrong. read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Paid Ashley over $3300 for furniture and I still don't have most of the furniture 4 weeks later. 1 of the 2 couches arrived but arrived damaged with a large tear in the fabric. Ashley said they would send someone to fix but over 2 weeks later no one has called. We even paid extra for their added warranty (rip-off) which promises expedited service. We sent 3 emails with pictures to 3 different customer service people and it is still unresolved. I have asked to speak to the store manager and the corporate manager (Regency Furn) but they will not talk to us. They have broken the MD consumer protection laws and now I am forced to get an attorney. BEWARE Ashley won't even refund your money, they will only offer you an in-store credit for more of their terrible damaged furniture. A dresser arrived and it was damaged as well. They promised me in the store I would receive my furniture within 2 and a max of 3 weeks, but it will likely arrive on the 5th week. My family moved to the area without furniture and we only purchased from Ashley because they promised us a quick and easy process. Unless you like pain and suffering, go elsewhere. read more

The store in Gaithersburg needs to be sued!!!!! The whole experience has been pure HELL!! i have not had my furniture for 6 months and the top of the footboard falls off! I tell them that it must be the adhesve or nails but it is definitely a manufacturer defect! They send me to 4 different people and they have yet to resolve the issue let alone even return my calls or emails. The people at the store were the WORST!!!! They would give me "Lisa's" last name, tried to tell me who I talked to even tho I said I know who was here and Who I spoke with...yup they still argued with me IN THE STORE DURING BUSINESS HOURS. My family and I went furniture shopping at this location. We were helped by Daisy. Daisy was very nice and helpful at first when she was under the impression that we were going to purchase a bedroom set, living room set and 2 mattresses. After she realized we had changed our minds and we were only going to leave with a table and a couch, her attitude with us completely changed, so much so that she even refused to help us afterwards. When my family went to meet with the finance department it turns out Daisy had left out vital information on what would be due that same day and that we now had to pay for our delivery (even though she guaranteed free delivery). She had also promised that anything that would be delivered would be done so in 2 weeks MAX. I called and spoke to the manger 2 weeks later who THEN informed me their policy was actually 2-6 weeks (key information that was left out during purchase). I finally got a call back from the location yesterday saying it would actually be another WEEK AND A HALF before they get the couch to their location and then who knows how long before they will actually set up a delivery date to my house. I'm not sure if Daisy was upset because her loss of commission from the sale or that the managers weren't patient enough to explain all their hidden fees and policies to my Spanish speaking parents. This location also failed to tell us that the table we were buying (as is) had broken table legs. They initially only told us there was a crack on one of the shelves which is why we were willing to buy it, but when we got home and sat it down on the living room floor all the legs buckled and broke off. Of course because we bought a floor sample they refused to even listen to my complaints and told me there was nothing they could do and if I wanted to cancel the order my ONLY option was to pay for it in full that day. Purchsed a kitchen / dining table with 4 chairs for only about $300 several years ago and they are holding up like top quality furniture. The styling is simple and understated, the table and chairs are solidly constructed and have held up perfectly under daily use for several years. It doesn't have Ethan Allen styling, but it's a perfect set for my home. read more

All the 1 star reviews are 1000000% correct! What a shockingly bad sales experience we had yesterday (Sunday, February 7th 2016)... My husband and I went looking for a loft bed at Ashley's and were helped out by "Marvin" who tried his best to be as informative as possible and as helpful as possible he could given the people he works with and for. First of all... our daughter is very precious to us and we're trying to get her the best without spending too much - money is not an issue - but good customer service is very high on the list. We walk all the way to the back where the children's furniture is and look through the catalog and stuff on the floor. My husband had found something nice and cheaper in the catalog (around $580), but we didn't like the ladder, so we decided on getting the one with a ladder that stuck out a little on a loft bed that was $50 more. We only wanted to get the top bed and 4 little dressers that held the bed. Marv tells us the item is discontinued, so if for whatever reason we bought it and anything happened to it there would be nothing they could do - ok whatever that's fine - if it came with a part missing, they might not have it. The guy told us that the warehouse had the whole set we were looking for, tried to sell us a policy on a "discontinued" item - because even though the item is discontinued the store