    I had a chance to visit the new Casper Tysons Corner store recently, and it's such a cute setup! They've only been open a week or so, and the way they have the mattresses set up inside is like each one inside a little homey-looking alcove. This allows you to test the beds in relative privacy, which is nice. They have lots of very knowledgeable staff there to help you understand the differences between their offerings as well. They are still waiting for the arrival of one or two of their final mattress options -- right now they have the all-foam version of the Casper and both the all-foam and hybrid (coils + foam) version of the Wave. The manager told me she is waiting on them to send her the hybrid Casper, and I'm unclear if they will be showcasing the Casper Essential in store, but I'm sure that the staff could at least highlight the difference in feel for you. I also enjoyed getting a chance to see the dog bed and their accessories (sheets and whatnot) in action. I haven't come to a decision on mattresses quite yet, but the Casper Store definitely provides a nice way to help you figure out your decision!

    This store is closed - we drove to Tysons to find out the hard way. Would be good if they updated Apple Maps.

    In the middle of the biggest headache!!!…read more Purchased an extremely expensive split King adjustable temperpedic frame and bed. 1st Bed delivered. One side didn't work. They made me refuse the delivery. They also forgot the pillows that were supposed to be delivered. During the process, they took a piece that connected the two pieces together. 2nd replacement bed delivered. It was missing the piece, was on phone it's management and they said (after minutes of arguing my situation) said I didn't have to refuse bed and part will be coming and replaced tomorrow. Now, days later, I've been dealing with the distribution and manager which is saying the part doesnt exist or even if it does isn't needed. So frustrated. I just physically go to store, sales rep got on the phone with temperpedic customer service to confirm the piece exists, and is needed for the bed. The only sympathetic person that helped me was Ali. He actually listened and tried to help. But the company as whole was extremely including district manager and VP Mike Brown have all but ignored or not cared about this incident. Having a bed with an 8 month wife with it coming apart Still waiting on this to be resolved. 9/21.

We never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Autume was knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. I especially appreciated how well she explained the differences between brands, models, and styles. The mattress we chose is made in the USA, which is a bonus. Orders typically take about 2-3 weeks, and we can't wait for it to arrive! They offer both white-glove delivery service and free FedEx shipping options. The store's ambiance was wonderful, soft lighting that really sets the mood for comfortably trying out mattresses. I highly recommend checking out SleePare. The Queen and King mattresses come with the adorable squishy toys! The airy waffle mattresses are super comfy and hold up well and even better than our Sleep Number mattress! The Purple Flex is softer and less firm than the standard mattress with extra layer of foam. I can feel the difference when I lay on my son's mattress vs mine and the extra $300 is well worth it! The mattress has a cooling agent. The thick Harmony pillow offers perfect back support when lounging around in bed (writing this review and watching TV!) The flat Dreamweaver is perfect for actually sleeping. My only complaint is that the Dreamweaver has a mild funky smell. The mattress is pretty easy to roll out and didn't need much assembly (we didn't pay for installation). The stretchy linens are super comfy and worth the splurge and received a great bundle discount on the pillows and linens. COVID Pre-Caution - The employees wiped everything, had masks/face shields, provided us with a sheet to use to try mattresses, and had hand sanitizer almost by every bed Employees - Honestly, they were great. Skylar was very informative and assisted us throughout the process. He gave us an honest opinion and was not pushy at all, which is why we came back to buy the mattress here. The manager Chanda (I believe, sorry for the spelling) was AWESOME and funny, and gave us the best deal possible. I rarely leave reviews, but I had a great time dealing with this store and product, that I highly recommend you use them if you are in the market for a new bed/base! PS - I asked what delivery was like and they stated 7-10 days. I had family coming in the next weekend and asked if there was any way to expedite. Tempur-Pedic customer support sent me virtually the same information as in the manual that I already told them I tried, then refused to assist me unless I called. I escalated as their accessibility page claims to promise to communicate in a manner accessible to the customer. I then got an email telling me they would have to send a technician and would need my credit card, but then lied about "protection laws" saying I would not be able to send my credit card info via email. There are no such laws, and I would have sent in multiple emails from different addresses. A company of this size should have a payment portal AND online chat.

We initially went into the store in 2018 and walked out so irritated because the sales associate responded to our questions without actually answering them. We were trying to figure out what the difference was between the Cloud/Adapt/Breeze -- and then within those lines, what is the difference between the Basic/Pro/Luxe? (Why am I paying an extra $1-$2K? What is the difference?) We ended up walking out so frustrated and did not buy anything. Fast forward 4.5 years, and we decide it's truly time for a new bed. So we go back, and end up getting helped by the same woman... She kept referring to the LuxeAdapt Firm mattress as "medium" and then when we were trying to find the LUXEAdapt Firm with the cooling tech (the LUXEBreeze Firm) she told us that bed was not he same because it wasn't firm, it was soft... This resulted in my husband just being so frustrated bc nothing made sense and everything was so convoluted. We ended up going to Mattress Firm to buy our Tempur-Pedic just because we couldn't deal with going back again and getting the same sales associate. Tempurpedic, PLEASE retrain your staff... They should be able to explain the differences in the mattresses and should be able to listen to customers and actually answer their questions without making everything even more confusing than it already is. (Don't get me started on your naming structure/firmness options for your beds -- maybe use a firmness level rating system that's actually tested with weight/compression so you can say 1-10 how firm the mattress is...) We were prepared to buy on the spot, and we ended up walking out and driving 30 mins to a Mattress Firm store where we spent another two hours retesting mattresses and buying the mattress we were originally looking for just bc the experience at Tempurpedic was so frustrating. It is extremely frustrating to not be able to get legitimate answers about a product you're about to spend $5K+ on. It's just not a pleasant experience at all.