would cover (yeah right - we know how that works.) So no thanks to policy, we say ok to the top bed and 4 dressers that hold the bed for $635 (which is the great and amazing 50% off), go to the register to pay... first of all... the people behind the counter look miserable and unhappy. I think to myself - I remember working in a store many years ago and it can be a stressful environment especially when you have assholes for managers, quotas to meet, etc. But I also remember faking it til I made it and make sure the customer left happy with their purchase and whole experience - NOT these guys. 1) The sales people just sit around like some of bad entourage around a piece of furniture, staring at the customers and whispering who knows what, THEN more stare back when customers leave. What is that??? Are they afraid someone might leave with a lazyboy in their purse or coat??? 2) The manager that sat behind the counter, the one with the vietnamese accent, is absolutely insane. A horrible liar, crazy, angry (really, really angry) man who doesn't know how to keep his story straight. He had Marvin tell us that the order we had PAID for didn't have the bed and there were only dressers BUT (says Marvin) they can sell us the one on the floor for $75 less... I said I'll talk to my husband. Marv came back 3 times... dude why do you come back 3 times unless someone is telling you bullshit after bullshit??? My husband isn't sure he wants the bed that's on the floor even if it's $75 off - that's really not much... especially because the bed and dressers on the floor were dirty and chipped in many places - no thanks, that's what Craigslist and garage sales are for. So my husband asks Marv what happened to the order we placed and paid for and Marv replies that someone had already purchased it (Oh really??? so the item that was supposedly IN STOCK, transaction gone through and everything good, miraculously someone buys at the same time as us?), then he tries to spin it around and tells us that they purchased the top bed "only" (What???) - then ON TOP OF THAT (as if it's even possible to top it) the crazy manager tells Marv to tell us that in order to purchase the bed and dressers on the floor we have to buy the vanity for an additional 500!!! so $1100 total after INCONVENIENCING US and wasting a WHOLE ENTIRE hour at this store. My husband was livid, but mostly because of the lies. If you're going to lie keep it consistent and simple - do not beat around the bush and tell us Yeah there's an invoice and when we ask to see this so-called invoice he refuses to produce it. My husband told the manager that he couldn't produce the invoice because it didn't exist. I didn't even want to bother discussing it - the whole teams works on lies. I have had jobs doing telemarketing and sales and I have learned how to trick people in believe in a service or product - you make them feel important, as if they are right, and hope they come back or tell their friends, etc. You smile, make eye contact, not pout, grunt, look as if you haven't paid rent in 3 months and about to be evicted if someone doesn't buy everything in the store. GIVE CUSTOMERS ALTERNATIVES -- ie. we might not have this, but in our catalog we have this and this!!! That was the most disgusting, unbelievable and pathetic experience ever... definitely will never EVER EEEEEVVVVER come back there. read more

The customer service is horrible. I called two times and asked to speak with a manager and they were "busy." They informed me they would call me back and took my information down but never did. I have just as much of a problem with the manager not taking my call as I do with the rude customer service agents. I purchased my couch at the end of August with an estimated delivery somewhere between 2-6 weeks. This week would be week 6. When I called yesterday, someone told me it would be another week before it reached the warehouse and then they would schedule delivery. Which in my mind, means im not getting the couches actually until week 8 most likely. I would like to add this person was exceptionally rude as well. That is not okay. The person I spoke to kept asking why I wanted to talk to the manager even though she had made it clear the manager didnt want to speak with me. She kept trying to explain ETA's like that was the only issue. It's not. As I stated above, on top of the rude customer representatives, I also dont appreciate being pushed aside by the manager twice like im not worth the time. I eventually just got so frustrated and said whatever- I dont want to talk to you or your manager anymore ......just send me my furniture. Have shopped at this store multiple times previously and was satisfied. However, on Black Friday 2016, we bought a bedroom set and a sectional sofa set. When we saw negative reviews for the sofa, post purchase, we decided to return the sofa and keep the bedroom set. When I showed up at the store for canceling partial order, the store manager started to nickeling-and-diming me on the bedroom set, essentially tried to jack up my price. I ordered an entire entertainment center back in June and they still continue to deliver the wrong pieces... and yes it is now the end of October!!! They have delivered the "wrong" piece 4 times now!!! Now I'm being told the piece they keep messing up, no longer exists! WHAT?!? We purchased furniture on January 1st. 1 sofa, 2 dining room chairs, 1 bench and 1 dining room table. We were told that it was in stock and ready to be delivered. Once we finalized all paperwork we were told that the items could not be delivered until January 10th between 9:00am and noon. My husband took the morning off. The truck did not arrive until 6:00pm. They brought up the sofa (which was missing the legs) and the dining room table. No chairs or bench. Once they put the table together and flipped it over, there was a huge crack in the table. We called the store and they said to return the table, that it was in stock and could be ordered the following week. I called the store on January 15th to get a delivery date and was told that we had already received our items. I hung up the phone and went into the store. When I arrived I was told that everything was in stock and could be delivered on the 18th between 9:00am and noon. At 9:30am on the 18th the drivers showed up with 2 dining room chairs and 1 bench. NO dining room table. We called the store again and asked to speak with the manager. We were told she was in a meeting. I asked for them to have the manager call me back. She never did. I called the next day to speak with the manager and was told she was out of the building until Friday. On Friday, January 20th I called the store again and was told the manager was busy. I asked if someone could please help me figure out when my dining room table would be delivered. I was told they weren't sure and to call back on Monday. On Monday, January 23rd I called the store again and was giving the run around. Same story... the manager isn't available, in a meeting or out of the office and no one knows what is happening with my dining room table. I called the store once more on Monday, January 30th. Again, no manager, no idea what is going on. I asked the store to cancel my order and pick up the items that they have already delivered. i can honestly say i hate this ashley furniture store... just like everyone else's experience, my husband and I left the store happy and satisfied because we finally bought the new mattress we so desperately needed. we were told that shipping for our new mattress was going to be (guaranteed) delivered to the store in 2 weeks.... my husband called two days before the two weeks were up to see how our order was doing We bought or mattress on a wednesday. the young lady from the store told us it wouldn't be delievered to us until that saturday (guaranteed) because they forgot to put the order until 2 days after we paid for our mattress she was very apologetic and respectful. we understood since we knew the holidays were this week we were just happy we were still getting our mattress. we called friday to see if our mattress would be ready for pick up for the next day, we were told the mattress wouldn't be arriving until another week because they told us 3 weeks instead of 2 weeks when just 2 days ago they told us it would be ready for pick up by saturday. this time we were upset because no one had communicated this to us, they guaranteed us twice already that we were getting our new mattress this week. if we hadn't been calling them we would have been waiting all day saturday for the delivery. im super upset with ashley's furniture because the costumer service was horrible we personally went to the store to see why they kept giving us different answers each time we called. lorena the manager didn't care at all about our situation she didn't offer any kind of help or even apologized to us when they were the ones that made the mistake in the first place. it was like she didn't want to help us solve the problem. we asked for our money back and she even tried to make us pay the restocking charge which we refused. later on that night we went to sears had amazing customer service, bought our new mattress cheaper and we even got free delivery and installation... never ever recommending ashley furniture to anyone and im never stepping into another ashley furniture again. read more

Could not rate -5 so going for 1. Never Go to Ashley. If you want to have one of the worst experiences in life where there is not professionalism form the staff who sit behind the corner, then this is the place to go to. If you want to see how badly you get treated once you buy a product, this is the place to go to. The Sales agent Christino is very good and no comments on him and he was really helpful. Once the sale was made then they are more of a nasty boss. They start treating you like shit. I ordered a sofa and love seat and was so happy that they were going to deliver this in a weeks time, the day of delivery came and it was 4th of July and we were in the basement in a barbecue and had called the store and the deliver company five time in two days to let them know we will be in the backyard and please call us as it will be hard to hear the bell. The lady at the deliver company called Mid Atlantic delivery company on my fifth call told me, that I have been calling them a lot of times and they know what to do and told me not to call again as they have been doing this for years. I felt bad but could not do anything as I had been calling them again and again for the same thing After 1PM when the delivery slot was over I called and she said oh sorry you were not at home so we went back. When I asked her about my earlier calls, she said, we cannot guarantee anyone will call and you should be at the door during the four hour window we give you else there is a additional charge for delivery. I immediately went back to Ashley looking for a solution and the person there was even rude saying if I get a deliver call it is my headache to be behind the door and open and not their issue and if needed they can reschedule with a fee. I lost my mind and asked them to cancel and asked them about my calls I made to then about calling me and they response was whomever I called did not take any notes for deliver and I should have called back and checked if the person had put a note and that there will be a 30% cancellation charge. I asked him how can i know if someone is entering information in their computers and his response was we typically do. Then the store manager came in and he was also trying to prove it was my mistake. When I showed him all my call records and luckily as I had purchased it on Finance, he cancelled the deal knowing that I can call the Bank and cancel the transaction. I am not sitting on the floor as I donated my old Sofa thinking I will get one today and now I have to go to IKEA to pick one up tomorrow. I learned a lesson that ASHLEY is a bunch of crooks running the show and for them customer service is the last priority once the sale is made. Please be aware when buying items from this store !!! I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I went to the store with my mother to buy furniture and I specifically asked the salesman about the cancellation policy after reading the contract just in case I wanted to cancel my order. He advised that it was 72 hours. I specifically asked for clarification on if it was 72 hours from order date or delivery date. He advised me that it was 72 hours from the delivery date. However, when I went to the store I learned today that his clarification was incorrect. I was told the policy for no penalty cancellation was 72 hours from the date you order. Now I was forced to pay a $350 fee for bad service!!! I will not be making any purchases from this store in the future. To make matters worse all of my items were not even in stock to be delivered so I was paying a restocking fee for something that was not even in stock in the first place. Be forewarned that if you want all your money for canceling your order be sure to cancel it within 72 hours of placing the order even if the items you ordered are not in stock! read more

Went to the Gaithersburg location last night, cash in hand;not a credit card ( although I have many) to purchase a $600 recliner. We were told they offered delivery ONLY and the delivery cost would be $480. (free if you spend $1,199) Supposedly, the recliner was in stock at their warehouse in Baltimore but would take two weeks before they could deliver it, again $480 delivery fee. Baltimore is 45 minutes away from Gaithersburg. Upon the sales representative repeatedly going back and forth with the manager (you would think we were buying an $80,000 vehicle) the rep. offered a 'deal' that for $20 we could 'possibly' get the chair by the end of the year----for pick up at the store. I understand they can't stock everything at their store, however, we just want to pick the chair up from their location. NEVER deal with Ashley in Gaithersburg!!!! I was very skeptical when looking at the reviews but I had bought some Ashley's Furniture before in North Carolina and was very pleased with my experience there. So I was surprised at the great service they provided in Ashley's in Gaithersburg compared to the reviews. It took a lot of catalog searching but they found what I was looking for and for a really great price. They also beat sears price on a mattress i was looking for. I was told it would take 2-6 weeks to order. Marvin and Rohin were a joy to work with the first time I was there. When I came to add something 2 weeks after Diego helped me add a few pieces and was also very informed telling me that because it was an additional order it would be another 2-6 weeks. Pedro from the costumer service desk was also very attentive with his calls regarding my when my furniture would arrive. Everything came in about 5 weeks. It was setup where I asked it to be and they were very quick. I love my new sofa and mattress the most. Honestly I can only speak of my experience with these people stated above but I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer. read more

I bought furniture from Candice enjoy our conversation, but when it came to checking out was terrible! Her manger Lorena talk badly about other customers as they was there and when they left had the nerve to ask me if I could believe what that customer ask for (as if I wasn't a customer) I pulled Candice to the side because I really felt uncomfortable with what just happened. While I was talking to my sales associate I got to hear all about her private life (very uncomfortable)! Candice understood my feelings and told me to come back when I felt comfortable and told me the days she work and when the next manger work (James) so I came back when he was there. James apologize for my bad experience and laugh and joke with me and Candice as he check me out personally!!!! I received my items a few weeks later and I had an issue with something so I called the store and talk to Crystal (very nice lady) she told me her manger had went to lunch so I said I'll call back later ( I called around 315) so I called back later and talk to tia (very nice lady) still manger at lunch (625) so I said that must be a great lunch! So I called back (815) she was with a customer. So first thing in the morning I called back to ask to speak with a manger Jessica answered the phone and I clearly here the manger tell her I don't want to deal with this customer they have been calling all day yesterday who is there sells person?(then I was place on hold) when I came off of hold Candice was on the phone and she took care of the problem I ask her what manger was there and she said Lorena and I ask her why didn't she get on the phone since you are a sells person not office staff or a manger why couldn't she do her job? And she told me it would be easier and quicker if she did it instead of me getting the run around (wtf). I purchased a couch a month ago and I was told that it would take 2-6 weeks for delivery and I could not get a more concrete estimate until I actually purchased the couch which was a bit strange to me. Once I purchased it I was told it would take 4 weeks. After two weeks of waiting I called in to check on the status and they told me it was on schedule and would be two more weeks. I have just called in to check on the status since we are now at a month and I was told it would be two more weeks. I may have considering buying a different couch as I am not sitting on the floor for yet another two weeks waiting on the couch to be delivered. It would have been beneficial if they would have been able to give me a more realistic timeframe for the couch since that impacts someone's decision to buy something. Now I am stuck with the purchase because it is to late to cancel the order and they still do not know when it will be delivered. The service is terrible. The furniture is overpriced and in addition you have to pay $150 for delivery. You would think that would mean the delivery person cared about the furniture they were bringing into your home.We purchased a very expensive bedroom set. Although the rest of the furniture was fine one of the night stands was scratched on top. After many phone calls and being told a repair person would come out to look at it they finally agreed to replace it. BTW their head office has a .biz email address which Microsoft will not email to. The replacement is also not in great shape and has some indentations on the top as well as one of the inside brackets not stained to match the rest of the stand. (The other nightstand does not look like that).The replacement nightstand was filthy and covered in dust. I noticed something hanging from underneath as it was being carried up the stairs and when I asked about it turned out to be a large cobweb. The delivery person did nothing about it and continued to place it in the bedroom on the carpet completely indifferent. I had to completely clean it. Not being able to cope with another round of phone calls to complain I accepted the delivery. I will not purchase from this company again. There are plenty of other stores that do not deliver furniture that has been siting in the warehouse uncovered and unprotected. read more

we purchased two sets of furniture from Ashley furniture store located in gaithersburg on the 10th April 2016 and follow up with them about the stuff since 3rd week after purchasing. on 4th week the person who talked to me said that the items will delivered to us before 6th week that is their policy. on the 5th week i think on the 20th when I contacted them I told them if I didn't received my furniture by the 6th week I want my money back. then the lady who talked to me Ms. Tia said she will check and let me know. she called back and said that two of the items will going to be ready on the 25th of May and once its ready they can deliver it for us. Even though its been passed 6 weeks she is soo nice to me I said ok deliver it on May 28th. When its been delivered I got to know one of the items we ordered is not fits to the mattress we had. the driver connected me with a representative and she said returned that item back with the driver and contact the store and they will deliver the size we need. talked to the store and they said the correct size of the same product is not available and it will take another 2-6 weeks to deliver it. if we need it soon come to the store and select one that they have in stock. So we went to the store today the manager said that he needs another $100 to deliver it again, We asked for a waiver because the items was late. he was keep saying to us that it is not late which is not true. they have to be honest about what they did. the way that manager talked we got upset and because of that he walked away from us sayin just cancel the item and hold 30% which we did not asked. is it the way that specially a manager talked to a customer?????? I asked for Ms.Tia and first they said she is here cos she knew what has happen. but now they are saying Tia was fired two and a half weeks ago, I have talked to her even last week. we were planed to order the correct size we need but now we want to cancel the order even though they keep 30% because we are not satisfied with customer service and the way that they treated us at all. After we made a payment they do not care about the customer (that is no good company does) and now they want us to come back on Tuesday to cancel it. We have been customers with other two furniture stores from the past five years and we never experienced and problem at all like we had with Ashley.
